Prolongations of foliated mappings to second order transverse bundles are a partial case of more general $\mathbb {D}^2$-smooth foliated mappings between second order transverse bundles. We establish necessary and sufficient conditions under which a $\mathbb {D}^2$-smooth foliated diffeomorphism between two second order transverse bundles maps the lift of a foliated linear connection into the lift of a foliated linear connection

INFLUENCE OF MEDICAL AND REHABILITATION ACTIONS ON BIOPOWER INDICATORS OF ACUPUNCTURE MERIDIANS AT DENTFACIAL ANOMALIES

Object of research – biopower indicators of acupuncture meridians at patients with dentfacial anomalies. The work purpose – to study efficiency of medical and rehabilitation actions at patients with an orthopatic bite and nasal breath and also with dentfacial pathology combined with oral breath, by definition of indicators of resistance of skin in points of acupuncture meridians. Reliable differences in sizes of electroskin resistance at children and teenagers with dentfacial anomalies in comparison with healthy faces in points of the acupuncture meridians reflecting violations in the systems of thermal control of brain blood circulation and respiratory organs are revealed. Improvement of the studied biopower indicators was observed in the next and remote (in 3 years) the observation periods after complex treatment with application of orthodontic correction of a bite and elimination of oral breath, and also a complex of the subsequent individualized rehabilitation actions (the dental help, psycho- reflekso-, laser therapy, electrostimulation of muscles of maxillofacial area, respiratory gymnastics et al.).Keywords: orthopatic bite, dentfacial anomalies nasal breath, acupuncture meridians, treatment and rehabilitation.Ю. Цель работы – изучить эффективность лечебных и реабилитационных мероприятий у больных с ортогнатическим прикусом и носовым дыханием путем определения показателей электросопротивления кожи в точках акупунктурных меридианов. Выявлены достоверные отличия в величинах электрокожного сопротивления у детей и подростков с зубочелюстными аномалиями по сравнению со здоровыми лицами в точках акупунктурных меридианов, отражающих нарушения в системах терморегуляции, мозгового кровообращения и органов дыхания. Улучшение изученных биоэнергетических показателей наблюдалось в ближайшем и отдаленном периодах наблюдения после комплексного лечения с применением ортодонтической коррекции прикуса и устранением ротового дыхания, а так же комплекса последующих индивидуализированных реабилитационных мероприятий (стоматологическая помощь, психо-, рефлексо-, лазеротерапия, электростимуляция мышц челюстно-лицевой области, дыхательная гимнастика и др).Ключевые слова: ортопатический прикус, носовое дыхание, акупунктурные меридианы, лечение и реабилитация

EXPRESS-BIOENERGETIC DIAGNOSTICS OF ACCOMPANYING DISEASES IN ACNE

The subject of the study is to establish the value of bioenergetic indicators of active micro-zones of the auricle as a criterion for rapid diagnosis of concomitant diseases in acne patients. To this end, acupuncture points of the auricle have been studied in 103 acne patients. The reliability of the survey results was established by comparative statistical processing with the data of traditional diagnostic methods. A significant coincidence of the results of express and traditional methods of research has been revealed, which justifies recommending the use of bioenergetic studies of the active zones of the auricle as an express test for a targeted follow-up examination of patients with acne in order to identify concomitant pathology.Key words: acne, active micro-zones of the auricle, bioenergetic express diagnostics.кандидат медицинских наук, Бочарова В. Достоверность результатов обследования устанавливалась путем сравнительной статистической обработки с данными традиционных диагностических методов. Выявлено значительное совпадение результатов экспресс- и традиционных методов исследования, что обосновывает рекомендовать применение биоэнергетических исследований активных зон ушной раковины в качестве экспресс-теста для целенаправленного последующего обследования пациентов с акне с целью выявления у них сопутствующей патологии.Ключевые слова: акне, активные микрозоны ушной раковины, биоэнергетическая экспресс-диагностика

Corrector estimates in homogenization of a nonlinear transmission problem for diffusion equations in connected domains

This paper is devoted to the homogenization of a nonlinear transmission problem stated in a two-phase domain. We consider a system of linear diffusion equations defined in a periodic domain consisting of two disjoint phases that are both connected sets separated by a thin interface. Depending on the field variables, at the interface, nonlinear conditions are imposed to describe interface reactions. In the variational setting of the problem, we prove the homogenization theorem and a bidomain averaged model. The periodic unfolding technique is used to obtain the residual error estimate with a first-order corrector. © 2019 The Authors. Применение планиметрического анализа при изучении заживления ожоговых ран у животных

The results of these studies are the basis for using a wound dressing based on bacterial cellulose in the comprehensive pathogenetic therapy of burn wounds. The process was studied on a model of III B degree planar burn wounds of rabbits. The experimental studies of the efficiency of the Derma RM wound covering have shown that its use in local treatment of uninfected deep burns prevents complications of the process of wound healing, and reduces the wounds healing time.Результаты проведенных исследований являются основанием применения раневого покрытия на основе бактериальной целлюлозы в комплексной патогенетической терапии ожоговых ран. Исследование процесса проведено на модели ожоговых плоскостных ран кроликов III Б степени. The morbidity of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas in last 11 years in Irkutsk region was increased in 5,5 times, in Irkutsk in 11,5 times. The mortality of NHL was increased in Irkutsk region in 5,5 times, in the region centre in 6,5 times. The risk to fall ill with NHL in 60 years are higher than in 20 years in 5 times. Men are ill more than women in 1,35 times. Number of patients with advanced stage of NHL was increased in 2 times
