Com influeix el currículum ocult en la inclusió i/o exclusió dels alumnes ?
Curs 2012-2013L’objectiu d'aquest treball és observar si hi ha elements del currículum ocult en tres aules de Manresa i si aquests afecten a la inclusió i/o exclusió dels alumnes. Per a fer-ho partim d’una base teòrica on hi ha exposades les principals característiques d'un ensenyament-aprenentatge inclusiu i les dimensions d’anàlisi del currículum ocult que pretenem observar. Tot seguit, fem constar la metodologia emprada per portar a terme la investigació i les graelles d’observació.
Desprès d’aquestes hi ha un anàlisi i comparació de les escoles observades. En aquest anàlisi es pot observar com en totes les aules analitzades hi ha presents elements de currículum ocult que afavoreixen o dificulten la inclusió . dels infants. L’última part del treball són les conclusions on hi ha les principals idees sorgides després de l’elaboració del treball. A més, hi ha una petita reflexió sobre allò que s’hauria de millorar per crear aules realment inclusives on tots els nens i nenes tinguessin les mateixes oportunitats per adquirir un aprenentatge significatiu.The aim of this work is to see if there are elements of the hidden curriculum in three classrooms of Manresa and if they affect the inclusion and /or exclusion of students. To do it we have used a theoretical base where we have exposed the main features of an inclusive learning-education and the dimensions of the analysis that we intend to observe about the hidden curriculum. Then, there is the methodology that we have used to conduct the investigation and the observation girds.
After that, there is an analysis and comparison of the observed schools. In the analysis we can see that it in all the classrooms we have found elements of hidden curriculum that promote or hinder inclusion and/or exclusion of the children. The last part of the work is the main ideas that emerged after we have finished it. In addition, there is a small reflection about what should be improved to create real inclusive classrooms where all children had the same opportunities to get a significant learning
Promotion of learning skills in the study of economics. pilot project in the subject area of
This communication is part of a larger teaching innovation project financed by the University of
Barcelona, whose objective is to develop and evaluate transversal competences of the UB, learning
ability and responsibility. The competence is divided into several sub-competencies being the ability to
analyze and synthesis the most intensely worked in the first year. The work presented here part from
the results obtained in phase 1 and 2 previously implemented in other subjects (Mathematics and
History) in the first year of the degree of Business Administration Degree. In these subjects’ previous
experiences there were deficiencies in the acquisition of learning skills by the students. The work in
the subject of Mathematics facilitated that students become aware of the deficit. The work on the
subject of History insisted on developing readings schemes and with the practical exercises was
sought to go deeply in the development of this competence.
The third phase presented here is developed in the framework of the second year degree, in the World
Economy subject. The objective of this phase is the development and evaluation of the same cross
competence of the previous phases, from a practice that includes both, quantitative analysis and
critical reflection. Specifically the practice focuses on the study of the dynamic relationship between
economic growth and the dynamics in the distribution of wealth. The activity design as well as the
selection of materials to make it, has been directed to address gaps in the ability to analyze and
synthesize detected in the subjects of the first year in the previous phases of the project.
The realization of the practical case is considered adequate methodology to improve the acquisition of
competence of the students, then it is also proposed how to evaluate the acquisition of such
competence. The practice is evaluated based on a rubric developed in the framework of the project
objectives. Thus at the end of phase 3 we can analyze the process that have followed the students,
detect where they have had major difficulties and identify those aspects of teaching that can help to
improve the acquisition of skills by the students. The interest of this phase resides in the possibility to
value whether tracing of learning through competences, organized in a collaborative way, is a good
tool to develop the acquisition of these skills and facilitate their evaluation.2012PID-UB/00
Aspectos relevantes de la investigación jurídica en economía social
RÉSUMÉ: Au cours des vingt dernières années, la recherche juridique sur l’économie sociale a connu un
développement remarquable. Cet article cherche à mettre en relief certains de ses principaux aspects, en se référant
aux principaux axes de recherche suivis et aux tendances d’avenir.
Les sujets qui furent l’objet de recherche ont été regroupés en fonction de leur contribution à la délimitation
des formes juridiques que recouvre l’économie sociale ; à l’étude des entités d’économie sociale dans le cadre
constitutionnel ; à l’interprétation des lois régulant les diverses formes juridiques de l’économie sociale ; à la
délimitation des compétences entre l’État et les Communautés autonomes ; à l’étude sur la nature, les objectifs
et les caractéristiques essentielles des entités d’économie sociale ; et aux principaux thèmes qui abordent son
régime juridique.
L’analyse des publications antérieures a conduit à l’ébauche des voies possibles de développement de la
recherche analysée. Une référence bibliographique exhaustive a été incluse.ABSTRACT: There has been a considerable growth in legal research on the social economy over the last
twenty years. The purpose of this article is to present some of the most important aspects of this work, referring
to the key areas of research covered and future trends.
We have grouped the subjects being researched according to their contribution towards establishing the legal
statuses of businesses in the social economy, work on social economy enterprises within the constitutional framework,
commentaries on the laws that regulate the different legal statuses of businesses in the social economy,
establishing the responsibilities of the State and Autonomous Regions, studying the nature, purposes and characteristic
features of social economy enterprises, and the key issues to be considered with regard to the legal
system that governs them.
Having analysed works published on such matters, we have outlined some possible ways of further developing
the research that has been studied. An extensive bibliography is also included.La investigación jurídica sobre economía social durante los últimos veinte años ha experimentado un notable
crecimiento. Se pretende dejar constancia de algunos de sus aspectos relevantes haciendo referencia a las princi -
pales líneas de investigación seguidas y a las tendencias de futuro.
Las materias objeto de investigación se han agrupado atendiendo a su contribución a la delimitación de las
formas jurídicas que integran la economía social; al tratamiento de las entidades de economía social en el marco
constitucional; al comentario de las leyes que regulan las diversas formas jurídicas de la economía social; a la deli -
mitación de competencias entre el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas; al estudio sobre la naturaleza, fines y ras -
gos identificativos de las entidades de economía social; y a los principales temas planteados en torno a su régimen
jurídico.
El análisis de lo ya publicado ha conducido al esbozo de posibles vias de desarrollo de la investigación anali -
