ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF TRUST, PRIVACY, AND EFFICIENCY ON E-SATISFACTION IN FORMING E-LOYALTY IN TOKOPEDIA CUSTOMERS IN SURABAYA

This study aims to analyze the effect of Trust, Privacy dan Efficiency; and lastly, the effect of Customer Satisfaction on loyalty consumer of Tokopedia in Surabaya. The sample used in this study are Tokopedia consumer, domicile in Surabaya, having the Tokopedia application, knowing Tokopedia's privacy information, making repeated purchases on Tokopedia in the past 1 (one) year This study used 165 respondents and SPSS 22.0 to process the data. This model was developed in order to conduct research on E-Loyalty conducted on the online shopping site Tokopedia in Surabaya. This research model is formed from the relationship between Trust, Privacy, Efficiency and E-Satisfaction. Based on the data processing that has been done, it is found that Trust and Privacy have a positive and significant influence on E-Satisfaction; E-Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalt

Diurnal variability of total ozone, nitrogen dioxide and sulfurdioxide columns over

Atmospheric ozone plays important role in preserving living things on Earth from harmful solar ultraviolet radiation. Atmospheric nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) act as very important substances as precursor and destructor of atmospheric ozone. Knowing the importance of these substances therefore LAPAN has conducted observations of total ozone, NO2 and SO2 columns in Bandung since 2007 using brewer spectrophotometer. Bandung is an urban area and a capital city of West Java province where rapid development of trading, tourism and industrial activities has declined its air quality. Diurnal variability of total ozone column showed its minimum around 11:00 AM while total SO2 columns showed relatively stable pattern from early morning to roughly 14:24 PM and then slightly increase to reach its maximum at around 13:00 PM followed by slightly decrease again after. On the contrary, diurnal mean of total NO2 column values showed relatively stable values over the whole days. Daily trend of total ozone column showed a decrease values while total SO2 column showed an increase values. On the other hand daily trend of total NO2 column showed relatively stable values over the whole year

Abstract : This article is intended to describe the research result on the use of Question and Answer Game in improving The Fifth Grade students’ Vocabulary Achievement and Their Active Participation. The research problem was the students’ difficulties in learning new vocabulary as well as memorizing the meaning of the words. To solve this problem, Question and Answer Game was used to improve students’ Vocabulary Achievement and Their Active Participation. The research design was classroom action research and the primary data were collected by Vocabulary test and observation. Abstract This research studies the structure of phrase of the menu name taken from CempakaMinggu Ini (CMI). The objective of this research is to describe the phrase structure of Englishmenu names. Theory used in this research is based on the Brown & Miller, Hockett and Baker‘stheory. The result of this qualitative research shows that noun phrases are classified into 6 nounphrases consisting of determiner and noun, 29 noun phrases formed from pure adjective andnoun, 50 noun phrases formed from derivation adjective and noun, and 113 noun phrases formedfrom noun and noun

SANTRI’S LANGUAGE ATTITUDE TOWARD JAVANESE LANGUAGE ON PESANTREN TEACHING WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF JAVANESE LANGUAGE MAINTENANCE

The research is conducted with the aims at figuring out Javanese language attitude of santri studying at tradisional pesantren in Semarang. It will also reveal the positive output resulted from the attitude in defining Javanese language position within the context of Javanese language maintenance. The data are taken from 15 pesantren in Semarang by giving questionnaire to 20 percent of santri studying on each pesantren. Observation is also conducted to those 15 pesantren with the purpose to observe the use of Javanese language as the medium of teaching in Kitab classes. The result shows that overall, santri have positive attitude toward Javanese language. Almost all of the santri are able to use Javanese Ngoko, and all of them feel the need to use Javanese Krama to communicate with kyai, although they are also aware of the risk of making mistake in using it. The use of Javanese language is viewed not just as a neccesity but it is also considered important sentimentally, that is Javanese language is considered as part of their identity. The use of Javanese language is also considered important in term of continuing pesantren’s tradition. These views reflect the instrumental attachment toward Javanese language as well, that is Javanese language will continue be used as medium of instruction in Kitab teaching, and therefore santri who wish to establish their on pesantren/teaching will feel the need to keep on usi ng Javanese language in their teaching for the future generation

Pengaruh Pengajian Umum Terhadap Pembinaan Pemuda

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengajian Terhadap Pembinaan Pemuda di Desa Totallang Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu sebuah penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap sebuah fakta empiris secara objektif ilmiah dengan berlandaskan pada logika keilmuan, prosedur dan didukung oleh metodologi dan teoritis yang kuat sesuai disiplin keilmuan yang ditekuni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui: 1.bagaimana pelaksanaan pengajian umum terhadap pembinaan pemuda 2. Bagaimana pengaruh Pengajian umum terhadap pembinaan pemuda di Desa totallang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pengajian umum terhadap pembinaan pemuda terbukti dengan adanya pengajian  para peserta lebih giat lagi mempelajari agama Islam karena diantara mereka banyak memilih melanjutkan sekolahnya di pondok-pondok pesantren atau yang sederajat smp, sma, dan perguruan tinggi

Javanese Language Maintenance Through Javanese Traditional and Modern (Folk) Songs

Javanese Language is learnt and studied by many people throughout the world as it has a complex system of language covering the letters (Javanese Language Orthography), the politeness level, and also the history and the culture behind the language. However, there is a concern on    Javanese Language shift by its young speakers because they tend to use Indonesian Language       as Indonesia’s Official Language, English as the world’s international language, or another popular language in the world like Korean with its K-Pop phenomenon. Javanese Language maintenance is then needed to keep these young generation as the language users who will pass it to the next generation. One of the ways to do it is embracing their world so that the language        is considered good and beneficial for them as the young generation. Since music and song is      very close to the young generation as they are very up to date with the latest trend of it,               the language maintenance can be done through exposing Javanese kinds of music and songs. Recently, a kind of Javanese music called Campursari along with its songs are gaining popularity with the fame of The Godfather of The Brokenheart, Didi Kempot, who creates thousands of Campursari songs full of love stories in the lyric, particularly the brokenheart storied. Out of nowhere, the young generation, who are Javanese, who are Javanese but do not understand Javanese Language or even who are not Javanese and not understand Javanese Language are joining the crowd and becoming his fans that previously filled with the old generation.              This research shows how Junior Highschool Students maintain the Javanese Language usage       by liking the music, singing the songs and understanding the Javanese Language in the lyric.     This research also observes whether they still know or able to sing traditional Javanese songs    they exposed from their family, environment (neighbourhood) or Javanese Language class at school that shows their Javanese Language maintenance. Keywords: language maintenance, Javanese Language, students, Junior Highschool, Campursari, Javanese music and son

Implementation of Cooperatives’ Principles on Ranked-Cooperatives, East Java 2012

The purposes of this research to identify of values and cooperatives’ principles on the field, to identify roles and member participation to improving cooperatives, to identify cooperatives’ performance based on cooperatives’ principles, and to identify problems in order to implementing the cooperatives’ principles. Samples were collected amount 52 cooperatives have been assessed as the accredited cooperatives by Small Medium Enterprise and Cooperatives Office East Java. Methodology supported this research were inventory, field survey, and data analysis. Data have been analyzed and evaluated on 2 steps: grading the defined instrument and checking the supported documents given by respondents. The research findings: Cooperatives’ Principles is an abstract vision which has to spell out how these Principles are to be practiced. The Success programmes as a way to implementing Cooperatives’ Principles that guiding the operation of organization. The product of all cooperatives surveyed was not specific products and need innovation products. Better service for members to survive among other cooperatives. To implement Cooperatives’ Principles, there were correlations between: Management Control and Members’ Satisfaction, Boards’ Performance and Members’ Satisfaction, Well-controlled Administration and Members’ Satisfaction, Capital Structure and Members’ Satisfaction, Unit Business and Members’ Satisfaction, Training & Education and Members’ Satisfaction, Cohesiveness and Members’ Satisfaction

MODEL PENDEKATAN DAKWAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN AGAMA PADA MASYARAKAT

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan format deskripsi analisis. Adapun data-data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui proses Klasifikasi dan Interpretasi data kemudian Editing data. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini kemudian menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) pemahaman masyarakat Desa Salongo Timur terhadap agama cukup baik karena kebanyakan di antara mereka cukup taat dan tunduk kepada ketentuan ajaran Islam, namun kesadaran individual masyarakat dalam menjalankan ibadah agak kurang di sebabkan pola pikir mereka yang lebih mementingkan pendekatan keduniaannya di bandingkan dengan pendekatan akhiratnya. 2) model pendekatan dakwah yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama masyarakat Desa Salongo Timur adalah model pendekatan sosial dalam bidang budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, tampa harus menyepelekan pendekatan psikologis mad’u. 3) faktor pendukung dakwah di Desa Salongo Timur

Faktor Kecelakaan Kerja pada Petugas Pengangkut Sampah di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pemakaman (DKP) Kota Jayapura

Latar Belakang : Kecelakaan kerja adalah kejadian yang tidak diduga dan tidak diharapkan pada saat bekerja dan tanpa ada unsur kesengajaan terlebih lagi secara terencana. Tujuan: Mengetahui karakteristik kecelakaan kerja pada petugas pengangkut sampah di DKP Kota Jayapura tahun 2014. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah petugas pengangkut sampah yang berjumlah 126 orang kerja dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang yang diambil dengan simple random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan chi square. Hasil: faktor yang berhubungan dengan Kecelakaan Kerja adalah umur (p value 0,000), pendidikan (p value 0,007), sikap p value 0,01), tindakan (p value 0,03), lama kerja (p value 0,03), dan masa kerja (p value 0,01). Kesimpulan: faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja adalah umur, pendidikan, sikap, tindakan, lama kerja, dan masa kerja. Saran sebaiknya dilakukan penyuluhan lagi mengenai pencegahan kecelakaan kerja agar kejadian kecelakaan kerja dapat dikurangi.   Background: A work accident is an unexpected and unexpected event at the time of work and without any element of intentionality, especially in a planned manner. Purpose: Knowing the characteristics of work accidents in waste transport officers at the Jayapura City DKP in 2014. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analitic research. The population in this study was 126 waste transporters and the sample in this study was 56 people taken with simple random sampling. Data analysys by chi square. Results: Factors related to work accidents are age (p value 0.000), education (p value 0.007), attitude (p value 0.01), actions (p value 0.03), length of work (p value 0.03), and years of service. work (p value 0.01). Conclusion: factors related to work accidents are age, education, attitudes, actions, length of work, and years of service. Suggestions should be carried out again on the prevention of work accidents so that the incidence of work accidents can be reduced.
