Ignasi de Loiola i el lideratge. Una perspectiva des del "coaching" esportiu

RESUM: L’estudi pretén indagar vers algun dels esdeveniments vitals d’Ignasi de Loiola amb l’objectiu de poder apropar-nos al seu perfil de líder, estudiat des d’una perspectiva metodològica del coaching esportiu. Volem analitzar aspectes del seu procés vital, i com va ser capaç d’aplicar un seguit d’eines i recursos que el convertiren en un líder. La metodologia emprada en el present article es basarà en la utilització d’un mètode hermenèutic. L’estudi de fonts secundàries estretes d’una àmplia bibliografia ens permetrà estudiar de manera molt acurada aquells esdeveniments de la seva trajectòria vital on aquests elements es fan palesos. El procés que va seguir juntament amb uns companys. Els trets de la seva personalitat, el seu pensament, i la manera d’entendre Déu seran analitzats en comparació amb els elements que caracteritzen i ens apropen al que en l’actualitat seria considerat un exemple de bon líder des d’una perspectiva del coaching esportiu. Ignasi tractarà d’apropar les persones en la recerca de l’espiritualitat, un entrenament per a l’ànima. A Perspective from Sports CoachingABSTRACT: The study aims to investigate the events towards a life of Ignatius Loyola with the aim to get closer to their profile leader, studied from a methodological perspective of sports coaching. We analyze aspects of their life process, and how he was able to apply a range of tools and resources that make it a leader. The methodology used in this paper is based on the use of a hermeneutic method. The study of secondary sources close a large bibliography, will allow us to study very carefully those events in his career. The process continued with some friends. The features of his personality, his thoughts, and understanding of God will be analyzed in comparison with the elements that characterize and bring us closer to what today would be considered an example of a good leader from a coaching perspective sports. Las metáforas deportivas de San Pablo y el fútbol moderno

El mensaje apostólico de Pablo de Tarso estaba impregnado de una terminología lingüística similar a la que normalmente podemos encontrar en el lenguaje propio del fútbol actual. Para el apóstol Pablo, la vida era una carrera de fondo que tenía lugar en un mundo simbolizado como el estadio. El premio final era la salvación, a la que denominaba como «la corona de la vida». El éxito –la consecución de la vida eterna– solo se podía conseguir a través del camino ascético, de la constancia, la voluntad y el sacrificio. El cristiano era un atleta que pertenecía y militaba de manera activa en el equipo Milites Christi y, metafóricamente utilizando la terminología paulina, no era solo un atleta sino que formaba parte de un equipo que debía mantenerse cohesionado y unido. Una pertenencia que obligaba a un duro entrenamiento donde solían aparecer obstáculos y dificultades tanto internas como externas. En nuestro trabajo intentaremos establecer un marco comparativo entre la terminología paulina y el fútbol contemporáneo. Del mundo de la sacralidad al mundo profano. ABSTRACT: The apostolic message of Paul of Tarsus was steeped in a manner similar to that we usually find in the language of modern football linguistic terminology. For the Apostle Paul, life was a distance race which took place in a world symbolized by the stadium. The final award was the salvation, which termed as the crown of life. The success – achieving eternal life could only get through the ascetic path, constancy, determination and sacrifice. Christian was an athlete and a militant belonging actively in the team "Milites Christi” and metaphorically using the Pauline terminology, it was not just an athlete but was part of a team that must maintain cohesive and united. A membership which required a hard workout where obstacles and difficulties, both internal and external used to appear. In our work we try to establish a comparative framework between the Pauline terminology and contemporary football. The world of the sacred to the profane world. Els valors a les escoles de futbol. Una proposta axiològica

L’aparador social que suposa el futbol, ha permès la seva extensió, generant infinitat d’escoles, acadèmies, clubs i organismes amb la pretensió de formar joves futbolistes. És un objectiu primordial del nostre estudi constatar la necessitat de que aquestes institucions, haurien de tenir com a fita primordial garantir la formació del noi o la noia, no sols esportiva, sinó integral de la seva persona, inculcant-los tot un ventall de valors, exaltant els més sublims de la cultura. Pretenem afirmar en aquest treball, que aquestes institucions, haurien d’esdevenir en un fet axiològic, pel qual la finalitat última ha de consistir en la construcció i l’edificació de persones mitjançant la pràctica del futbol. Volem, incidir en aquells valors ètics que haurien de ser un marc de referència d’aquestes institucions, i a la vegada, fer una crítica que ha comportant aquesta dimensió planetària del futbol al nostre país sobretot arrel de les sancions que la FIFA ha imposat als clubs més importants per l’incompliment de certes normatives de contractació de menors d’edat. Hem de concloure tot afirmant que els valors, ens han d’ajudar a viure individualment però també col·lectivament

Un clérigo muy particular ante los indios de Charcas (Bolivia) y su memorial de 1588 recién publicado

The recent publication of an extensive report to king Philip II, sent to him in 1588 from what is now Bolivia, sheds new light on the evangelization of the native population of the Andes. Both the report and its author, a Spanish priest by the name of Bartolomé Álvarez, are news to scholars. Álvarez wrote more than fifty years after the arrival of the Spaniards in the territory and argued that Andeans had not been effectively converted to Christianity, despite token appearances to the contrary; they rejected Christian indoctrination and sought to free themselves from Spanish rule. For this failure of imperial policy, Álvarez blamed corrupted officials of the viceregal administration. He also blamed the jesuits and the Church authorities, whose ideas about the native population were naive. Only the lower secular clergy, the rural parish priests such as himself, are spared from his criticism, for which he provided a great deal of valuable Information, ethnographic as well as linguistic.La reciente publicación de un largo memorial dirigido a Felipe II en 1588 desde lo que hoy es Bolivia arroja nueva luz sobre el cambio que supuso en los Andes la difusión del cristianismo. Tanto la obra como su autor, un clérigo español llamado Bartolomé Álvarez, eran totalmente desconocidos hasta ahora. Su propósito, más de cincuenta años después de la llegada de los españoles, era demostrar que la población indígena no estaba aún realmente convertida, a pesar de las apariencias; rechazaba el cristianismo y aspiraba a verse libre de la presencia española. Álvarez hace responsable de este fracaso de la política imperial a las corruptelas del régimen virreinal, así como a la ingenua opinión que de los indígenas tenían los jesuitas y las autoridades eclesiásticas. Sólo el bajo clero secular, los doctrineros, como él mismo, se salvan de su censura, en la que incluyó abundante y valiosa información etnográfica y lingüística

Pachjiri. Cerro sagrado del Titicaca

This paper describe the ethnographic characteristics of mountain called Pachjiri and his ceremonial altars, which make him a sacred place for the Aymara communities near to Titicaca lake. The mountain is sacred in a double sense: as center for the initiation of Aymara ritual specialists (yatiris), and as place of peregrination during August, for sacrificing offers in his different ritual altars. Recently, the Aymara «hermanos protestantes» (protestants believers) are started a symbolic fight on the ceremonial place, specially after the murmurs of a human sacrify to the mountain

El gran desafío de los indígenas en los países andinos: sus derechos sobre recursos naturales

No hablaré en abstracto sobre este futuro. Analizaré más bien en cierto detalle algunos procesos actuales, con un estilo más narrativo que teórico, para prever temas que seguirán candentes en el futuro próximo. Me fijaré sobre todo en dos asuntos para mí centrales y muy entrelazados: la relación de los pueblos indígenas con el manejo de ciertos recursos naturales estratégicos en sus territorios y, para ello, también su derecho, reconocido en recientes documentos internacionales, a ser consultados de buena fe, de manera previa, libre e informada. Este trabajo tiene algo de puente y trampolín hacia el futuro desde otro libro reciente sobre los movimientos y poder indígena en Bolivia, Ecuador y Perú (Albó 2008/2009). Al final se enumeran telegráficamente otros cuatro temas también muy relevantes en el futuro cercano

Indigenous Development: Poverty, Democracy and Sustainability

The contributions included in this volume reflect both the challenges and opportunities of an incipient process of reflection and dialogue between indigenous peoples, governments and development agencies on a subject of vital importance for the approximately 40 million indigenous people of the hemisphere. In addition to the critical issues of poverty reduction, self-development, indigenous rights and secured access to land and natural resources, a common thread throughout this volume is the close interrelationship between sound and sustainable socioeconomic development and the preservation and strengthening of cultural identity.
