Pengaruh Penerapan Kultur Sunda Di Smk Negeri 6 Bandung Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa Bidang Keahlian Teknik Bangunan

Penerapan kultur sunda sebagai faktor eksternal yang mampu mempengaruhi karakter siswa. Dalam kehidupan disekolah maupun diluar sekolah faktor kebudayaan atau kultur sudah sangat melekat bahkan telah menjadi kebiasaan sebagai pedoman hidup individu, kebudayaan yang positif akan menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif juga, diantaranya dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang nantinya akan selalu melekat sebagai ciri khas setiap individu yang berbeda-beda. Diantaranya adalah karakter yang harus dimiliki lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh penerapan kultur Sunda di program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung; 2) Memperoleh gambaran Karakter siswa, program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung; 3) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Penerapan Kultur Sunda terhadap pembentukan Karakter siswa program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan Deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa dari jumlah populasi 53 siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Gambaran Penerapan Kultur Sunda dalam kriteria baik. Sedangkan gambaran umum dari Pembentukan Karakter siswa program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu, SMK 6 Bandung adalah tinggi. Berdasarkan pada kriteria penafsiran koefisien korelasi, hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Analisis Potensi Wilayah dan Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Pengembangan Pusat Pelatihan Atletik Di Kabupaten Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnganalisis potensi wilayah dan sumberdaya manusia sebagai pusat pelatihan atletik di Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kerinci yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Agustus 2018. Penelitian dilakukan pada wilayah Kecamatan Kayu Aro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berusia 7 sampai dengan 21 tahun. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling yang akan dijadikan cluster. Berdasarkan matriks EFAS dan IFAS dapat diketahui bahwa faktor eksternal dan faktor internal berada dalam posisi kuadran II yaitu didapat bahwa faktor internal berjumlah 2,910 dan faktor eksternal berjumlah 2.881 (2,910, 2,881), seperti terlihat pada gambar 4.1 bahwa hal ini membuktikan Kecamatan Kayu Aro memiliki kekuatan namun terkendala oleh ancaman yang berada di daerah lain sehingga harus memanfaatkan peluang dengan maksimal untuk mengatasi ancaman, dengan cara menjalin hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan peemerintah daerah dan pemerintah pusat dan pihak-pihak terkait atau stakeholder keolahragaan, memaksimalkan tenaga keolahragaan yang memiliki kompetensi dengan latar belakang pendidikan sarjana olahraga supaya dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif untuk pembinaan olahraga prestas

Pengaruh Brand Image, Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Pelanggan Kopi Soe di Kabupaten Jember

In the current era of globalization, competition in the business world is getting tougher. This becomes a demand for every company to be able to maximize the company's performance in order to be able to compete in the market. In the current era, many cafes have sprung up in Jember Regency. Soe Jember Coffee is one of the businesses in Jember Regency which is engaged in the culinary field. The competition that occurs requires all business sectors to provide the best service, for example strengthening brand image, determining the right price and good product quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, perceived price and product quality on customer loyalty Coffee Soe Jember. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the population used is Coffee Soe Jember customers with a total sample of 100 people. Should Central Banks of ASEAN Countries Respond to Movements in Asset Prices?

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether monetary policy can be used as an instrument to control asset prices using a VECM and Panel-VAR approach. The research was conducted by analyzing the impulse response of the monetary policy shock on residential property prices, stock prices, output and inflation, both in each country  and  as a groups of countries.  Results of the study indicate that monetary policy still can’t be directed to asset price stabilization. Changes in monetary policy to control asset prices will cause turmoil on output and inflation. Central bank intervention to anticipate the formation of asset price bubbles can be reached by regulation may indirectly affect to the asset price movements. The Development of Non-Conventional Oil and Gas in Indonesia: Case Study on Hydrocarbon Shale

Oil and gas fuel from unconventional types of reservoirs was the development of alternative sources in addition to oil and gas fuels from conventional type reservoirs that can be obtained to meet domestic needs. The development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs has developed rapidly outside Indonesia, such as in North America and Canada. One type of unconventional oil and gas reservoir was obtained from shale rock reservoirs. Hydrocarbon shale produced from shale formations, both source from rock and reservoir. This unconventional hydrocarbon has a big potential to be utilized. In this study, an analysis of the development of unconventional oil and gas from Shale Hydrocarbons carried out in Indonesia. This research included the distribution of shale reservoir basins, the number of unconventional shale reservoir resources, factors affecting the development of unconventional oil and gas in shale reservoirs in Indonesia, efforts made by the government to promote exploration activities, exploitation of shale reservoirs in Indonesia, and existing regulations for non-conventional oil and gas. The development of unconventional oil and gas reservoir shale needed to be developed immediately and will attract investors to meet domestic needs for renewable energy needs. From the geological data obtained, there were 6 basins and 11 formations that analyzed for commercialization. Tanjung and Batu Kelau Formation was a prospect formation from 4 desired data categories. In terms of regulation, it still needed improvement to increase the interest of upstream oil and gas entrepreneurs in the unconventional oil and gas shale reservoir. Indexing Dan Searching Document Menggunakan Metode Semantic Suffix Tree Clustering Berbasis Android

Anroid smartphone device has been involved in user's way of living in this modern era. Smartphone device is used in user's daily activity such as reading and storing electronic document in Pdf, Word and other file formats. User might and frequently forgot elctronic document's directory in the smartphone.This research aims to help user to find documents that reflect user's keyword semantically or literally. Documents that reflect user keyword semantically or literaly will be shown. Various method is tested to minimize time use in clustering using suffix tree to semantic searching processes.This research finds that user could find documents in the smartphone that reflect user's keyword. Average time use for clustering about 100 documents containing 1000 word for each document is 686.7 seconds. User is able to search for document right after clustering process is done. Average time use for document searching is less than 2 seconds. Hence, thread implementation for processes decrease time consume greatly and the search result displayed to the user represents document content semantically

Kajian Yuridis Tindakan Kekerasan Terhadap Hakim Saat Persidangan

The judiciary in carrying out judicial duties has the authority of dignity and honour to be kept as a form of compliance with the judges ' decisions to carry out legal functions in Indonesia. However, the lack of public belief in the judiciary is the root of the problem of contempt against judicial bodies or known as contempt of court. The issue of law enforcement arises when there are actions in the proceedings conducted by law enforcement or society that indirectly is an act that degrading the authority of the justice in Indonesia. One example of the alleged defamatory action of a judicial body is the act of violence committed by DC which is an advocate who commits violence to the judge at the time of the trial. This can be seen from recorded videos that have been spread on electronic media. DC committed violence in a hearing on 17 July 2019 at the Central Jakarta District Court. Peradilan dalam menjalankan tugas kehakiman mempunyai wibawa yang harkat dan martabatnya harus dijaga sebagai wujud kepatuhan terhadap putusan hakim untuk menjalankan fungsi hukum di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, kurangnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga peradilan menjadi akar dari permasalahan contempt terhadap badan peradilan atau yang dikenal dengan istilah contempt of court. Masalah penegakan hukum muncul ketika ada tindakan dalam proses peradilan yang dilakukan oleh penegak hukum atau masyarakat yang secara tidak langsung merupakan tindakan yang merendahkan wibawa peradilan di Indonesia. Salah satu contoh tindakan dugaan pencemaran nama baik badan peradilan adalah tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh DC yang merupakan advokat yang melakukan kekerasan kepada hakim pada saat persidangan. Hal ini terlihat dari rekaman video yang tersebar di media elektronik. DC melakukan kekerasan dalam sidang pada 17 Juli 2019 di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat
