    Translingual Negotiation Strategies Used by English Students to Build Classroom Interaction in a Translation Class

    This research aimed at revealing what kind of translingual strategies that were practiced by the sixth-semester students to build interaction in the translation class. This qualitative research conducted through observing students' interaction in translation class (using English, bahasa Indonesia, and Minangkabau languages). The researcher finds that four macro strategies proposed by Canagarajah (2013): envoicing, recontextualization, interactional, and entextualization strategies are consciously used by students during communication. Envoicing strategies are used by way of word coinage, foreignization, as well as code switching and code mixing dominantly by students while asking and clarifying information. Recontextualization strategies are done through the use of the feature of linguistic form such formulaic Islamic greeting in Arabic preceding the talk. Interactional strategies used are confirmation check, check, clarification request, and recast. Interestingly more competent students use simplification in communication, and less competent speakers use leveling as entextualizationstrategies. The use of these strategies in speaking helps students (as speakers) to establish classroom interaction

    Penggunaan Span 40 Sebagai Penyusun Niosom Natrium Askorbil Fosfat Dalam Sediaan Gel Terhadap Penetrasinya Secara in Vitro

    Sodium ascorbyl phosphate is a hydrophilic compound that is difficult to pass through the stratum corneum. One of the efforts to increase the penetration of the drug through the stratum corneum is to develop in niosome system. This research aims to determine the optimal concentration of span 40 to improve the entrapment efficiency of niosome sodium ascorbyl phosphate that formulated in gel and determine the stability and penetration ability of gel formulas. Concentration of span 40 varied into three formulas: F1 (100 µmol), F2 (150 µmol) and F3 (200 µmol). Gel formulation was made in two formulas used gel base viscolam MAC 10: G1 (sodium ascorbyl phosphate in niosome system) and G2 (sodium ascorbyl phosphate without niosome system). The stability tests performed for 28 days includes organoleptic, pH and determination of levels of sodium ascorbyl phosphate in gel. Penetration test performed by in vitro test using shed snake skin membrane. The result showed F1 formula has an optimum entrapment efficiency were 99,13%±0,099%. G1 formula has the most stable for 28 days of storage than G2 formula. The used of span 40 as niosome composer can be increased penetration of sodium ascorbyl phosphate in gel formulation were 89,04%±0,006%

    The objective of this research entitled \u27Penerapan Tari Umbul Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa Kelas XII SMK Ma\u27arif 2 Sumedang\u27 were to apply the learning material on Tari Umbul as an experimental approach to the XII grade students of SMK Ma\u27arif 2 Sumedang. This aims of the research were to find out the application on Tari Umbul to increase the student\u27s creativity and also to find out the result of teaching method whether or not to increase the student\u27s creativity. This research used a quasi experimental method. The instrument of the research were the interview and also the observation on the related literature and documentation. Result of the research showed that the application on Tari Umbul could increase the student\u27s motivation and creativity on learning material presented during the learning process. The conclusion of this research was the application of Tari Umbul could increase the student\u27s creativity on the dance learning process showed by the final satisfied score resulted at the end of the learning process that relate to the cognitive, affective and psychomotoric scor

    Removal of chromium (VI) from polluted waters using powders of leaves or their ashes of some herbal plants

    An investigation is made to explore the surface sorption abilities of powders of leaves and their ashes of some herbal plants.  Achyranthes aspera, Mentha, Emblica officinalis, Azadirachta indica,, Hybiscus roja sinensis and Ocimum sanctum  have been found to have strong affinity towards Chromate at low pH values. Physicochemical parameters such as pH, time of equilibration and sorbent concentration have been optimized for the maximum % removal of Chromium (VI) from waste waters. The minimum dosage and equilibration time needed for the maximum removal of Chromate is found to be less for the ashes of leaves than with the raw leaves powders. More than 90% of extractability for Chromium (VI) has been achieved with some of these bio-sorbents. The presence of tenfold excesses of Cations : Ca2+, Mg2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Ni2 +, marginally effected the % removal of Chromium (VI) while anions: Sulphates, Nitrate, Cl- , Phosphate and F- showed some interference with some sorbents. The adoptability of the methodologies developed in this work are tested with respect to diverse  waste water samples collected from industrial effluents and in natural lakes and found to be remarkably successful

Kerusakan yang berawal dari kerusakan kecil menjadi kerusakan yang lebih parah menyebabkan smartphone tidak dapat digunakan lagi. Terkadang para pengguna smartphone menganggap kerusakan tersebut sebagai hal yang biasa.     Histogenesis of human foetal cerebellar cortex

    The objective of present study is to describe the prenatal histogenesis of human cerebellar cortex. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the various histological features of human foetal cerebellum in spontaneously aborted fetuses of different gestational ages for analyzing the cerebellar histology. Histogenesis of cerebellum is observed from 13 weeks to 36 weeks of gestational age by dividing the specimens into six gestational age groups (group A to group F). External granular layer is observed at 13 weeks of gestation and purkinje cell layer is arranged at 17 weeks as a multilayered and single layer at 36 weeks of gestation. The knowledge of cerebellar anatomy has a tremendous neurosurgical importance.
