KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA resocializace, výkon trestu odnětí svobody, recidiva, nezaměstnanost, zadluženostIn addition to protecting society, imprisonment has another purpose in the form of reeducating a convicted people to a proper life in freedom and preparing to resocializing them. This bachelor thesis focuses on issues related to imprisonment, specifically on the impact on the life of the convicts. Above all, it deals with the problems that convicts have to face after their release in the resocialization process. The sentence has further consequences for the convicted. Family and social ties are disturbed, the individuals are stigmatized especially when searching for a job, they often find themselves in debt and have to face many repercussions. The thesis introduces the reader to the various aspects of imprisonment, from the rights and duties of the convicts, through their education and employment, to the exit department. The key part is to analyze the problem of the complicated return of convicts to everyday life. Their resocialization is a complicated process with many obstacles such as unemployment, indebtedness and lack of background. Influences of the mole ratio SnO2/NaOH on the growth of SnO2 nanorods

SnO2 nanorods have been successfully prepared by hydrothermal method at low temperature. The mole ratio of SnO2/ NaOH plays important role in the morphology and diameter of SnO2 nanorod. Besides, the possible growth mechanisms of SnO2 nanorods are also discussed. Structural properties and surface morphologies of the SnO2 nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that diameters of the nanorods are around 100 nm to 300 nm with lengths of several micrometers. With the success of preparing SnO2 nanorods, which will improve in the research and preparation of gas sensor based on SnO2 materials. Keywords: SnO2, nanorods, hydrothermal method

Experiment and FEM Modelling of Bond Behaviors between Pre-stressing Strands and Ultra–High–Performance Concrete

The objective of this paper is to investigate the bond properties of prestressing strands embedded in Ultra–High–Performance Concrete (UHPC).The UHPC was made in laboratory using local materials in Vietnam. Its mixture contains: silica aggregates, portland cement PC40, fly ash, silica fume, polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the micro steel fibers. The experimental process is realized on a pull-out test. The volume fraction of micro steel fibers in UHPC was 2%. The prestressing strand with diameters of 15.2mm was considered. The interface shear strength between strand and UHPC is identified based on the results of force and displacement obtained during the pull-out test. The Cohesive Zone Model (CZM) is implemented in finite element model to study this interface behavior. This model described by a piecewise linear elastic law. The CZM’s parameters are identified based on experimental results of pull-out test. The numerical studies are used the CZM in ANSYS software. Two numerical tests are realized and compared with experimental results: pull-out test and other test to verify the deflection of I girder due to prestressing force
