Web servis Otvorenoga geoprostornog konzorcija u složenim sustavima distribucije
The short review of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web service with regard to Web Map Service (WMS) and Web Feature Service (WFS) has been given in this work from the perspective of server and client applications. The problems of the exchange of spatial data in the complex systems as municipal service have been described. Based on analysis of data exchange between employees in the same company and exchange between municipal services the existing condition has been schematically shown. Having this in mind, the proposal of measures has been given to improve communication by implementing distribution OGC web service with assumption that improvement of communication initiates the progress of overall system as well. Suggested solution is based on open source WMS/WFS servers and clients, but with remark that large number of commercial desktop GIS systems has inbuilt support for OGC web service. In the end it has been pointed out to some possible specialized clientās requests in regard to data safety and control of data access, as well as some extended types of data such as topological structures, surfaces and alike. Described model of distribution exchange can be applied to all complex systems, but within smaller systems such as companies which consist of more sectors.

CORRELATION OF TUMOUR SUPPRESSOR GENE P53 EXPRESSION WITH MACROSCOPIC MANIFESTATION AND GROWTH PATTERN OF COLORECTAL CANCER
Colon carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumours and the second cause of cancer-related deaths in developed countries. The objective of the research was to investigate the p53 expression in colorectal cancer and compare the expression levels of p53 with the macroscopic appearance and manner of growth of the tumours, followed by detection and identification of the expression levels of p53 as an important prognostic factor of the further course, outcome and data for the selection of appropriate therapy.Research was implemented as a prospective, clinical and experimental study. We used a postoperative material obtained by resection of colorectal cancer from 63 patients of both sexes. The results showed that the majority of tumours 36/63, i.e. 57.1% were manifested as infiltrative forms, 9/63, i.e. 14.3% as ulcerating form, and 18/63, i.e. 28.6% of tumours had a polypoid ā exophytic form. The results have shown that three tumours of infiltrative forms were p53 negative and 17 of them were p53 positive. In tumours with ulcerating form, eight were p53 negative, and 16 of them were no p53 positive tumours. In vegetative tumour forms, four were p53 negative, and 15 of the were p53 positive.Positive p53 status was present in 52.4% of tumours. Expression of p53 was absent in 47.6% of the tumours and does not correlate with the macroscopic appearance and manner of tumour growth. Expression levels of p53 do not have a diagnostic, predictive and prognostic potential, while its importance is undeniable in the understanding of oncogenesis

Biodegradation of the aromatic fraction from petroleum diesel fuel by Oerskovia sp. followed by comprehensive GCĆGC-TOF MS
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from petroleum and fossil fuels are one of the most dominant pollutants in the environment. Since aromatic fraction from petroleum diesel fuel is mainly composed of PAHs, it is important to discover new microorganisms that can biodegrade these compounds. This article describes the biodegradation of the aromatic fraction separated from petroleum diesel fuel using the strain Oerskovia sp. CHP-ZH25 isolated from petroleum oil-contaminated soil. The biodegradation was monitored by gravimetry and GC Ć GC-TOF MS. An innovative method was applied to visualize degraded compounds in the data provided by a GC Ć GC-TOF MS. It was shown that Oerskovia sp. CHP-ZH25 degraded 77.4% based on gravimetric analysis within 30 days. Average rate of degradation was 14.4 mg/L/day, 10.5 mg/l/day and 4.0 mg/l/day from 0 to 10 day, 10ā20 and 20ā30 day, respectively. The order of PAH degradation based on decrease in peak volume after 30 days of incubation was as follows: dibenzothiophene derivatives gt benzo[b]thiophene derivatives gt naphthalene derivatives gt acenaphthene derivatives gt acenaphthylene/biphenyl derivatives gt fluorene derivatives gt phenanthrene/anthracene derivatives. Here we demonstrated that Oerskovia sp. CHP-ZH25 could potentially be a suitable candidate for use in bioremediation of environments polluted with different PAHs. Geometric deformation analysis in free geodetic networks: case study for Fruska Gora in Serbia
The deformation measurements are performed for the purpose of obtaining information concerning ground movement and objects on the ground within given time intervals. For the purpose of improving conventional models of deformation analysis (CDA) it is desirable to use several different methods and also implement alternative procedures as a further improvement, such as the concept of robust geodetic networks and strain analysis, aimed at obtaining objective information about the movements. In the present paper, in addition to the CDA methods, we also analyze the robust methods in deformation detecting and the method of the strain analysis based on elasticity theory as a supplement to the conventional geometric deformation methods (CDA). The mentioned methods are applied and analysed for the case of a test example of Fruska Gora in Serbia, for which there exist geological and geophysical studies of recent tectonic movements. The measuring results for two measuring epochs concern the GNSS vectors measured by applying the fast static method within closed polygons over a ten-year interval, where only the horizontal movement component is analysed. The efficiency of the applied CDA and robust methods is measured by applying a mean success rate (MSR) by applying Monte Carlo simulations in order to investigate the efficiency of a given methods for a given control network

Synthesis and Characterization of Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for Aniline Recognition
Aniline, the main representative of aromatic amines, occurs in a large number
of industries, such as the production of textiles, plastics, medicines, pesticides,
rubber, and varnishes.1 Due to practicality and efficiency, a molecularly imprinted
polymers (MIPs) can be used as sorbents for removing aniline.2 In this study,
magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized via suspension
copolymerization while characterization was performed by various methods in order
to obtain an efficient sorbent for the aniline removal from an aqueous solution.
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) confirmed characteristic vibrational
bands which suggested successful synthesis of MIP, nitrogen gas adsorption-desorption
measurements as well as mercury porosimetry have shown that the most
dominant pores were mesopores, while scanning electron microscopy with energy
dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) confirmed a 3D spherical porous
structure with all the expected elements
