System of Motivation and Stimulation of Employees of Company SGI s.r.o.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivačního a stimulačního systému u společnosti SGI, s.r.o. poukazuje na problémy a řeší případné nedostatky dosavadního motivačního systému. Mezi hlavní charakteristiky, kterými by měl nový motivační systém vynikat jsou zajímavost, transparentnost, ale zároveň také finanční nenáročnost. Tudíž jsou v této práci uvedeny základní teoretické postupy, praktická řešení a také návrhy, které povedou k celkovému zlepšení dosavadního systému, a tak i k zefektivnění pracovního nasazení zaměstnanců.This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation and stimulation of the SGI, Ltd. company. Notes on the problems and address possible shortcomings of the existing system of incentives. The main characteristics which should be a new system of incentives to excel are interest, the transparency, but also financial modesty. Therefore there are basic theoretical methods, which this work provides, practical solutions and suggestions that will lead to overall improvement of the existing system and thus also to streamline the work effort of employees.

User interface for Android system to control lung simulator

Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením dálkového ovládání plicního simulátoru sestaveného v prostředí LabVIEW. Simulátor je připojen k počítači a řízen pomocí aplikace LabVIEW. Komunikace probíhá mezi LabVIEW a systémem Android pomocí internetu, konkrétně přes službu webservis. Funkce plicního simulátoru je v práci popsána a práce dále uvádí různá řešení, jakým způsobem lze model vzdáleně ovládat. Výběr nejlepšího řešení je odůvodněn a toto řešení je detailněji popsáno. Je diskutován i způsob zprovoznění služby webservis pro komunikaci na straně aplikace LabVIEW v počítači.This project deals with the creation of the control system of the lung simulator build in program LabVIEW. The Simulator is connected to the computer and controlled by using the LabVIEW application. The communication between LabVIEW and Android system is provided with the Internet, with the Web Service. The lung simulator is described in the project and the project includes also various solutions, how the simulator can be controlled. The selection of the best solution is justified by, and this solution is described in more detail. The connection of the application in LabVIEW to the Web Service is created and described.

The Analysis of the Competitive Position of the Bakery

Import 04/07/2011Cílem bakalářské práce bylo určení konkurenční pozice pekařství Velička a zjištění hlavních konkurenčních výhod a nevýhod. K získání potřebných informací bylo využito dotazování a Mystery shoppingu. Mystery shopping sloužil k určení hlavního konkurenta a konkurenčních výhod a nevýhod pekařství Velička. Pomocí dotazníku byla zjišťována spokojenost s pekařstvím Velička a chování zákazníků na trhu s pekárenskými výrobky. V úvodu práce jsem charakterizovala pekařství Velička, jeho dodavatele, konkurenty a zákzaníky. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na specifika marketingu ve službách a popis konkurence. Analytická část bakalářské práce obsahuje vyhodnocení získaných informací, včetně návrhů a doporučení.The goal of bachelor thesis was to identify competitive position of the bakery Velička and finding competitive advantages and disadvantages. To gain needed information I used questionnaire and Mystery shopping. Mystery shopping was used to identify main competitor and competitive advantages and disadvantages of the bakery. Satisfaction with bakery Velička and customers behavior on the bakery market were ascerteain by questionnaire. In the preface of the bachelor thesis I described bakery Velička, suppliers, competitors and cusomers. In the theoretical part I aimed at specific of sevices in marketing and description of competition. Real Options Methodology Application in the Company Valuation

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti WOCO STV, s. r. o. pomocí metodologie reálných opcí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretický úvod do problematiky reálných opcí. Ve třetí kapitole je stručně představena společnost. Ve čtvrté kapitole je aplikována metodologie reálných opcí. Nejprve jsou stanoveny vstupní parametry. Poté je stanovena hodnota vlastního kapitálu pomocí aktivní a pasivní strategie. Dále je oceněna operativní flexibilita, která je zastoupena dvěma typy opcí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky.The objective of the diploma's thesis is the valuation of the company WOCO STV, s. r. o. using the real options methodology. The diploma's thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical introduction to issues of real options. In the third chapter is briefly introduced the company. In the fourth chapter is applied the real options methodology. At first are determined input parameters. Then is determined the value of equity using the active and passive strategy. Import 02/11/2016Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situaci společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. v letech 2010 – 2014. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na popis metod finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole je stručně představena společnost. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou aplikovány vybrané metody: vertikální a horizontální analýza, poměrová analýza, pyramidový rozklad ukazatele ROE a citlivostní analýza. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výpočtů.The objective of the bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the financial position of company INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. during 2010 - 2014. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused on the description of the methods of financial analysis. In the third chapter is briefly introduced the analysed company. The fourth chapter is the application part of the bachelor thesis. The vertical and horizontal analysis, financial ratios analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and analysis of sensitivity is performed here. Tato práce je zaměřena na historii rodu Redernů v severních Čechách, a na jejich stavební památky. Cílem práce je hlubší přiblížení nejvýznamnějších osobností rodu. Dále se bude práce skládat z určených turistických tras, po památkách, které se váží k rodu Redernů. Text bude zpracován na základě odborné literatury, monografií, archiválií a na samotném terénním výzkumu tras.This work focuses on the history of the Redern family in northern Bohemia and on their building monuments. The aim of this work is to bring closer the most prominent personalities of the genus. In addition, the work will consist of designated hiking trails, monuments that relate to the Redern family. Business Ethics as a Part of an Insurence Practice

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza činnosti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů z hlediska dodržovaní zásad podnikatelské etiky v pojišťovací praxi. S využitím dotazníků budou zjištěny postoje klientů pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů na danou problematiku a současně názory a postoje samotných pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. Výsledkem budou návrhy na zefektivnění a zlepšení zprostředkovatelské činnosti v pojišťovnictví pro pojišťovnu ABC, a.s. a FAOL, a.s. a doporučení pro samotné pojišťovací zprostředkovatele.The main aim of the master´s thesis is the analysis of the activities of insurance brokers in terms of adhering to the principles of business ethics in the Insurance practice. Using the questionnaire will found attitudes clients insurance brokers to the issue and still views and opinions of the insurance brokers. The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

Ve své diplomové práci autorka navrhuje optimální řešení zdanění příjmů manželů. Autorka se zaměřuje především na institut společného zdanění manželů jako takový. První část práce je teoretická, na níž navazuje modelový příklad manželů s dětmi. Následuje vyhodnocení, které z dříve uvedených možností lze v modelovém příkladu využít. V závěru se autorka mimo jiné věnuje i aktuální daňové reformě veřejných financí a možnému konci společného zdanění manželů.In this master's thesis the author proposes an optimized alternative of joint assessment. The author concentrates, in the first place, at the joint assessment as such. The first part is purely theoretical, followed by a model situation demonstrated on a family with children. The final part includes an evaluation of what options can be used in the previous model situation. In the conclusion the author comments also on the current public finance and tax reform in relation to possible end to joint assessment.
