    A Study on Slangs Found in Malang Post

    The objective of this study is the researcher wants to describe slang of reversion, pure \ud slang, and slang of loan word written in Malang Post published on October 2004. \ud The design of this study is descriptive qualitative. The accessible population is only \ud newspapers published on October 2004 and the sample is all “Ngalam” columns written in \ud October 2004. On that period, the researcher found 25 “Ngalam” columns as the sample. \ud The data collection method used in this research is documentary study. The document in \ud this study is Malang Post newspapers published on October 2004. \ud Based on the research, there are 48 slang words found in “Ngalam” column published in \ud October 2004. 44 words grouped as slang of reversion, 1 word as pure slang, and 3 words \ud as slang of loan word. 35 of them are adopted from Indonesian language and the rest are \ud Javanese. \ud From the result of the research, the researcher concludes that slang of reversion of \ud Indonesian dominate the finding. Malang people prefer to adopt Indonesian words rather \ud than Javanese in creating slang of reversion because several reasons. \ud The researcher hopes the result of this research can be used as one of the reference \ud especially for the lecturer who teaches sociolinguistic and it can be used as an additional \ud material in teaching slang. The researcher also wants to give a description about slang \ud written in Malang Post for the students from other cities who wants to know more about \ud slang in Malang and as a comparison with slang from their own city

    Pertentangan antara Pasal 34 Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dengan Pasal 55, Penjelasan Pasal 31 ayat (1) serta Pasal 27 Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia, sehingga menurut Mahkamah Agung ketentuan Pasal 34 Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 haruslah diartikan bahwa yang tidak boleh dilaksanakan setelah adanya putusan pernyataan pailit adalah melakukan perjanjian yang bermaksud :Memindahtangankan hak atas tanah, Balik nama kapal, Pembebanan Fidusia, Hipotik dan Jaminan fidusia yang telah diperjanjikan lebih dahulu. Problematik penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan hak-hak kreditor preferen dalam eksekusi jaminan fidusia terhadap kreditur pailit?2) Bagaimana perlindungan hukum bank atas eksekusi jaminan fidusia yang dialihkan apabila debitur pailit?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan Yuridis Normative yang bersumber dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan (kepustakaan). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa Kedudukan kreditor pemegang fidusia apabila debitor dinyatakan pailit maka kreditor pemegang fidusia mempunyai hak yang didahulukan dan di istimewakan dari kreditor lain. Kedudukan kreditor pemegang jaminan fidusia ini dapat dibenarkan, karena pemegang jaminan fidusia tidak ditemukan dua kreditor terhadap objek fidusia ini sesungguhnya kreditor pemilik benda dengan fidusia ini sesungguhnya kreditor pemilik benda dengan demikian tidak termasuk harta kekayaan debitor yang dinyatakan pailit. UU Kepailitan adalah produk lex specialis derogat legi generalis ketentuan kepailitan dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Dagang. Sementara UU Fidusia dan UU Hak Tanggungan adalah lex specialis dari KUHPerdata sepanjang menyangkut jaminan kebendaan, oleh sebab itu, menerapkan ketentuan UU Kepailitan terhadap hak kreditor pemegang jaminan kebendaan, adalah bentuk salah tafsir yang tidak pada tempatnya artinya UU Jaminan Kebendaan mengikuti subjek hukum kreditor pemegang jaminan kebendaan dan mengingat pemberi jaminan kebendaan, sementara UU Kepailitan hanya mengingat subjek hukum yang terkena pemailitan, bukan justru membebani pihak yang justru bukan menjadi subjek termohon pailit. Saran kepada Pemerintah agar melakukan revisi terhadap Undang-Undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 Kepailitan dan PKPU, khususnya kata “Seolah-olah” pada Pasal 55 ayat (1) Undang-Undang KPKPU. Dengan kata “seolah-olah” dapat menimbulkan multitafsir, hal ini akan menimbulkan norma kabur dan akhirnya menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum

    Enhancement Of Mathematical Reasoning Ability At Senior High School By The Application Of Learning With Open Ended Approach

    The objective of this research is to investigate the differences of students’ enhancement of mathematical reasoning ability as the result of the application of learning with open ended approach and conventional learning. The population in this research was the entire students in high schools and Aliyah in Bandung. The sample is students on grade X. Two classes are randomly selected from each school, one class as an experiment class (open-ended approach) and another class as a control class (conventional learning). The instruments used include mathematical prior knowledge test, mathematical reasoning test, and guidelines for observation. The results of data analysis show that if it is viewed as a whole, students’ enhancement of mathematical reasoning who had treated with instruction using open-ended approach was better than students who had treated with regular instruction. There is interaction between learning approach and school levels towards students’ enhancement of mathematical reasoning. There is no interaction between learning approach and the initial of mathematical ability towards students’ enhancement of mathematical reasoning.     The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of SI-PRETI implementation in improving ASN discipline in BKPSDM Malang City. As for the background of this study, researchers found that to realize civil servants with integrity, it is necessary to have discipline at work, one of which is the discipline of civil servant attendance. In the E-government era, to measure the attendance of civil servants can use digital applications, this has been implemented by the Malang City Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency through the SI-PRETI application. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary, Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation.The data to be analyzed in this study are data related to the effectiveness of the implementation of SI-PRETI in improving the discipline of ASN in the staffing and human resource development agency of Malang City, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification.The informants contained in this thesis are the Head of the General Subdivision, Head of the Subdivision of Awards and Discipline and Awards, Head of the Subdivision of Data and Information. The results of the study show that the implementation of SI-PRETI has been effective because it can increase ASN discipline, especially in attendance, but there are still obstacles such as constraints on the server, therefore it is necessary to repair and improve the SI-PRETI server so that it can be used properly.Then there is a supervision system that has not been effective in implementing the SI-PRETI application, it is hoped that the supervision system on SI-PRETI will be tightened.Related to this, suggestions that can be submitted include, for the authorized field to further strengthen the SI-PRETI application system because it often experiences obstacles during the implementation of attendance, especially in terms of security and smoothness of the digital attendance system. Then for monitoring the implementation of the application needs to be maximized so that fraud does not occur which can harm the agency where it works, as well as concern between employees and superiors and vice versa

    ABSTRAK Suatu matching dalam graph G adalah subgraph 1-regular pada G yang disebabkan oleh kumpulan dart pasangan garis yang tidak adjacent. Suatu matching merupakan matching maksimum bila matching tersebut mempunyai harga pokok maksimum. Matching dalam graph bipartit merupakan matching maksimum apabila tidak adanya path perluasart yang berkenaan dengan matching tersebut. Matching yang mempunyai bobot maksimum disebut matching bobot maksimum. Matching bobot maksimum dalam graph bipartit komplit berbobot diperoleh dengan mencari matching maksimum dalam subgraph pada graph bipartit komplit berbobot, kemudian dibangun sampai didapatkan matching perfek atau setiap titik dalam V merupakan titik matched.
