Practical legal aspects of the use of publicly accessible roads in the management of agriculture and forest land

The objective of the article is to analyse forest roads, one of the categories of purposeful roads, which can demonstrate the differences in the regulation of the use of public roads according to the valid legislation. The analysis of the practical legal problem was public opinion, including the use of the method of public opinion survey in order to examine the same or another problem of using the current legal regulation of forest roads by the public for walking and driving with motorized and other non-motorized vehicles

Outsourcing of Services: Case of the Czech Republic

The chapter deals with an analysis, assessment, and use of the outsourcing in a public institution that employs an external firm to service office and common office cleaning. Based on the methodology and objective were information established by personal interviews and monitoring, the calculation of the cost of individual employees was designed for all forms of employment, i.e., both the full-time and part-time employment, the work and job agreements and related number of cleaning staff, gross wage, health and social insurance payments, super gross wage, income tax, tax allowance, and net wage of the cleaning worker. Transferring the competence of an ancillary activity to an external company enables the public institution to have an advantage of focusing on the main activity, including the time advantage, as it can provide a higher quality of services to citizens (clients) with a lower administrative burden. The conclusion of the chapter assesses the advantages of outsourcing for the public sector including core business and risk transfer as a comprehensive solution of facility management with the emphasis on expanding and improving the portfolio of services in the future. Public Relations Activities of The On-line Investment Platform: Case Study Portu

The bachelor thesis entitled Public Relations Activities of The On-line Investment Platform: Case Study Portu aims to map and describe the PR activities of Portu in 2021. The theoretical part summarises literature research on the history, description, tools and techniques, and theoretical concepts of public relations. The analytical part focuses on applying the theoretical background to own research. Within the framework of the case study, this bachelor thesis examines and then evaluates the public relations activities of the on-line investment platform Portu in the analysed year 2021, which the founder of Portu, Radim Krejčí, himself called the year of the investment boom for Portu and the year when the company experienced unprecedented growth. The company's PR activities were analysed from publicly available sources, the company's social networks, its website, and through personal communication with the company's marketing manager, who is responsible for public relations at Portu. The research involved a qualitative case study method and a quantitative content analysis of media mentions and a questionnaire survey of the company's target audience. D-serine is a neurotransmitter that acts, together with L-glutamate, as agonist of ionotropic N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors, which are important for neuronal tissue signalization. Recent serine racemase knock-out mouse studies revealed that SR produces approximately 90% of brain D-serine. SR was first isolated from a pool of rat brains about a decade ago. Its orthologs are present in mammals as well as plants and yeast. Mammalian SRs share high sequence identity, about 90%. Mouse and human SRs are similar enzymatically, suggesting that mouse SR and mouse model are suitable to shed light on human SR. SR forms homodimers in solution and has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa per monomer. D-serin slouží jako neuropřenašeč, a spolu s L-glutamátem působí jako agonista ionotropních N- methyl-D-aspartátových (NMDA) receptorů. NMDA receptory jsou důležité pro nervovou signalizaci. Nedávné studie na myších s nefunkčním genem pro SR (knock-out myši) ukázaly, že SR katalyzuje vznik přibližně 90% veškerého D-serinu v mozku. Intonation and Voice Education and Its Importance in Practice of Flute Studies.

The objective of this paper is to summarize the influence if intonation and vocal education on musical perception and intonational skills of musicians, and to analyze its benefits to the flute players. For example, it describes how these educations helps tuning, proper and correct breathing, formation of a tone and developing better musical images. Following research shows how this discipline can improve the quality of public performance. It also mentions briefly the flute methodology so the reader is able to understand why is voice so crucial regarding the formation of a tone when playing the flute. All the while, the work will look at parallels and differences between the fields of singing and flute playing, and their connection to intonation education. For the research part of this paper, survey of semi-structured questionnaire and extracted parts of an interview are used. In the survey itself, students and teachers of flute were asked to participate. The research on the overall attitude towards this issue is analyzed on this sample. Further it focuses on whether the students and teachers contemplate the junction of these subjects, and whether they actually use some techniques suggested by current research of this topic. The interviews offer more personal and detailed view of chosen respondents...Práce si klade za cíl shrnout vliv intonační a hlasové výchovy na hudební vnímání a intonační schopnosti hudebníků a prozkoumat její přínos flétnistům. Například popíše, jak tato výchova pomáhá při ladění, správném dýchání, tvoření tónu a schopnosti lepších hudebních představ. Výzkum také nastíní, jak tato disciplína může zkvalitnit veřejné vystupování. Krátce se zmíní i o flétnové metodice, aby čtenář pochopil, proč hlas s tvorbou tónu na flétnu úzce souvisí. Po celou dobu se bude práce zabývat paralelami a odlišnostmi mezi obory zpěvu a hry na flétnu a jejich propojení s intonační výchovou. Pro výzkumnou část bude použito dotazníkové šetření polostrukturované formy a výtahy z rozhovorů. V šetření budou osloveni studenti a pedagogové flétny a na tomto vzorku bude zkoumáno, jak k celkové problematice přistupují, zda se nad propojením těchto oborů zamýšlejí a praktikují poučky z těchto oborů ve výuce. V rozhovorech nalezneme zase osobnější a podrobnější pohled vybraných korespondentů a přinesou nám náhled do zákulisí výuky hry na flétnu.
