FOXP3 interacts with hnRNPF to modulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing

    Get PDF
FOXP3 promotes the development and function of regulatory T cells mainly through regulating the transcription of target genes. RNA alternative splicing has been implicated in a wide range of physiological and pathophysiological processes. We report here that FOXP3 associates with heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) F through the exon 2-encoded region of FOXP3 and the second quasi-RNA recognition motif (qRRM) of hnRNPF. FOXP3 represses the ability of hnRNPF to bind to its target pre-mRNA and thus modulates RNA alternative splicing. Furthermore, overexpression of mouse hnRNPF in in vitro-differentiated regulatory T cells (Tregs) reduced their suppressive function. Thus, our studies identify a novel mechanism by which FOXP3 regulates mRNA alternative splicing to modulate the function of regulatory T cells

AbstractIn this paper, we define a distance called c-distance on a cone metric space and prove a new common fixed point theorem by using the distance

Motivic and quantum invariance under stratified Mukai flops

    Get PDF
For stratified Mukai flops of type An,k,D2k+1A_{n,k}, D_{2k+1} and E6,IE_{6,I}, it is shown the fiber product induces isomorphisms on Chow motives. In contrast to (standard) Mukai flops, the cup product is generally not preserved. For An,2A_{n, 2}, D5D_5 and E6,IE_{6, I} flops, quantum corrections are found through degeneration/deformation to ordinary flops

An Implicit Iterative Scheme for an Infinite Countable Family of Asymptotically Nonexpansive Mappings in Banach Spaces

    Get PDF
Let K be a nonempty closed convex subset of a reflexive Banach space E with a weakly continuous dual mapping, and let {Ti}i=1∞ be an infinite countable family of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings with the sequence {kin} satisfying kin≥1 for each i=1,2,…, n=1,2,…, and limn→∞kin=1 for each i=1,2,…. In this paper, we introduce a new implicit iterative scheme generated by {Ti}i=1∞ and prove that the scheme converges strongly to a common fixed point of {Ti}i=1∞, which solves some certain variational inequality

Design of Single-Stage Flyback PFC Converter for LED Driver

    Get PDF
A light emitting diode (LED) driver based on single-stage power factor correction (PFC) is presented in this paper. The designed LED driver using flyback topology can achieve power factor correction and constant-current drive LED in boundary conduction mode. The circuit principle is described in detail, the formulas for MOS switch-on time, switching frequency and the main impact factor of power factor are proposed. The experiment results show that the designed LED driver has high power factor, stable output and it can drive the LED with high efficiency

A uniformizable spherical CR structure on a two-cusped hyperbolic 3-manifold

Let ⟨I1,I2,I3⟩\langle I_{1}, I_{2}, I_{3}\rangle be the complex hyperbolic (4,4,∞)(4,4,\infty) triangle group. In this paper we give a proof of a conjecture of Schwartz for ⟨I1,I2,I3⟩\langle I_{1}, I_{2}, I_{3}\rangle. That is ⟨I1,I2,I3⟩\langle I_{1}, I_{2}, I_{3}\rangle is discrete and faithful if and only if I1I3I2I3I_1I_3I_2I_3 is nonelliptic. When I1I3I2I3I_1I_3I_2I_3 is parabolic, we show that the even subgroup ⟨I2I3,I2I1⟩\langle I_2 I_3, I_2I_1 \rangle is the holonomy representation of a uniformizable spherical CR structure on the two-cusped hyperbolic 3-manifold s782s782 in SnapPy notation

ERSVC: An Efficient Routing Scheme for Satellite Constellation Adapting Vector Composition

    Get PDF
AbstractCompared with GEO and MEO satellites, LEO satellite constellation is able to provide low-latency, broadband communications which is difficult to be provided by the GEO or MEO satellites. However, one of the challenges in LEO constellation is the development of an efficient and specialized routing scheme. This paper takes transmission rate and data transmission time into consideration, and proposes ERSVC, an efficient routing scheme for satellite constellation adapting vector composition. ERSVC reduces routing table computation complexity, and saves restricted satellite resources. By adapting vector composition method, the amount of data flowing into satellite constellation is maximized while the data traffic is well controlled. Correlative and comprehensive simulation indicates that ERSVC is superior to existing schemes for LEO satellite constellation, especially in balancing data flow
