This work describes a multi agent system designed to support the management of tacit knowledge that belongs to people of an organization. This is a distributed knowledge management system based on the use of mobile agents, which receive the user's queries and visit the organization domains where this information can be generated. The system has been developed using an approach based on the organizational concept of business processes to identify roles and protocols as part of the analysis stage of a methodology for agent-oriented analysis and design. The mobility of the agent is defined using an approach based on both the quality attributes specified for the multi-agent architecture and the execution environments of the multi-agent system. Identification of roles and protocols in the analysis and design of multi-agent systems using the business process concept

Most organization-oriented methodologies for the analysis and design of multi-agent systems start defining the organization structure. This structure is defined in terms of roles that the agents have to play in the organization. However, there are cases where the identification of roles and protocols is not easy, so it is not convenient to start the analysis defining the organization structure of the multi-agent systems. In this work, we discuss the use of the organizational concept of business process to identify roles and protocols. Then, we present an approach, which is based on the business process concept, to extend the Gaia methodology. This approach defines how to derive the roles and protocols of a system from the business processes. Aspectos a considerar en la evaluación de la satisfacción en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje

Cada vez hay un mayor interés en medir y evaluar la experiencia de usuario de manera más objetiva y precisa con respecto a las necesidades reales de los usuarios. Sin embargo, la evolución de la tecnología ha implicado diversos retos que involucran lograr un acercamiento y comprensión de los elementos implícitos en la interacción de un usuario y un sistema interactivo. En el caso de entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, el desafío es mayor, ya que hay aspectos propios del contexto, que los métodos tradicionales son insuficientes para proporcionar una forma adecuada de evaluar la satisfacción de uso en este tipo de entornos. However, the evolution of technology has meant various challenges and has achieved a closer understanding of the implicit elements in the interaction of a user and an interactive system. In the case of virtual learning environments, the challenge is greater as there are contextual specific aspects that traditional methods cannot provide in an adequate way to assess the satisfaction of use in such environments. Protección multinivel de derechos humanos. Guía de prácticas

La Guía de Prácticas tiene como objeto proporcionar un conjunto de referencias y textos doctrinales, jurisprudenciales y legales para el estudio de la protección multinivel de derechos humanos en América Latina desde una perspectiva comparada. Los contenidos se estructuran en tres grandes bloques: 1) La interpretación y protección de los derechos humanos en el marco multinivel; 2) Perspectiva horizontal: sistemas regionales de protección de derechos; y 3) Perspectiva vertical: el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos y su relación con los sistemas jurídicos de los Estados. Cada uno de los capítulos incluye: una recomendación bibliográfica de lecturas clave en la correspondiente materia; una selección de jurisprudencia, acompañada de preguntas que contribuyan a guiar la comprensión; y un supuesto práctico para el desarrollo de las capacidades analítica, argumentativa, y de resolución de casos. Risks of dengue secondary infective biting associated with aedes aegypti in home environments in Monterrey, Mexico

Abstract. Secondary dengue virus infections are a major risk for developing dengue hemorrhagic fever. Recent exposure to infectious bites of Aedes aegypti (L.) females in previously diagnosed dengue cases fulfills the epidemiological model of dengue hemorrhagic fever. A study was comprised of 357 (89.2%) dengue and 43 (10.8%) dengue hemorrhagic fever cases confirmed by laboratory tests and clinical manifestations. An entomological survey was done in homes and backyards. Concurrently, a questionnaire was used to assess the impact of healthpromotion campaigns through knowledge of the vector and its epidemiological role. Seventy-six (28.4%) of the 268 (67.0%) total wet or dry oviposition sites were positive for the presence of larvae or pupae, while adult Ae. aegypti were found in 32 (8.0%). One hundred thirty-two (33%) householders who formerly had dengue fever or dengue hemorrhagic fever had knowledge of either larval or adult dengue vector stages. According to gender distribution, 145 (36.2%) and 14 (3.5%) of the males confirmed with cases of dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever lived in houses with 17.9 and 2% of the Ae. aegypti larval and pupal habitats. Houses with females who had dengue and dengue hemorrhagic fever were 212 (53%) and 29 (7.3%), with containers with immature Ae. aegypti in 19.4 and 7%, respectively.
