EL FEMINISMO CONSTITUCIONALISTA EN CONSTRUCCIÓN

Este artículo propone un esquema del feminismo constitucionalista, brindando un marco a partir de los desarrollos en diseño e interpretación constitucional y de lo que se puede crear a partir de dicha teoría. Los argumentos que proceden de un sector de la academia a favor de la inclusión del enfoque de género ofrecen una nueva luz para la solución de problemas actuales, dentro del marco del derecho constitucional. Estas maneras de intervenir en el derecho constitucional buscan transformaciones sociales y políticas para las mujeres, a través de herramientas como el diseño constitucional, las reformas constitucionales, la interpretación constitucional, entre otras. Todas estas intervenciones desafían las posiciones tradicionales del derecho. De esta forma las antiguas y nuevas constituciones cambian sus formas para adaptarse a un mundo dinámico que demanda un trato diferente para las mujeres. &nbsp

La adopción de niños por parte de personas con orientaciones sexuales minoritarias : un análisis desde el interés superior del niño y la perspectiva del adoptante

En el presente trabajo se plantean algunos argumentos relevantes para determinar si el principio constitucional del interés superior del niño y la necesidad de garantizar los derechos subjetivos de familia de las personas lesbianas, gay y bisexuales pueden ser armonizados en relación con la adopción de niños. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. “Compañera y no sierva”: Los avatares hacia el sufragio femenino en colombia

AbstractObjective: To describe the process for the achievement of women’s suffrage in Colombia that began in the late ‘30s and recount the numerous avatars that were faced women to get the opportunity to participate in political reserved spaces exclusively for men. This research shows the beginnings of the insurgent voices that led the way to the political emancipation of women. Methodology: This is a historical research that goes to multiple documents scattered in the extensive archive of many sources in which it is spread. The analysis addresses categories such as gender, the liberal republic and political participation. Results: the women’s movement since before the thirties, have lucid characters who were able to face the patriarchy and gender discrimination. Conclusions: the woman has gained increasing the possibility of political participation, among other things because the policy has spread to the private sphere.Objetivo: Descrever o processo para a realização do sufrágio feminino na Colômbia, que começou no final dos anos 30 e contar os inúmeros avatares que foram enfrentados mulheres para obter a oportunidade de participar em espaços políticos destinados exclusivamente para os homens. Esta pesquisa mostra o início das vozes insurgentes que levaram o caminho para a emancipação política das mulheres. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa histórica que vai para vários documentos espalhados no extenso arquivo de muitas fontes em que se espalham. A análise aborda categorias como gênero, a república liberal e participação política. Resultado: o movimento das mulheres desde antes dos trinta anos, têm personagens lúcidas que foram capazes de enfrentar a discriminação patriarcado e sexo. Conclusões: a mulher ganha cada vez mais a possibilidade de participação política, entre outras coisas porque a política se espalhou para a esfera privada.Objetivo: Describir el proceso para la consecución del voto femenino en Colombia que inició en la década de los años 30 y relatar los numerosos avatares a los que se tuvieron que enfrentar las mujeres para obtener la posibilidad de participar en los espacios políticos reservados de manera exclusiva para los hombres. Esta investigación muestra los inicios de las voces insurgentes que guiaron el camino a la emancipación política de las mujeres. Metodología: es una investigación histórica que acude a múltiples documentos esparcidos en el extenso archivo de las muchas fuentes en que se encuentra esparcido. El análisis aborda categorías como la perspectiva de género, la república liberal y la participación política. Resultados: los movimientos femeninos desde antes de los años treinta, cuentan con personajes lúcidos que fueron capaces de enfrentar el patriarcado y la discriminación femenina. Conclusiones: la mujer ha ganado cada vez más la posibilidad de participación política, entre otras cosas porque ha extendido la política al ámbito privado
