PERLINDUNGAN HAK KEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL TARI DAERAH KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Indonesia sebagai negara multikultural memiliki adat istiadat dan ragam kesenian budaya untuk mendukung perekonomian melalui bidang pariwisata. Hukum perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual dapat mencegah pelanggaraan terhadap hak cipta kesenian daerah. Namun, studi terdahulu menemukan rendahnya literasi hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki tentang perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual tari daerah di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penyelidikan ini berpedoman pada metode kajian hukum dan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Sumber data kepustakaan dan peraturan Undang-Undang yang relevan digunakan peneliti. Temuan pertama mengungkapkan bahwa peraturan pemerintah ditingkat nasional telah memadai dalam memberikan perlindungan HKI kesenian daerah setelah diterbitkannya Undang-Undang tentang Hak Cipta. Temuan kedua menjelaskan bahwa perliungan HKI tari daerah belum memiliki kepastian hukum yang kuat. Karena beberapa wilayah di tingkat daerah dibawah kepemimpinan bupati belum memiliki payung hukum. Kesimpulannya adalah perlindungan hukum terhadap hak kekayaan intelektual tari daerah masih belum maksimal. Implikasi yang diharapkan agar pemerintah daerah diseluruh wilayah potensial merancang regulasi yang mampu melindungi dan memberdayakan kesenian daerahnya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat seluas-luasnya

Translation Procedures of Harsh Language and Their Correlation to the Visual in The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck

Comics are media that people of all ages can enjoy, and while some comics have age restriction, The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck is a comic that targets both young and old readers. As it is the story of Scrooge McDuck’s rise to success, the comic depicts aggressiveness not only physically through violence and facial expression but also verbally through the usage of harsh language. The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the translation procedures that are used in the comic The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck and (2) their correlation with the visual elements of the comic. This research uses Vinay and Darbelnet (1958/1998) theories on translation procedures by basing the utterance of harsh language on theories proposed by Ljung (2011) and Ford (2016). This research uses the qualitative descriptive method, and the data were taken by setting the limitation on the character’s facial expression at the time of the utterance of harsh language. From this research, it can be concluded that the translator utilizes many translation procedures to translate the harsh language, in particular the reduction procedure. This research also shows that translation procedures are utilized to reduce the element of verbal aggressiveness, yet the procedures that are used do not influence the intention behind the utterance as the aggressiveness has been presented through the visuals

Perumusan Hamiltonian Hidrodinamika Kuantum Nonrelativistik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan Hamiltonian hidrodinamika kuantum nonrelativistik yang tidak terkopling medan elektromagnetik dalam ruang fase kovarian dan kerangka geometri simplektik yang dibatasi dalam permukaan Cauchy . Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan kajian teoritik matematik untuk mencari struktur pre-simplektik dan Hamiltonian Persamaan Madelung nonrelativistic. INDONESIAN TO ENGLISH SINGABLE TRANSLATIONS BY LOCAL AND FOREIGN TRANSLATORS

Song lyric translation is important because in these recent decades people can access songs worldwide. The aim of this research is to gain an understanding of the difference between singable translations made by an Indonesian translator and a foreign translator by investigating what translation procedures and methods occur in two translated songs from Indonesian to English using qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research indicates that the singable translation made by a foreign translator is more identical to the source language (SL) compared to the one made by an Indonesian translator. However, despite the differences, the two translated songs share something in common, for instance the singability and the length of lyrics. Taking the findings into consideration, it could be said that the foreign translator is more faithful to the source text (ST), while the Indonesian translator emphasizes the target language (TL) more

IMPLEMENTATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT'S CRITICAL THINKING ABILITY IN TWO VARIABLE LINEAR EQUATION SYSTEM MATERIALS

The aim of the research is to find out the application of the problem based learning model to students' critical thinking skills. The type of research used is quantitative. The research design used was the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of the implementation research using the problem based learning model showed that at the first meeting 75.93% had good criteria and 85.19% the second meeting had very good criteria, the results of data analysis using the t-test, obtained a t_count value of 6.60 and a t_table of 2.045 with a significant level of 5%, because (t_count > t_table) it can be said that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So it can be said that the application of the problem based learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills. The calculation of the completeness of student learning outcomes after using the problem based learning model is 82.76% above the specified classical completeness of 70%. The results of the student response questionnaire calculations as a whole gave a positive response to the problem based learning model in the material of the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) which was applied ranging from good to very good criteria

PERISTIWA TUBRUKAN ANTARA MV. TANTO MITRA DENGAN TONGKANG MBP 1515 DI ALUR SUNGAI BARITO

Tubrukan pada saat melewati alur pelayaran sempit adalah kecelakaan yang sering terjadi oleh kapal laut. Hal ini terjadi karena beberapa hal diantaranya faktor dari human error, ramainya alur pelayaran dan lebarnya alur. Salah satunya yaitu saat kapal melewati alur sungai. Seperti yang di alami MV. Tanto Mitra terjadinya tubrukan dengan kapal tongkang batubara di alur sungai Barito, Kalimantan Selatan. Dalam berolah gerak dalam alur pelayaran sempit harus sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, sehingga tidak akan terjadi keadaan darurat tersebut . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang langsung menghasilkan data dari lokasi penelitian serta berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang terjadi dan dialami oleh peneliti di atas kapal. Dalam hal ini peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara pendekatan terhadap objek melalui observasi, wawancara secara langsung terhadap subjek penelitian yang dipilih serta dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan peristiwa tubrukan MV. Tanto Mitra dengan tongkang MBP 1515 karena terjadinya olah gerak secara tiba-tiba, alur sungai Barito yang sempit, dangkal dan ramai serta kurangnya komunikasi antar kapal. Untuk penanggulangan tubrukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang sesuai. Dari pembahasan masalah yang dibahas peneliti menyarankan saat memasuki alur sempit harus mengetahui karakteristiknya serta pelatihan tentang penanganan bahaya tubrukan rutin dilaksanankan

IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN BUPATI KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG NOMOR 10 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG TATA CARA PEMBERIAN BANTUAN SOSIAL KEPADA PENYANDANG DISABILITAS DAN LANJUT USIA BERDASARKAN PERSPEKTIF FIQH SIYASAH

ABSTRAK Bantuan sosial adalah pemberian bantuan dari pemerintah daerah kepada inividu, keluarga, kelompok atau masyarakat. Sifat bantuan ini, tidak secara terus dan selektif. Bantuan ini berupa uang atau barang yang pemberiannya disesuaikan dengan kemampuan keuangan daerah untuk menunjang pencapaian sasaran program dan kegiatan pemerintah daerah dengan memperhatikan asas keadilan, akan tetapi melihat pada jaman sekarang sebagian masyarakat dalam lingkaran kemiskinan sebagai penyebab utama munculnya penyandang disabilitas yang dalam kehidupannya masih kurang dan sangat memerlukan bantuan dari pemerintahan agar kiranya dapat berkehidupan normal. Penelitian ini berfokus bagaimana Implementasi terhadap Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 10 Tahun 2018 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Bantuan Sosial Kepada Penyandang Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia apakah sudah terjalankan dan sesuai di Desa Tunggal Warga tersebut. Dan bagaimana perspektif Fiqh Siyasah atau pandangan hukum Islam Terhadap Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Nomor 10 Tahun 2018 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Bantuan Sosial Kepada Penyandang Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan deskritif, sedangkan untuk data-data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder yang bersumber pada pertanyaan interview atau wawancara serta dokumentasi, atau tulisan-tulisan yang kajiannya mendukung, dengan dilengkapi sample non acak atau purvosive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari masyarakat program Bantuan Sosial di Desa Tunggal Warga Kecamata Banjar Agung Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, adanya pembagian bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran, dan warga didapat bahwa masih ada masyarakat yang sudah mampu masih menerima bantuan sedangkan yang penyandang disabilitas dan lanjut usia yang benar benar sangat membutuhkan masih banyak yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan. Mereka merasa sangat dirugikan sebab mereka sudah mengajukan dan memenuhi persyararatan tetapi mereka masih belum menerima bantuan sosial tersebut, menurut tinjauan fiqh siyasah Penyandang Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia di Desa Tunggal Warga iv Kecamatan Banjar Agung Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, sudah sesuai dikarenakan sangat membantu masyarakat penyandang disabilitas dan lanjut usia. Akan tetapi, dalam hal pemimpin masih belum sesuai dengan fiqh Siyasah dan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 10 Tahun 2018. New control for two mass positioning system using nominal characteristic trajectory following controller

In this study, a nominal characteristic trajectory following (NCTF) controller for point-to-point (PTP) positioning system is introduced for two mass systems and its performance is evaluated.The NCTF controller consists of a nominal characteristic trajectory (NCT) and a compensator. The objective of the NCTF controller is to make the object motion follow the NCT and end at its origin.Therefore, the NCT is used as an intended object motion and the compensator is used to make the motion of the controlled object follow the NCT.The NCTF controller is designed based on a simple open-loop experiment of the object and no information except the NCT is necessary for controller design. The effectiveness of the NCTF controller is evaluated and discussed through simulations.The effect of the design parameters on the robustness of the NCTF controller to inertia and friction variations is evaluated and the influence of saturation on the positioning performance is examined
