Dieta de los grandes fitófagos silvestres del Parque Nacional de Doñana - España

Se estudia la alimentación del jabalí, gamo y ciervo en el Parque Nacional de Doñana desde 1979 a 1981 empleándose simultáneamente 3 métodos que permitieron registrar 1 156 observaciones; 193 contenidos estomacales examinados y 360 análisis de excrementos. Se muestran también datos sobre la preferencia de los fitófagos para explotar los recursos en 6 biotopos considerados. En todos los casos se dan resultados de la frecuencia de presencia y peso de los componentes ingeridos. El jabalí se alimenta con frecuencia en la marisma consumiendo rizomas de castañuela (scirpus maritimus). El gamo explota más los recursos del pastizal o borde de marisma siendo la grama (cynodon dactylon) el componente más consumido. Y el ciervo aprovecha el monte blanco más que las otras especies consumiendo jaguarzo (halimiun halimifolium). La comparación de las dietas da como resultados una aparente solapación del gamo tanto con el jabalí como con el ciervo por lo que podemos inferir que el jabalí y el ciervo habían definido sus nichos tróficos en Doñana antes de la introducción del gamo.España. Evaluación de las propiedades métricas del protocolo de observación del desarrollo de lenguaje para maestras de educación inicial

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Evaluación de las propiedades métricas del Protocolo de observación del desarrollo de lenguaje para maestras de educación inicial” tiene como objetivo evaluar las propiedades métricas del Protocolo de observación de desarrollo de lenguaje “Perfiles” en alumnos de 3 a 5 años del nivel inicial. La investigación en mención es de tipo descriptiva e inferencial, cuya muestra estuvo conformada por 9 profesoras y 190 niños. Para el recojo de la información se utilizó la prueba PLON-R, contrastando los resultados del Protocolo “Perfiles” que evalúa los componentes fonético-fonológico, morfosintáctico y semántico, obteniéndose como resultado la validez y confiabilidad del instrumento.This present research titled “Evaluation of the metric properties of Protocol observation of language development for early childhood teachers” aims to assess the psychometric properties of the observation protocol development “Profiles” language in students 3-5 years of the initial level. e research in question is descriptive and inferential whose sample was integrated by nine teachers and 190 children. El financiamiento informal en el Perú: lecciones desde tres sectores

This book represents the first comprehensive effort to analyze informal finance in Peru. We gathered data from a survey designed to capture formal and non-formal credit and savings transactions. We surveyed rural households, urban micro entrepreneurs, and wholesalers from three regions: Junin, La Libertad and Lima. Overall, we find high loan (65%) and savings rates (above 70%). Moreover, interestingly, while the number of non-formal credit transactions account for 81.5% of the total, they also represent 58.2% of the total loaned amount. As a result, average loans are significantly smaller in the non-formal sector (besides having shorter terms). The 48 case studies conducted to examine the anatomy of non-formal intermediaries show us the importance of the formal-informal financial linkage

Forage Consumption and Its Effects on the Performance of Growing Swine-Discussed in Relation to European Wild Boar (Sus scrofa L.) in Semi-Extensive Systems: A Review

Due to its distinct properties, wild boar meat is considered a highly desirable consumer product, in a market that is expanding. Outdoor production is also favoured by consumers who value animal welfare and environmental sustainability when choosing meat products. There is evidence that farms that include pasture for grazing typically have reduced feeding costs. Such production systems can also be more environmentally sustainable as the input (pasture) is inedible to humans, compared to conventional indoor systems, which use human-edible feeds (e.g., soya). However, some wild boar farms have performed poorly compared to those rearing other swine such as hybrid wild boar and domestic pigs. Diet is central to all livestock production and is likely a significant influencing factor of wild boar performance, both in terms of forage consumption and nutritional composition. Other factors may also influence performance, such as weather, behaviour and grazing management. Wild boar production systems hold their own intrinsic value in a growing marketplace. However, information gathered through the study of wild boar has external applications in informing outdoor domestic pig production systems to encourage the use of pasture as part of the habitat of domestic pigs
