    PEMANFAATAN KONTEN DIGITAL PUSAT SUMBER BELAJAR (PSB) PADA SEKOLAH RINTISAN PENERIMA BANTUAN PERANGKAT PSB

    Learning Resources  Center (LRC) in schools provides a wide selection of learning resources to support learning activities and encourage effective learning so as to achieve learning goals. LRC assistance has been provided from 2016 to 2019, so a research is needed to determine its utilization in schools.This research aims to determine the description of the utilization of ICT tools to support the learning process, as well as obstacles encountered, and recommendations for solution in use of ICT tools and content of LRC for learning in schools. Research uses evaluation research using CIPP (context, input, process and product). The samples are headmasters, teachers, and education staff in schools receiving PSB assistance from Data Center and Information Technology (Pusdatin) Ministry of Education and Culture Education Center in the 2016 to 2019 which is spread in various regions of Indonesi. Data collection using online questionnaires, interviews, limited observation, and documentation. The results showed that:1) the forms of utilizing PSB digital content in schools vary including: most teachers present in front of the class using projectors with the lecture method and some have integrated with other learning models, forms of use are used as independent learning resources for students both individually and in groups or on scheduled;2) in general the availability of inovative teachers is quite adequate, as many as 31% of schools have more than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials and 53% of schools have less than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials; 3)some recommendations in an effort to improve the quality of utilizing PSB digital content and PSB assistance tools, namely the need: increasing the availability of ICT infrastructure, improving the quality of HR management of PSB, increasing the quality of applications and quantity of PSB digital content, and improving the quality of policy support. Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) di sekolah menyediakan berbagai macam pilihan sumber belajar untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan mendorong cara belajar yang efektif sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Bantuan PSB telah diberikan sejak tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2019, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengetahui pemanfaatannya di sekolah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan bantuan perangkat TIK untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, serta kendala yang dihadapi, dan rekomendasi solusi dalam pemanfaatan bantuan  perangkat TIK dan konten PSB untuk pembelajaran di sekolah penerima bantuan PSB. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model  CIPP (context, input, process dan product). Sampel adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan tenaga kependidikan pada sekolah penerima bantuan perangkat PSB dari Pusdatin Kemendikbud  Tahun 2016 s/d. Tahun 2019 yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, wawancara, observasi terbatas, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk pemanfaatan bantuan konten digital PSB di sekolah beragam diantaranya: sebagian besar guru menyajikan di depan kelas menggunakan projector dengan metode ceramah dan ada yang sudah mengintegrasikan dengan model pembelajaran lainnya, bentuk pemanfaatan digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri bagi siswa baik individu maupun kelompok atau secara terjadwal; 2)pada umumnya ketersediaan guru penggerak cukup memadai, sebanyak 31% sekolah memiliki lebih dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri dan 53% sekolah memiliki kurang dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri; 3) beberapa rekomendasi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pemanfaatan konten digital PSB dan perangkat bantuan PSB yaitu perlunya: peningkatan ketersediaan sarana prasarana TIK,  peningkatan kualitas SDM pengelola PSB, peningkatan kualitas aplikasi dan kuantitas konten digital PSB, serta peningkatan kualitas dukungan kebijakan. &nbsp

    Enkripsi dan Dekripsi File dengan Algoritma Blowfish pada Perangkat Mobile Berbasis Android

    Cryptography is one of the ways used to secure data in the form of a file with encrypt files so that others are not entitled to know the file is private and confidential. One method is the algorithm Blowfish Cryptography which is a symmetric key using the algorithm to perform encryption and decryption. Applications that are built can perform file encryption-shaped images, videos, and documents. These applications can be running on a mobile phone that has a minimal operating system Android version 2.3. The software used to build these applications is Eclipse. The results of this research indicate that applications built capable of performing encryption and decryption. The results file encryption makes files into another unknown meaning. By using the keys numbered 72 bits or 9 character takes 1,49x108 years to break it with the speed it’s computation is 106 key/sec. Salah satu metode kriptografi adalah algoritma Blowfish yang merupakan algoritma yang menggunakan kunci simetris untuk melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi. Aplikasi yang dibangun ini dapat melakukan enkripsi file berbentuk gambar, video, dan dokumen. Aplikasi ini dapat berjalan pada ponsel yang minimal memiliki sistem operasi Android versi 2.3. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah Eclipse. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun mampu melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi dengan baik. Hasil enkripsi file membuat file menjadi tidak diketahui lagi maknanya. Dengan menggunakan kunci berjumlah 72 bit atau 9 karakter dibutuhkan waktu  1,49x108  tahun untuk membongkarnya dengan kecepatan komputasinya adalah 106 key/sec. Kata kunci: kriptografi, algoritma Blowfish, kunci simteris, Android, enkripsi, dekripsi

    Concurrent Quad-band Low Noise Amplifier (QB-LNA) using Multisection Impedance Transformer

    A quad-band low noise amplifier (QB-LNA) based on multisection impedance transformer designed and evaluated in this research. As a novelty, a multisection impedance transformer was used to produce QB-LNA. A multisection impedance transformer is used as input and output impedance matching because it has higher stability, large Q factor, and low noise than lumpedcomponent.The QB-LNA was designed on FR4 microstrip substrate with er= 4.4, thickness h=0.8 mm, and tan d= 0.026. The proposed QB-LNA was designed and analyzed by Advanced Design System (ADS).The simulation has shown that QB-LNA achieves gain (S21) of 22.91 dB, 16.5 dB,  11.18 dB, and 7.25 dB at 0.92 GHz, 1.84 GHz, 2.61 GHz, and 3.54 GHz, respectively.The QB-LNA obtainreturn loss (S11) of -21.28 dB, -31.87 dB,  -28.08 dB, and -30.85 dB at 0.92 GHz, 1.84 GHz, 2.61 GHz, and 3.54 GHz, respectively. It also achieves a noise figure (nf) of 2.35 dB, 2.13 dB, 2.56 dB, and 3.55 dB at 0.92 GHz, 1.84 GHz, 2.61 GHz, and 3.54 GHz, respectively. This research also has shown that the figure of merit (FoM) of the proposed QB-LNA is higher than that of another multiband LNA

    The Development of Javanese Language Teaching Materials Through Introduction of Java Scripts Using Artificial Neural Network

    The Java script is a traditional Indonesian scripts known as Hanacaraka or Carakan. Java script becomes less desirable students who have not been introduced by Master to students using interesting digital media. Javanese language teachers in teaching activities do not yet have interactive learning media in making Java script. This research aims to develop digital media recognition Java script using artificial neural network back propagation method as a teaching material of Java language. The sample of research used is basic java script which consist of 20 characters. The method of extraction properties used is Fast Fourier Transform, which is sampled horizontally and vertically. The result of this research showed FFT and ANN can be made of interactive learning media. The effectiveness of system with sensitivity value of 0,046 - 0,085, specification value 0,023 - 0,052, and system reliability is 59,5%. Validation value system that has been built for pattern recognition Java script on the training process is 100%, the testing process with the data -3o rotation, -1o, +1o, +3o reaches 100%, for a rotation -5o testing data, and +5° is 80%, testing of handwritten data is 65%, the test data +10o rotation is 25%, the test with the data translation is 5%, and for testing with the data and the data of rotation +90° zoom in (view) is 0%

    Vertebra osteoporosis detection based on bone density using Index-Singh statistical blended method

    Osteoporosis is a progressive decrease in bone density so that the bones become brittle and broken. Bones are composed of minerals such as calcium and phosphate, so the bones become hard and solid. Many people do not realize that osteoporosis is a silent disease. Therefore, early detection of osteoporosis is very important. Detection of osteoporosis can be done by utilizing x-ray images of the vertebra. In this research the detection of bone density using blended statistical methods and Index-Singh. The x-ray sample used in this research was 50 images of osteoporosis patients. The result of the area calculation yields the highest white pixel is 7,983 pixels and the lowest white pixel is 5,410 pixels. Based on the results of these calculations, a statistical grouping is conducted into 6 Index-Singh. The range of statistical values is 5,410–6,266 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 1, range of data 6,323–6,512 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 2, the data range 6,520-6,747 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 3, data range 6,778-6,998 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 4, data range 7,001-7,219 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 5, and data range 7,338-7,983 pixels grouped into Index-Singh 6. Overall, the results of testing the osteoporosis detection system have been successful and can be used as an early detection system for osteoporosis. This assistance system has a detection accuracy of 76% compared to doctor's justification
