Research method is descriptive which is aimed to describe the effectiveness or the use of credit of the partnership program against the performance of Brosem Apple Essence Industry Center. Data collection techniques are interview and documentation. Interview is conducted to obtain data of PKBL within PT Telkom Tbk Malang and of general description of Brosem. Documentation is implemented to follow the development of Brosem Apple Essence Industry Center. Instrument to collect data is interview with the informants including with the manager of CDC (Community Development Center) in Telkom who is assigned for PKBL and with the manager of Brose
Measures to eradicate multidrug-resistant organism outbreaks: How much does it cost?
This study aimed to assess the economic burden of infection control measures that succeeded in eradicating multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs) in emerging epidemic contexts in hospital settings. The MEDLINE, EMBASE and Ovid databases were systematically interrogated for original English-language articles detailing costs associated with strict measures to eradicate MDROs published between 1 January 1974 and 2 November 2014. This study was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses guidelines. Overall, 13 original articles were retrieved reporting data on several MDROs, including glycopeptide-resistant enterococci (n = 5), carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriacae (n = 1), methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (n = 5), and carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (n = 2). Overall, the cost of strict measures to eradicate MDROs ranged from €285 to €57 532 per positive patient. The major component of these overall costs was related to interruption of new admissions, representing €2466 to €47 093 per positive patient (69% of the overall mean cost; range, 13-100%), followed by mean laboratory costs of €628 to €5849 (24%; range, 3.3-56.7%), staff reinforcement costs of €6204 to €148 381 (22%; range, 3.3-52%), and contact precautions costs of €166 to €10 438 per positive patient (18%; range, 0.7-43.3%). Published data on the economic burden of strict measures to eradicate MDROs are limited, heterogeneous, and weakened by several methodological flaws. Novel economic studies should be performed to assess the financial impact of current policies, and to identify the most cost-effective strategies to eradicate emerging MDROs in healthcare facilities
Modifikasi Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire Short Form (PSQ-18) ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia
This research purpose to develop a valid and reliable patient satisfaction tool. The modification procedures include: preparation, practice, and finalization. The result of modification is called Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire 2017 (KKP-2017). Aspects in KKP-2017 include: interpersonal manner, technical quality/professionalism behavior, accessibility/convenience, financial aspects, and physical environment. Data analysis includes content validity, item scale correlation and reliability. The result of content validity in 82 items cover three questionnaire formats which include KKP-2017 Format 40, Format 25, and Format 10. Items selection is considered by correlation coefficient > 0,3 that yield 40 items with reliability estimation 0,936, KKP-2017 Format 25 with reliability estimation 0.928 and KKP-Format 10 with reliability estimation 0.883. KKP-2017 can be used to measure the level of patient satisfaction in hospital services

A study on the development of scaffold fabrication using citric acid polyester – nanohydroxyapatite composite
ABSTRACT. Nano hydroxyapatite (n-HAp) and its composites have shown a great development in the field of tissue regeneration and in controlled drug delivery due to its good biocompatibility and bioactivity behavior. Furthermore, HAp-based nanocomposites enhance mechanical properties. These synthetic HAp nanocomposites can also be tailored to fabricate scaffold with controlled porosity which facilitate the growth of the cell in the field of tissue engineering. In this paper, we focus on the synthesis of nano hydroxyapatite (n-HAp) by sol-gel method. The synthesized nano powders were calcined at 500 oC and characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TEM. We have also described the synthesis of citric acid-based polyester by melt polycondensation method without adding catalyst. The monomers used were citric acid, 1,6-hexane diol and sebacic acid. The corresponding synthesized n-HAp/polyester composite have potential application in soft tissue engineering. The structures of polyester and its nanocomposite were studied by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectral studies. The thermal and mechanical properties of polyester, composites and cytotoxicity activity (MTT assay) using vero cells were also studied. Porous scaffold of the nano HAp/Polyester was fabricated by solvent-casting particulate leaching technique which is useful in the development of tissue engineering applications. SEM and TEM studies were carried out for nano HAp, polyester, composites and scaffold.

Application of Liquid Smoke Rambutan on Wood Fishery Products Catfish (Pangasius Hypopthalmus) Smoke Community XIII Koto Kampar
The aim of this study was to develop science and technology for the public to provide information on the quality of smoked fish that are processed using traditional liquid smoke and fumes. The use of liquid smoke and fumes traditionally expected to be an alternative curing methods that are environmentally friendly, pose no danger carcinogens, as well as producing good quality smoked fish. The study uses the completely randomized design (CRD).The treatment is traditionally smoked catfish (At), catfish pyrolysis liquid smoke (Ap) and cathish liquid smoke destillate (Ad) to repeat 3 times.Results of research conducted on smoked catfish with different curing that panelists preferred the rough catfish liquid smoke (pyrolysis). Based on organoleptic assessment (fine aroma, taste and texture), catfish with AP treatment has the best quality compared to other treatments with such characteristics intact, clean, brown, shiny very specific kind. Less fragrant aroma, smell smoke enough without additional intrusive. Taste and less savory. Dense texture is compact, dry, tightly categorized between good tissue and meet (SNI.2725.1: 2009) as well as chemical assessment protein content, ash content and moisture content are also the best value while nilaipH AP treatment and total phenol best value, namely the treatment of AD

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of Local Government Measurement Ratio toward the Capital Expenditure for Public Services.The samples which are use in this research are regency/municipality of Riau province that report routine the realization report of the estimate income of regional expense (APBD) from 2009 until 2012 for Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah(www.djpkpd.go.id). The sampling method used in this study is the sample selection aims (purposive sampling method). The stastical method used to test the research hypothesis is multiple regression using SPSS 18 software.The results of this research show that The Autonomy rate has negative influence toward the capital expenditure for public service. Aplikasi Teknik Environmental Dna(edna) untuk Deteksi Spesies Cheraxquadricarinatus (Von Martens 1868) Menggunakan Sampel Air
Cherax quadricarinatus merupakan spesies introduksi yang berasal dari Australia. Siklus hidup yang cepat dan toleransi yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan mengakibatkan C. quadricarinatusmudah menginvasi ekosistem perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan teknik eDNA secara cepat untuk deteksi C.quadricarinatus. Teknik ekstraksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengendapan. Validasi keberadaan C.quadricarinatusdilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan PCR dan desain primer spesifik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan C.quadricarinatusterdeteksi sebanyak 60%dari keseluruhan badan perairan. Kombinasi protokol deteksi eDNA dan metode pengembangan PCR, serta primer spesifik yang didesain dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan C. quadricarinatus
