    Elaboration of single CAS of the armed services of Ukraine management, effective both in peaceful and in military time, is one of priorities of their development. This also includes introducing digital methods of transmission, reception and treatment of information, and automation of troops management process. Advantages of wireless information and telecommunication networks entailed their rapid spread and development of new standards along with improvement of existing ones, it can also be observed in the armed services. Among important issues while applying such technologies is the choice of type of wireless technology and network topology. Possibility to implement the combinatorial algorithm is considered for the accomplishment of topological task of wireless PCM at present limitations for the time of delay and reliability of message transmission in a network with the aim of its optimization.Створення єдиної автоматизованої системи управління ЗС України, ефективної як у мирний, так і у воєнний час, є одним із пріоритетів їх розвитку. До них належить й перехід на цифрові методи передачі, прийому і обробки інформації, автоматизація процесу управління військами. Переваги безпровідних інформаційно-телекомунікаційних мереж спричинили їх швидке поширення та розвиток нових й удосконалення існуючих стандартів, в збройних силах також. Серед важливих проблем застосування таких технологій є проблеми вибору типу бездротової технології і топології мережі.     A comparative study of optical properties and X-ray induced luminescence of octahedral molybdenum and tungsten cluster complexes

    © 2017 The Royal Society of Chemistry. Octahedral metal cluster complexes have high potential for biomedical applications. In order to evaluate the benefits of these moieties for combined CT/X-ray luminescence computed tomography, this paper compares photoluminescence, radiodensity and X-ray induced luminescence properties of eight related octahedral molybdenum and tungsten cluster complexes [{M 6 I 8 }L 6 ] n (where M is Mo or W and L is I - , NO 3 - , OTs - or OH - /H 2 O). This article demonstrates that despite the fact that molybdenum cluster complexes are better photoluminescence emitters, tungsten cluster complexes, in particular (Bu 4 N) 2 [{W 6 I 8 }I 6 ], demonstrate significantly higher X-ray induced luminescence due to a combination of relatively good photoluminescence properties and high X-ray attenuation.     Reactions of [{Re6Q8}Br6]4−/3− (Q = S, Se) with molten imidazole lead to the formation of two new neutral cluster complexes [{Re6Q8}(imzH)4(imz)2] (imzH = imidazole). The interaction of [{Re6Q8}(imzH)4(imz)2] with hydrohalic acids resulted in cationic complexes [{Re6Q8}(imzH)6]X2 (X = Cl, Br). All compounds were characterised by X-ray single-crystal and powder diffraction analyses, elemental analysis, energy dispersive X-ray and IR spectroscopies.     У статті запропоновано підхід до розв’язку навігаційної задачі трасування маршрутів руху мобільних об’єктів на прямокутній картографічній області. Показано, що для вирішення завдання оптимізації прокладання траси по цифрових картах найбільш придатним є алгоритм Беллмана. Запропоновано привести растрове зображення карти до вигляду прямокутної решітки, придатної до обробки методом Беллмана шляхом блокового квантування. Наведено результати роботи розробленого програмного забезпечення.In-process offered approach to the decision of navigation task of tracing of routes of motion of mobile objects on a rectangular cartographic area. It is shown that for the decision of task to optimization of gasket of route on digital maps most suitable is the use of algorithm of Bellman. It is suggested to bring a raster map over to the type of rectangular grate, suitable to treatment the method of Bellman by a sectional quantum.     On iterating concentration and periodic regimes at the anomalous diffusion in polymers

    Diffusion of a penetrating liquid in a polymeric material does not often satisfy the classical diffusion equations and requires taking relaxational (viscoelastic) properties of the polymer into account. We investigate a boundary value problem on a bounded domain in space for the set of equations modelling this abnormal diffusion. It is proved that, for any sufficiently short time segment and any stress prescribed at the beginning of this segment, there exists a global in time weak solution of the boundary value problem (a pair: concentration - stress) such that the concentrations at the beginning and at the end of the segment are the same. Under an additional assumption on coefficients, existence of time-periodic weak solutions (without any restrictions of the period length) is shown.Comment: 26 pages, in Russia

    Lymphocyte subpopulations of bone marrow of breast cancer patients

    We have studied bone marrow lymphocytes subpopulations in 67 patients with breast cancer and 13 patients with benign processes in the mammary gland. Morphological study of the cellular composition of the bone marrow and immunological analysis of lymphocyte subpopulations have been done. Comparative characterization of lymphocyte subpopulations in the bone marrow of patients with breast cancer and benign breast diseases was done by flow cytometry. The gate of Mature lymphocytes (CD45++) studied subpopulations of T cells (CD3), b cells (CD19), NK cells (CD56+CD3–). Among T lymphocytes (CD3+) was studied TCRγδ and TCRαβ cells, a subpopulation of CD4, CD8, CD4+, CD25+ T-regulatory cells. Within В-lymphocytes (CD19+) was studied subpopulations CD10, CD38, CD5 lymphocytes. We revealed a significant increase of CD5+, CD38+ B-cells in patients with breast cancer compared to benign tumors. Index of maturation of erythrocytes was significantly higher in BC 0.96 in comparison with benign processes 0.92. When comparing immunological data with histological structure of the tumor in the group of breast cancer patients, it was noted that the percent of CD10+ B-lymphocytes was significantly higher in infiltrative ductal cancer in comparison to infiltrative lobular carcinoma (19.3 and 8.0 % accordingly; p = 0.024)
