Deleuze mobiliza a ?antecipa??o da percep??o? kantiana, a ?ess?ncia singular? espinosana e, com Guattari, a ?latitude das formas? das disputas escol?sticas. Esses componentes, e outros tantos, delineiam o conceito de intensidade e favorecem o exerc?cio de seu papel crucial na elabora??o de uma teoria da individua??o que transite da est?tica ? pol?tica, passando pela constru??o de uma concep??o a respeito do que significa pensar e auxilie a realizar o projeto de unifica??o dos dois sentidos de est?tica.This article discusses the concept of intensity in Deleuze?s and deleuze-guattarian philosophy, exposing some of the elements brought from other philosophers to compose it. Deleuze mobilizes Kant?s ?anticipation of perception?, the spinozian ?singular essence? and with Guattari, the ?latitude of forms? of scholastic disputes. These components, and many others, outline the concept of intensity and favor the exercise of their crucial role in developing a theory of individuation that transit from aesthetics to politics, through the construction of a conception of what it means to think and assist to perform the unification project of the two meanings of aesthetics

It seeks to equate the problem of the survival of a mental vocabulary to express the very modality in which bodies are at their upmost: dance. South Portugal population genetic analysis with 17 loci STRs

Trabalho apresentado sob a forma de poster no ISFG 21st international CongressSTRs are the standard genetic markers mainly used in forensic cases. In routine casework it is important to establish a population genetic database for further reliable statistical analyses. AmpF1STRIdentifiler (Applied Biosystems) and Geneprint Powerplex 16 (Promega Corporation, Madison WI, USA) are multiplex kits wich co-amplifie 17 STR - loci including the segment of X-Y homologous gene Amelogenina routinely used in our laboratory. 13 core short tandem repeat loci standardized under the combined DNA Index System (Codis): CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539, D18S51, D21S11, vWA, FGA, TH01, TPOX, two additional tetranucleotide loci - D2S1338 and D19S433 – and two additional pentanucleotides – Penta E and Penta D. The purpose of this study is to determine the allele distribution data of the 17 STR loci in 2445 caucasian unrelated individuals from the south of Portugal, 176 unrelated individuals from Cabo Verde and 102 unrelated individuals from Angola and compare it with the values of the all the population resident in the same area. Allele frequencies for each locus observed heterozygosity, expected heterozygosity, power of exclusion, power of discrimination, and p values of chi-square test for departures from Hardy-Weinberg expectations were calculated.N/

Electron transfer driven decomposition of adenine and selected analogs as probed by experimental and theoretical methods

We report on a combined experimental and theoretical study of electron transfer induced decomposition of adenine and a selection of analogue molecules in collisions with potassium atoms (K). Time-of-flight negative ion mass spectra have been obtained in a wide collision energy range (6–68 eV in the centre-of-mass frame), providing a comprehensive investigation of the fragmentation patterns of purine, adenine, 9-methyl adenine, 6-dimethyl adenine and 2-D adenine. Following our recent communication about selective hydrogen loss from the transient negative ions (TNI) produced in these collisions [T. Dunha et al. J. Chem. Phys. 148, 021101 (2018)], this work focuses on the production of smaller fragment anions. In the low-energy part of the present range, several dissociation channels that are accessible in free electron attachment experiments are absent from the present mass spectra, notably NH2 loss from adenine and 9-methyl adenine. This can be understood in terms of a relatively long transit time of the K+ cation in the vicinity of the TNI tending to enhance the likelihood of intramolecular electron transfer. In this case, the excess energy can be redistributed through the available degrees of freedom inhibiting fragmentation pathways. Ab initio theoretical calculations were performed for 9-methyl adenine (9-mAd) and adenine (Ad) in the presence of a potassium atom and provided a strong basis for the assignment the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals accessed in the collision process
