Uji Teratogenikinfusa Daun Pegagan (Centella Asiatica[l\u27] Urban) pada Mencit Betina (Mus Musculus)

Penggunaan obat herbal sebagai terapi hipertensi pada kehamilan lebih disukai oleh masyarakat namun demikian penggunaan obat-obat herbal tersebut memiliki berbagai efek samping yang mungkin membahayakan dan menimbulkan kecacatan pada janin. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengkaji keamanan obat herbal untuk terapi hipertensi pada hewan uji Penelitian ini menggunakan infusa daun pegagan (Centella asiatica [L.] Urban) dosis 500 mg/kg BB dan 1500 mg/kg BB yang diberikan setiap hari secara oral kepada mencit betina hamil (Mus musculus) selama periode organogenesis hari ke-6-15 kehamilan. Sebagai uji diberi infusa pegagan dosis 500 mg/kg BB dan 1500 mg/kg BB dan penggunaan air suling sebagai kontrol. Kemudian mencit dibedah pada hari ke-18 kehamilan dan janin yang diperoleh diamati satu persatu untuk melihat adanya kecacatan fisik yang terjadi baik berupa abnormalitas jumlah, bentuk, ukuran maupun eksistensi organ-organ fisiknya dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Hasil analisa statistik One-way Anova menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok uji pada dosis 1500 mg/kg BB dimana pada dosis ini didapat berbagai efek kelainan janin berupa abnormalitas jumlah dan bentuk janin dibandingkan dengan kontrol, sedangkan hasil kelompok uji pada dosis 500 mg/kg BB tidak berbeda bermakna dengan kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa infusa pegagan pada dosis 1500 mg/kg BB memiliki efek samping teratogenik pada janin mencit (Mus musculus)

Science and technology program for the community (IbM) aims to provide teachers and parents knowledges and skills in educating early childhood, especially in the form of parenting and child counseling. The methods used in the implementation of community service activities on developing character of early childhood through modeling and and habituation in the form of counseling and mentoring, such as playing games involving both parents and children. The result shows that the implementation of early childhood education has good responses from the participants. Through habituation and modeling given by teachers/ educators and parents, the activities can convey moral messages to children. Penyuluhan Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini dan Anak Hyperactive Kecamatan Godong Kabupaten Grobogan

Kesibukan orangtua yang bekerja berdampak pada kurang diperhatikannya aspek perkembangan anak-anak mereka karena mereka lebih memfokuskan pada pekerjaan. Hal ini diperparah dengan keterlibatan ibu-ibu dalam menunjang pekerjaan bapak-bapak. Kondisi dan situasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat menyebabkan banyak anak Balita tidak mendapatkan perhatian yang seharusnya baik dari segi gizi maupun pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak seperti perkembangan motorik halus, motorik kasar, perkembangan bahasa dan perkembangan sosial. Tidak diperhatikannya perkembangan anak tersebut berakibat sering ditemuinya anak Balita yang terlambat bicara, terlambat berjalan maupun kemampuan sosialisasi yang rendah. Keterlambatan pada fase perkembangan anak tersebut akan menghambat perkembangan pada fase berikutnya sehingga anak semakin tertinggal dari segi perkembangannya dibanding anak-anak yang mendapat perhatian optimal dari orangtuanya. Sisi lain banyak juga orangtua maupun pendidik anak usia dini yang belum dapat membedakan antara anak hiperaktif dengan anak nakal sehingga sangat mungkin penanganan salah pada anak yang mengalami hiperaktivitas. Home industry of household ware made of wood has a potential to decrease the number of unemployed citizens because will recruits many labor. This industry that in Klaten has increased production value. Unfortunately, this increasing was not balanced with the increasing of investment value, material, and the number of employee. The purpose of this research is to analyze the in influance of wage capital and production value to word labor demand. This research use the concept of elasticity of demand and offer of employee which based on production theory function. The research used primary data from direct interviews to 91 correspondents whom are entrepreneurs of household ware home industry at Klaten with lists of questions which have been prepared before. To reach the goal, this research use, OLS analysis method. The result of the research shows that: 1. The influence of wage towards the recruitment is negative and not significant to in fluance labor demand. 2. The influence of working capital towards recruitment is positive and significant, means the increase of material will improve the number of recruitment. 3. The influence of production value is positive and significant means the improvement of production value will increase the recruitment number

Pola Resistensi Acinetobacter Baumannii Yang Diisolasi Di Intensive Care Unit (Icu) RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 1 Januari Hingga 31 Desember 2014

Bacterial resistance toward antibiotics occurs when antibiotics have lost their ability to effectively control or kill the growth of the bacteria. Bacterial resistance is a worldwide problem in both developing and developed countries. The purpose of this research is to know A. baumannii pattern and their antibiotics resistance isolated in an Intensive Care Unit of Arifin Achmad General Hospital in Riau Province period 1 January until 31 December 2014. This research used descriptive and retrospective design with the total number of isolates as much as 59 isolates. This study was carried out at Microbiology of the clinical Patologi Laboratory Arifin Achmad General Hospital in Riau Province using a Vitek Compact 2. The most commonly isolated bacteria of sputum culture were A. baumannii 34,7% meanwhile in blood culture A. baumannii was found as much as 1,7%. Resistance pattern showed that A. baumannii bacteria have the resistance against meropenem and the sensitivity were amikasin and tygesiclin
