The study was conducted with approach of Jurisprudential Rules (Qawâ\u27id Fiqhiyyah), focusing the discussion of the status of "legal origin" and it\u27s continuity of the validity on the foodstuffs, and to what extent the effectiveness of the halal certificates and labels toward the guarantee of halal food. Conclusions from the study shows that the “legal origin” of food is halal and it is still valid as long as no valid and explicit information nor indications that is prohibited. In case of consuming foods that are halal in origin, but it is unknown the halal assurance, no need to complicate by questioning the validity and legality of its halal status. By affirming the confidence and steadiness and accompanied by reading Basmalah is enough to be a halal guarantee of food consumed

After a detailed history investigations and clinical examination, e.g.CBC, blood grouping, fasting blood sugar, ESR, ultrasound scan, laparotomy was performed and thesize of uterus, tubal and ovaries condition and total number and location of fibroids we noted. A tubalpatency test using methylene blue was performed. Histopathological examination was performed toconfirm any endometrial pathology or degenerative process. The data was analysed SPSS 21.0.Categorical variables like demographic profile, clinical characteristics, and location of myoma werepresented as frequency and percentages. Results: Mean age was 25.23±5.623 years. In the study population, 69.1% were nulliparous. Heavymenstrual bleeding was the commonest symptom, constituting 44.7%, mass in abdomen in 30.1%,infertility in 22% and dysmenorrhea in 3.3% cases. The literature indicates that life skills assessment and development is endemic throughout the globe. However, lacking are national studies that have researched life skills assessment at the college level. The present investigation aimed to assess the level of life skills among college undergraduate-students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Besides, the differences based on personal and demographic attributes in respect of life skills were also taken into consideration. A sample of (n=794) 5 % of the total population (15890) was selected and included in the survey. Life Skills Assessment Scale (LSAS) developed by (N.R. Prakash, S. Nirmala Devi, 2014) was used for collecting the required data. The gathered information was processed using (SPSS) version 24. Results of the study indicated that the overall nature of life skills among college students is moderate. The findings of the study indicated that the female-students reported less life skills compared to their counterparts’ male undergraduate-students (p .05). It is hoped that the results of this research will be more helpful for administrators, educators, curriculum designers and other social duties to improve teaching-learning and personality development for learners

The current research is an attempt to examine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction of physical education teachers working in government colleges, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan. A cross-sectional research method was used to collect required data from a finite population N=170 (males=97; females=73). Self-made questionnaires namely, Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ) and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ) were developed and used for the collection of required data. A statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), version; 26 was used to analyze the collected data, revealing negligible and inverse correlation (-.887, -.633 & -.721). The study revealed a significant impact of job stressors on job satisfaction (p < .05). Additionally, male physical education teachers reported a higher mean score on various variables included in the study (p < .05). These findings help policymakers to devise a uniform human policy that could protect the interests of the physical education teachers to share responsibilities of carving out the future of the country.  Â

Electrodeposition of Copper Indium Sulfide Films from Organic Solutions

    Get PDF
We report on organic solutions ofCuCl 2 ,InClg, and elemental sulfur for electrodepositing CuIn x Sv films. CuInS 2 and CuInSe 2 are promising solar cellmaterials; our work on CuInSg prefaces planned work on plating CuInSe 2 from nonaqueous solvents. Two promising solvent systems are (1) mixed propylcne carbonate and water and (2) mixed ethylene glycol, propionic acid, and water (Engelken et al., 1988). Gray-brown films ofCuInx Sy (nominally GuInS2 ) have been plated from both baths. Major problems include (1) reduction ofCu+2 to Cu and Cu x S by the solvent at high temperatures (T\u3el()0°C), hence depleting Cu+2,(2) poor adherence/uniformity, (3) controlling stoichiometry, and (4) sluggish indium deposition. The paper willdiscuss our routes to solving these problems and present filmdata
