Inventory is a component which reported in financial statement and gives an information about inventory circumstances of a company. Inventory also is a component that absorbs a lot of business capital, so that the security of the inventory must be maintained by a business unit, because the damage / loss of inventory means the lost capital (loss) of the business. The village of Malalayang I in Manado City is one of the regions known as a business-intensive region and also as part of an autonomous region to be specifically observed given that government bureaucracy and public services are considered to have the ability to implement good governance. The implementation of science and technology on inventory management has been carried out and has succeeded in achieving the goal of understanding small entrepreneurs in managing merchandise inventory in the form of applying inventory systems and determining cost of goods sold. Lack of understanding from small entrepreneurs about accounting, especially effective inventory management

The regional autonomy policy gives more chance to local goverment for managing their own financial. To determine the success of local goverment in managing their own financial, Financial Performance Analysis can be used. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of regional financial performance toward the capital expenditure allocation in forward years of regency/city of North Sulawesi. The data analysis method used in this research is regression. The results show that, simultaneously, the Regional Financial Independence ratio, Regional Financial Dependence ratio, Local Original Revenue Effectiveness ratio, Capital Expenditure Effectiveness ratio, Efficiency ratio, and Expenditure Harmony ratio significantly effect the Capital Expenditure Allocation. Partially, the Regional Financial Independence ratio and Efficiency ratio, significantly, have a negative effect toward the Capital Expenditure Allocation. While, the Local Original Revenue Effectiveness ratio and Expenditure Harmony ratio have a positive effect toward the Capital Expenditure Allocation. The Regional Financial Dependence ratio and Capital Expenditure Effectiveness have no significant effect toward the Capital Expenditure Allocation

The redox state of the mid-Proterozoic oceans, lakes, and atmospheres is still debated, but it is vital for understanding the emergence and rise of macroscopic organisms and eukaryotes. The Appekunny Formation, Belt Supergroup, Montana, contains some of these early macrofossils dated between 1.47 Ga and 1.40 Ga and provides a well-preserved record of paleoenvironmental conditions. We analyzed the iron chemistry and mineralogy in samples from Glacier National Park, Montana, by pairing bulk rock magnetic techniques with textural techniques, including light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and synchrotron-based X-ray absorption spectroscopy. Field observations of the Appekunny Formation combined with mineralogical information allowed revised correlations of stratigraphic members across the park. However, late diagenetic and/or metasomatic fluids affected primary iron phases, as evidenced by prevalent postdepositional phases including base-metal sulfides. On the west side of the park, pyrrhotite and chlorite rims formed during burial metamorphism in at least two recrystallization events. These complex postdepositional transformations could affect bulk proxies for paleoredox. By pairing bulk and textural techniques, we show primary records of redox chemistry were preserved in early diagenetic and often recrystallized framboidal pyrite, submicron magnetite grains interpreted to be detrital in origin, and red-bed laminae interpreted to record primary detrital oxides. Based on these observations, we hypothesize that the shallow waters of the mid-Proterozoic Belt Basin were similar to those in modern marine and lacustrine waters: fully oxygenated, with detrital reactive iron fluxes that mineralized pyrite during organic diagenesis in suboxic, anoxic, and sulfidic conditions in sedimentary pore waters

Effective Hamiltonian Approach to Hyperon Beta Decay with Final-State Baryon Polarization

Using an effective Hamiltonian approach, we obtain expressions for hyperon beta decay final-state baryon polarization. Terms through second order in the energy release are retained. The resulting approximate expressions are much simpler and more compact than the exact expressions, and they agree closely with them.Comment: 1 Figure Will appear in Phys Rev D 60 Article 117505 (Dec 1, 1999

Laser ranging systems, their range and accuracy capabilities, and planned improvements for future systems are discussed, the systems include one fixed and two mobile lasers ranging systems. They have demonstrated better than 10 cm accuracy both on a carefully surveyed ground range and in regular satellite ranging operations. They are capable of ranging to all currently launched retroreflector equipped satellites with the exception of Timation III. A third mobile system is discussed which will be accurate to better than 5 cm and will be capable of ranging to distant satellites such as Timation III and LAGEOS

Inclusive Masculinity and Facebook Photographs Among Early Emerging Adults at a British University

Central to debates about the construction of masculinity in sociology is the influence of culture and what constitutes acceptable displays of masculinity. This article adopts a novel approach in examining this question. It adopts a summative content analysis, combined with a semiotic analysis, of 1,100 Facebook photographs, in order to explore the underlying meanings within the photos and the performances of masculinity. Facebook photographs from 44, straight, White, male, early emerging adults attending the same university are used as a representation of an individual’s ideal self. These are then analyzed in order to determine the behaviors endorsed by peer culture. It was found that the sample overwhelmingly adopted inclusive behaviors (including homosocial tactility, dancing, and kissing each other), and inclusive masculinity theory was utilized to contextualize participants’ constructions of masculinity. Thus, this research shows that emerging adult males at this university construct their masculine identities away from previous orthodox archetypes. It is argued that the reducing importance of gendered behavior patterns may represent an adoption of what are perceived as wider cultural norms and act as a symbol of adulthood to these early emerging adults

A Combined Spitzer and Chandra Survey of Young Stellar Objects in the Serpens Cloud Core

We present Spitzer and Chandra observations of the nearby (~260 pc) embedded stellar cluster in the Serpens Cloud Core. We observed, using Spitzer's IRAC and MIPS instruments, in six wavelength bands from 3 to 70 μm{\mu}m, to detect thermal emission from circumstellar disks and protostellar envelopes, and to classify stars using color-color diagrams and spectral energy distributions (SEDs). These data are combined with Chandra observations to examine the effects of circumstellar disks on stellar X-ray properties. Young diskless stars were also identified from their increased X-ray emission. We have identified 138 YSOs in Serpens: 22 class 0/I, 16 flat spectrum, 62 class II, 17 transition disk, and 21 class III stars; 60 of which exhibit X-ray emission. Our primary results are the following: 1.) ten protostars detected previously in the sub-millimeter are detected at lambda < 24 microns, seven at lambda < 8 microns, 2.) the protostars are more closely grouped than more evolved YSOs (median separation : ~0.024 pc, and 3.) the luminosity and temperature of the X-ray emitting plasma around these YSOs does not show any significant dependence on evolutionary class. We combine the infrared derived values of AK and X-ray values of NH for 8 class III objects and find that the column density of hydrogen gas per mag of extinctions is less than half the standard interstellar value, for AK > 1. This may be the result of grain growth through coagulation and/or the accretion of volatiles in the Serpens cloud core.Comment: 69 pages, 16 figures, accepted to ApJ. Quasi-Two-Body Decays of Nonstrange Baryons

We examine the decays of nonstrange baryons to the final states Δπ\Delta\pi, NρN\rho, NηN\eta, NηN\eta^\prime, NωN\omega, N1/2+(1440)πN1/2^+(1440)\pi, and Δ3/2+(1600)π\Delta3/2^+(1600)\pi, in a relativized pair-creation(3P0^3P_0) model which has been developed in a previous study of the NπN\pi decays of the same baryon states. As it is our goal to provide a guide for the possible discovery of new baryon states at CEBAF and elsewhere, we examine the decays of resonances which have already been seen in the partial-wave analyses, along with those of states which are predicted by the quark model but which remain undiscovered. The level of agreement between our calculation and the available widths from the partial-wave analyses is encouraging.Comment: 41 pages, CEBAF-TH-93-1

The hyperfine transition in light muonic atoms of odd Z

The hyperfine (hf) transition rates for muonic atoms have been re-measured for select light nuclei, using neutron detectors to evaluate the time dependence of muon capture. For 19^{19}F Λ\Lambdah_{h} = 5.6 (2) μ\mus1^{-1} for the hf transition rate, a value which is considerably more accurate than previous measurements. Results are also reported for Na, Al, P, Cl, and K; that result for P is the first positive identification.Comment: 12 pages including 5 tables and 4 figures, RevTex, submitted to Phys. Rev.
