Work Fatigue Due to the Use of High Heels on Promotion Girls Workers

During working hours, Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) is standing in a shopping center, which can cause work fatigue. The objective of this study was to examine the work fatigue of SPG who wore high heels in various variations. The research design was cross-sectional, with the research subjects being 60 employees from the SPG in Pontianak Indonesia Mall. The L 77 reaction timer was employed to measure fatigue before and after work. The findings revealed that workers who wore 7 cm heels experienced higher levels of fatigue than those who wore 5 cm or 3 cm heels. The study results revealed no significant difference in fatigue before and after working various variations of high heels (p ≤ 0.001). When wearing high heels, the average level of fatigue increases. However, there was no statistically significant difference in heel height variation on fatigue level (p=0.173). When working in a standing position, wearing shoes with low heels increases comfort and reduces worker fatigue. The results of this study can be used as a starting point for future research by other researchers. Moreover, the findings of this study can also serve as a starting point for other researchers to conduct additional research.     

Partisipasi stakeholder dalam pengelolaan pariwisata warisan budaya di kawasan Ratu Boko, Yogyakarta

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Sapta Pesona in the Ratu Boko Region on the comprehension of domestic tourists. The role of the Ratu Boko area is not just the city center, but also a major tourism asset for the city of Yogyakarta, even Indonesia. Ratu Boko's attraction is not only the place, but the atmosphere of life is also a special attraction, which is not found in other places. Thus, the Ratu Boko Region bears various burdens, competing for dominance with one another. As a consequence, there has been a shift in function from cultural space to commercial space, a process that has taken place since the 1980s, which is characterized by the development of large-scale trading and service activities, land disputes between residential and commercial areas which, if not careful, can lead to prolonged conflicts. In this study, the variable studied was the implementation of Sapta Pesona among street vendors. Based on the results of statistical tests with a significance level of 5%, overall (simultaneously) the variables safe, orderly, clean, comfortable, beautiful, friendly and memorable have a significant effect on tourist comprehension. Based on the results of the questionnaire from 100 respondents, it was concluded that the average tourist comprehension of the implementation of Sapta Pesona among the street vendors of Ratu Boko Yogyakarta tends to be poor (close to negative).This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Sapta Pesona in the Ratu Boko Region on the comprehension of domestic tourists. Android-based mobile application uses the app inventor method,this application contains the notion of cigarettes, smoking habits and the dangersof smoking and the meaning of words and warning warnings contained incigarette packs. In this application, there are text, images, videos about thedangers of smoking, clinics stop smoking and videos about the dangers ofsmoking. Pelatihan Penyusunan Artikel Ilmiah Bagi Guru-Guru Akuntansi se-Kabupaten Malang

Kegiatan menulis artikel ilmiah di kalangan guru tergolong masih rendah, hal ini dikarenakan sebagian guru tidak mempunyai motivasi dan waktu luang untuk membudayakan menulis. Sebagian besar guru masih belum memahami konteks penulisan artikel ilmiah yang benar sehingga guru belum mampu untuk menghasilkan karya yang inovatif yang dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah. Hal ini akan menghambat salah satu kebutuhan guru yaitu kenaikan pangkat secara reguler. Artikel ilmiah menjadi syarat mutlak yang harus dipenuhi agar proses kenaikan pangkat guru dapat segera terealisasi. Pelatihan penulisan artikel yang diselenggarakan tim dosen Universitas Negeri Malang dihadiri guru SMK jurusan akuntansi se-Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah yang terbatas dan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru akuntansi tentang cara menyusun artikel ilmiah dan menerbitkan artikel di jurnal yang dituju. Metode pada kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua hari yaitu pada hari pertama guru mendapatkan materi mengenai cara menyusun artikel ilmiah kemudian pada hari kedua, guru mendapatkan tugas untuk mengembangkan ide dan bahan penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah. Kegiatan yang telah  dilakukan selama dua hari tersebut, mampu melatih guru untuk menyusun artikel ilmiah. The Urgency of Establishing Guidelines for Handling Cybercrime Cases in the Indonesian National Police DepartmentTechnological development has a strong influence on the development of criminals. In the past, crimes were carried out in conventional ways and tools, but now crimes are carried out in modern ways. Cybercrime is a borderless crime and requires special treatment when collecting digital evidence. Evidence in cyber crime allows criminals to hide or remove their tracks. Until now, Indonesian National Police (POLRI) does not have any case management guidelines for storing digital evidence using digital forensic methods. This research aims to determine what steps investigators take in obtaining digital evidence, whether these steps have been effective in law enforcement, or whether they are still unclear. The method in this writing is normative legal research based on a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The author offers to establish guidelines for handling cyber crime cases in the Indonesian National Police by relying on digital forensic methods by strengthening and choosing the right tools for handling cases. The Effectiveness of Educational Games on Post-Pandemic Learning

Learning through interactive media gives additional value to the educational world because it enables learners to represent themselves. Game-based learning promotes learners’ creativity, critical thinking and cognitive skills related to technology use. Previous research discovered that game-based learning has a positive effect on learners. Therefore, in this research, an applied study was conducted on the use of the E-CrowdWar educational game with high school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using games in learning to improve student learning outcomes. The study was conducted with 100 high school students in Blitar and 100 in Kediri. E-CrowdWar was used during the classroom activities along with in-class learning. An independent sample t-test was used to measure the effectiveness of game-based learning. The integration of games into online learning had a significantly positive effect on student learning outcomes. The pre-test results showed that the average student learning outcome score in both cities was the same, namely 65 points. After implementing game-based learning, student learning outcomes in Kediri increased to 90.74 points and in Blitar to 86.95 points. The study discovered that game-based learning through E-CrowdWar was effective in promoting the students’ academic outcomes, although there were differences in the mean score. Potential of Noni Leaf Extract (Morinda citrifolia L.) As Aedes aegypti Mosquito Repellent

Dengue fever is transmitted every year by the Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in Indonesia. One way to prevent this is by using repellents, such as the noni leaf extract (Morinda citrifolia L.). The objective of this study was to analyze the potential of the noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia L.) leaf extract as a repellent against Aedes aegypti. The study employed a post-test research design with only a control group, using concentrations of 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5%, and 25 mosquitoes with 6 repetitions. The technique for data collection involved counting mosquitoes that perched on hands. The study was conducted from November 2022 to May 2023. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Anova One Away Post Hoc and the power protection formula. The research on Aedes aegypti mosquitoes that perched for 6 hours showed that the noni leaf extract concentration of 37.5% had an average of 2.5 tails perched. The concentration of the noni leaf extract is 37.5%, according to the Pesticide Committee standard (1995). The average protection power for 6 hours is 90.86%. The study also suggests investigating the side effects of use and the addition of an HPMC gelling agent. However, for concentrations of 12.5% and 25%, the protective power is less than 90%. This study shows that concentrations of 37.5% are effective for repelling Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Further research can be conducted using old or yellowed leaves, as well as for repelling culex and Anopheles mosquitoes

A Path Model of Factors Associated with Hypertension and Disease: Analysis of Indonesian Basic Health Survey Year 2018

Non-communicable diseases are estimated to account for 73% of all deaths in Indonesia, and cardiovascular disease contributes 35%. Unhealthy dietary behavior leads to several NCDs, such as Diabetes Mellitus, obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. This cross-sectional study used secondary data from the Indonesian Basic Health Survey Year 2018. The study selected 10,171 samples aged ≥15 years from West Borneo Province. The dependent variable was coronary disease. The independent variables were hypertension, age, gender, education, smoking, vegetables, fruit consumption, fat intake, alcohol consumption, instant noodles consumption, soft drink consumption, physical activity, and residence. A path analysis was conducted data analysis. The coronary disease was directly increased by hypertension (b=1.19; 95% CI=0.90 to 1.48; p<0.001), age ≥43 years (b=0.88; 95% CI=0.55 to 1.21; p<0.001), and high physical activity (b= -0.49; 95% CI= -0.81 to -0.17; p=0.003). It was directly decreased by alcohol consumption, but it was statistically non-significant (b=-0.71; 95% CI=-1.54 to 0.11; p=0.088). Pelatihan Komputer Akutansi Desa Dengan Aplikasi Keuangan Desa (Siskuedes) Untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalitas Guru

Penerbitan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tentang Desa Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 113 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa telah menarik perhatian publik. Mengingat dana langsung pemerintah ke desa mencapai 10% dari total anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara, tentu diperlukan sistem akuntabilitas yang jelas. Adanya aplikasi SISKEUDES yang dibangun oleh BPKP bersama Kementrian Dalam Negeri yang didistribusikan ke desa-desa di seluruh Indonesia secara gratis melalui pemerintah kabupaten/kota, diharapkan mampu mempermudah pengelolaan keuangan desa dengan tujuan sebagai upaya mengawal transparansi pengelolaan dana desa. Hal ini menarik perhatian dunia pendidikan, khususnya SMK yang memasukkan materi pembelajaran akuntansi desa berbasis IT pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sesuai Kurikulum 2013. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bermaksud untuk menjembatani demi meningkatkan pemantapan wawasam dan profesionalitas guru akuntansi SMK se-Kota Malang terhadap sistem keuangan desa serta pengoprasian sistem aplikasi siskeudes. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan dan pengajaran aplikasi sistem keuangan desa. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah guru akuntansi di MGMP Akuntansi Kota Malang menjadi lebih meningkat kompetensi profesionalnya dalam mengajar komputer akuntansi desa. Hal ini dilihat dari antusias peserta dalam menyelesaikan modul komputer akuntansi desa. Selain itu juga dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya nilai rata-rata peserta dari nilai pre test sebesar 5,5 menjadi rata-rata 6,7. Selepas adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan apa yang telah diajarkan pendidik berhasil dipahami dengan lancar oleh peserta didik yang outputnya dapat melahirkan lulusan peserta didik yang kompeten dalam mengambil peran penting yakni menjadi operator dalam mengoprasikan aplikasi siskeude
