STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH PADA PEMBINAAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam membina kompetensi sosial guru dalam menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis tematik di kelas IV SDN 12 Ansok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas IV SDN 12 Ansok. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi, paduan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) adanya upada kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan guru dalam RPP berbasis pembelajaran tematik dengan memberi program pelatihan penyusunan RPP. (2) Kepala sekolah melakukan pengamatan pada pembelajaran di kelas guna memastikan guru berkomunikasi dengan efektif, empatik dan santun berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik. (3) dalam melaksanakan evaluasi kepala sekolah melakukan pengamatan, baik secara langsung atau secara tidak langsung, dengan memberi masukan kepada guru dalam melakukan evaluasi haruslah bersikap dan bertindak objektif. (4) Kendala yang dihadapi adalah masih ditemukan guru kurang terbuka terkait kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kompetensi sosialnya

Pemodelan Kondisi Geologi Teknik Daerah Amblesan Tanah Jalan Semarang Outer Ring Road (SORR)

The Semarang Outer Ring Road (SORR) project which is located on soft soil has the potential to experience land subsidence due to consolidation. The consolidation settlement is predicted to continue along with the length of time the consolidation is completed. It is necessary to study subsurface engineering geology to obtain an overview of the structure of the soil layers and the thickness of the soft soil layer that has the potential to undergo consolidation. Based on the data of 4 borehole points and the results of laboratory tests, evaluation and correlation were carried out to obtain the stratigraphy of the soil layer. The stratigraphic results showed that the total depth of the soil investigation was 50 m, with the surface soil layers generally consisting of embankment soil, sandy clay, sandy silt, and clayey silt. The distribution of clay and silt with very soft to medium consistency dominates the soil layer structure with a thickness varying between 15.50-28.00 m. This condition has the potential to cause an increase in the magnitude and rate of consolidation due to the surface loading of the embankment soil

Pendampingan Teknis Perencanaan Renovasi Pembangunan Masjid As-Syuhada Rumpun Diponegoro Kota Semarang

Mosques are one the public facilities that have a role as houses of worship for muslims. In addition, the mosque also functions as a center for community activities such as a place for celebrating big days, discussions, studies, seminars, lectures, and training as a center for religious learning for the community. To increase the role and function of the mosque as well as an effort to increase the capacity or capacity of worshippers, the mosque prosperity council (DKM) plans to renovate the construction of mosque. The existing condition of the mosque currently has supporting facilities, but it is considered inadequate with a limited capacity of worshippers. In addition, physically the existing mosque building is quite simple, so carrying out renovations requires careful planning. The purpose of this community service (PkM) of Faculty of Engineering of Universitas Semarang is to assist DKM in making a renovation plan design for the construction of the As-Syuhada Mosque. The output of this mentoring activity is in the form of submitting design drawings of the 2 floors mosque building including detailed structural drawings, as well as 3D drawings and calculation of the cost budget plan (RAB). The drawings and RAB of the renovation work for the construction of the As-Shahada Mosque that had been approved were then used as guidelines for carrying out work in the field

Optimization of Performance Traditional Back-propagation with Cyclical Rule for Forecasting Model

The traditional Back-propagation algorithm has several weaknesses, including long training times and significant iterations to achieve convergence. This study aims to optimize traditional Back-propagation using the cyclical rule method to cover these weaknesses. Optimization is done by changing the training function and standard Back-propagation parameters using the training function and cyclical rule parameters. After that, a comparison of the two results will be carried out. This study uses quantitative method of time-series data on coronavirus cases sourced from the Worldometer website, then analyzed using three forecasting models with five input layers, one hidden layer (5, 10, and 15 neurons) and one output layer. The results showed that the 5-10-1 model with the training function and cyclical rule parameters and the tansig and purelin activation functions could perform well in optimization, including faster training time and smaller iterations (epochs), MSE training performance, and better tests. Low and high accuracy (92%) with an error rate of 0.01. So it was concluded that the training function and cyclical rule parameters with the tansig and purelin activation functions were able to optimize the traditional Back-propagation method, and the 5-10-1 model could be used for forecasting active cases of the coronavirus in Asi

PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) PADA MATERI SEGIEMPAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK INDONESIA (PMRI) DI SMP NEGERI 2 MUARA SUGIHAN.[SKRIPSI]

This research aims to generate teaching materials in the form of student worksheets on quadrilateral material using PMRI approach which are valid, practical, and has a potential effect on the learning outcomes of VII grade students of 02 Junior High School Muara Sugihan. The research method applied in this study is the elaboration study method which consists of preliminary stage (preparation and designing phase) and prototyping stage using groove formative evaluation (self-evaluation, one to one, small group and field test). Data collection was performed using walkthrough sheets, questionnaires and tests. The subject of the study is VII.A grade students of 02 Junior High School MuaraSugihan with total 37 people. The research findings obtained the following conclusions: (1) generate the valid student worksheets by auditing comments and suggestions of the validator and the value of validity of 4.08. (2) generate the practical student worksheets by overlooking the students’ comments on questionnaires, and (3) student worksheets have potential effect on the students’ learning outcomes with the average score of 91.15 or 91% obtain score of ≥ 66. Manajemen pengelolaan sarana prasarana sebuah sekolah dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila melibatkan semua unsur seperti guru, siswa, orang tua murid dan masyarakat, karna pendidikan merupakan tanggungjawab kita bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu unun mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara detail proses pengelolaan Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran Orang Tua Siswa dalam memenuhi Kebutuhun sarana Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Manajemen sekolah harus diterapkan disemua bidang khususnya sarana prasarana yang begitu penting karna saran prasrana itu sendiri dalam dunia pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi belajar siswa atau prestasi siswa.
