Diplomová práce si klade za cíl posoudit důsledky dopadů krize na strojírenskou firmu a určit možnosti jejich odstranění, případně zmírnění jejích následků.The dissertation objective is to judge impacts of the crisis on the engineering firm and determinate possibility of their elimination , possibly soften their consequences.

Jedná se o samostatně stojící administrativní budovu s halami v průmyslové zóně. Stavba se nachází v obci Ostrovačice. Administrativní budova má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepená. V přízemí se nachází vstupní hala s recepcí, 3 kanceláře, kuchyně s jídelnou, archív, sociální zázemí a technické zázemí. V druhém nadzemním podlaží je jedna kancelář zaměstnanců, kancelář jednatele, kancelář obchodníků, zasedací místnost, školící místnost, kuchyňka a sociální zázemí. Po dvouramenném schodišti ze vstupní haly je možné vystoupat až na střechu. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Jedná se o extensivní zelenou střechu. Objekt je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem firmy ISOVER. K administrativní budově náleží výrobní a skladová hala. Ve výrobní hale se nachází zádveří, šatny jak pro muže, tak i pro ženy se sprchami, oddělené toalety, kuchyně s jídelnou a strojovna vzduchotechniky. Celková zastavěná plocha je 1926,6 m2.This is a detached office building with halls located in an industrial zone. The building is situated in Ostrovačice. The office building has two floors without cellar. There are an entrance hall with reception, three office rooms, kitchen with dining room, archives, restrooms and technical background on the first floor. There are one office room, office of managing director, office of traders, boardroom, training room, kitchen and restrooms on the second floor. From the entrance hall you can climb from double staircase to the roof. The building is covered by single-layer flat roof. This is extensive green roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system POROTHERM with contact insulation system from company ISOVER. The office building has a production and storage hall. There are an entrance hall, dressing room for men and other also for women with shower, separate toilets, kitchen with dining room and engine room of ventilation in production hall. Built-up area is totally 1926,6 square metres.

Jedná se o samostatně stojící rodinný dům s advokátní kanceláří v zastavěném území. Stavba se nachází v obci Frýdek-Místek. Rodinný dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepený. Součástí 1NP je garáž pro 2 osobní automobily. V přízemí se nachází zádveří, obývací pokoj s kuchyní, koupelna a technická místnost, pracovna, dvě advokátní kanceláře s kuchyňkou, čekárnou a samostatnou toaletou. Z obývacího pokoje je vstup na terasu. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou dva dětské pokoje, ložnice s vlastní koupelnou a šatnou, pracovna a koupelna. Z ložnice je vstup na terasu a rovněž i dětské pokoje mají společnou terasu. Objekt je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu a je vyzděn ze stavebního systému POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem firmy ISOVER. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Nad garáží a sníženou částí domu je navrhnuta extensivní zelená střecha. Zastavěná plocha je 221,5 m2.This is a detached family house with a law office located in a built-up area. The building is situated in Frýdek-Místek. The family house has two floors without cellar. Part of the 1st floor is a garage for two cars. There are an entrance hall, living room with kitchen, bathroom and utility room, study, two law offices with kitchen, waiting room and a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is the entrance to the terrace from the living room. There are two children’s rooms, bedroom included bathroom and dressing room, study and bathroom on the second floor. There is the entrance to the terrace from the bedroom, as well as children's rooms have terrace. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system POROTHERM with contact insulation system from company ISOVER. The building is covered by single-layer flat roof. On the garage and the lower part of the house is covered by extensive green roof. Built-up area is totally 221.5 square metres.

Removal of the masonry pillar in the front wall of the apartment house

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odstraněním zděného pilíře z fasádní stěny bytového domu. Zděný pilíř má být nahrazen dvěma ocelovými sloupky v dané osové vzdálenosti. Součástí práce je technická zpráva, statický výpočet a výkresová dokumentace. V rámci technické zprávy je popsán stávající objekt a navržené řešení. Statický výpočet řeší výpočet zatížení a zesílení stávajícího železobetonového překladu v prvním patře a v přízemí domu. Z výkresové dokumentace je patrný návrh řešení určený statickým výpočtem.This thesis focuses on the removal of the masonry pillar from the front wall of an apartment house. The masonry pillar should be replaced with two steel columns in a given axis distance. The parts of the thesis are a technical report, a static calculation and a graphic documentation. The description of the current object and the proposed solution is included within the technical report. The static calculation deals with a calculation of the strain and the enhancement of the current ferroconcrete lintel on the ground and first floor. A proposal of the solution, which is determined by the static calculation, is evident from the graphic documentary.

Support Work Experience of Students in Civil Engineering

AbstractCivil engineering is a field with big demand on the theoretical background and practical experience. Very good theoretical knowledge students acquire during their studies at university, which is in many cases supplemented by theoretical knowledge gained at foreign universities in the frame of the student mobility. In conditions of the Czech educational system, however, there is still rather limited use of opportunities to enrich students’ theoretical education with practical experience in areas that students are studying. There are more ways to bring students to practice. One possibility is to include a mandatory practice in the curriculum of students. Other options can be in the form of organized internships for selected students in companies or excursions of students to major constructions with the participation of persons responsible for their realization. The paper is focused on the characteristic of basic approaches leading to the practical experience of students organized by Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and identification of options for its further development

Passive sampling of polar organic pollutants from water

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pasivním vzorkováním polárních látek z vod pomocí vzorkovačů typu POCIS (Polar Organic Chemical Integrative Sampler), které byly po dobu 4 týdnů exponovány v odpadní vodě na vtoku do městské čistírny odpadních vod Brno - Modřice a rovněž i na výpusti vyčištěné vody do řeky Svratky. Po ukončení expozice byly zachycené organické kontaminanty uvolněny ze sběrné fáze vzorkovače pomocí extrakce směsí methanolu, toluenu a dichlormethanu. Získané extrakty byly analyzovány pomocí kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostně spektrometrickou detekcí a ionizací elektrosprejem. Dále byla využita dvojrozměrná plynová chromatografie s hmotnostně spektrometrickou detekcí, kdy byly analyzovány extrakty po trimethylsilylaci a methylaci. Separované látky byly identifikovány na základě jejich retenčního chování a hmotnostních spekter.This thesis deals with the passive sampling of polar compounds from water using passive samplers POCIS (Polar Organic Chemical Integrative Sampler). These devices were exposed for 4 weeks in the waste water at the inflow of municipal waste water treatment plant in Brno – Modřice, and also at the outflow of the treated water. After exposition sequestered compounds were released by extraction with a mixture of methanol, toluene and dichlormethane. Extracts were analysed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization. Further, methylated and trimethylsilylated extracts were analysed by orthogonal comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection. Separated compounds were identified on the base of their retention and mass spectra.

Barrier-free use of public spaces - Kroměříž

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo analyzování problematiky bezbariérového užívání veřejných prostranství v městě Kroměříž. Za tímto účelem byl proveden rozbor současného stavu veřejných prostranství včetně zastávek MHD, přechodů pro chodce, chodníků a byl proveden návrh řešení s cílem zvýšení dostupnosti a příležitosti pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace se zpřístupněním veřejného prostranství v návaznosti na občanskou vybavenost a s důrazem na vytvoření bezbariérových pěších tras včetně napojení na centrum města Kroměříž s akceptováním zásad Národního rozvojového programu mobility pro všechny, programů SFDI zaměřených ke zvýšení bezpečnosti dopravy a jejího zpřístupňování osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byl proveden návrh řešení odstranění bariér, a to v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy a českými technickými normami.The subject of the diploma thesis was the analysis of the issue of barrier-free use of public spaces in the city of Kroměříž. To this end, an analysis of the current state of public spaces, including public transport stops, pedestrian crossings, sidewalks, was proposed and a solution was proposed to increase accessibility and opportunities for people with reduced mobility with access to public space in relation to civic amenities and with emphasis on creation of barrier-free pedestrian routes, including connection to the city center of Kroměříž with acceptance of the principles of the National Development Program for Mobility for All, SFDI programs aimed at increasing transport safety and making it accessible to people with reduced mobility and orientation.
