Resumé Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem vazby, jakožto zajišťovacím institutem. Jedná se o do značné míry kontroverzní institut, jelikož jeho užitím dochází ke střetu zájmu orgánů činných v trestním řízení na dosažení účelu trestního řízení a práva osob na osobní svobodu zaručeného Listinou základních práv a svobod, přičemž na obviněné musí být pohlíženo jako na nevinné v souladu se zásadou presumpce neviny. Cílem diplomové práce je podat ucelený pohled na současnou právní úpravu institutu vazby a taktéž na problémy s tímto institutem spojené. Práce je členěna do celkem 7 kapitol včetně úvodní a závěrečné kapitoly. Druhá kapitola pojednává o historickém vývoji právní úpravy vazby, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována trestním řádům z let 1873, 1950 a 1961. Současnou právní úpravu obsaženou v trestním řádu č. 141/1961 Sb. shrnují třetí a čtvrtá kapitola, jež se věnují materiálnímu a formálnímu vazebnímu právu. Ve třetí kapitole je velký prostor věnován samotnému vymezení pojmu vazby, vazebním důvodům a alternativním opatřením nahrazujícím vazbu. Kapitola čtvrtá se zabývá rozhodováním o vazbě, institutem vazebního zasedání a délkou trvání vazby. Samostatná kapitola je věnována vazbě v řízení ve věcech mladistvých, jelikož užití tohoto institutu obsahuje určitá specifika spojená s vyšší hrozbou...- The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody This diploma thesis deals with the instrument of criminal custody as a security instrument. This instrument is considered as quite controversial in view of the fact that it's usage means the conflict between the interest of the investigating authority to accomplish the purpose of prosecution and person's right to personal freedom guaranteed by the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms while the accused has to be treated as innocent according to the principle of presumption of innocence. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legislation of the instrument of custody and also of the problems connected with custody. The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the introduction and the ending chapter. The second chapter deals with the development of the custody legislation in history and major part of the chapter is focused on the Act's of criminal procedure from years 1873, 1950 and 1961. The third and the fourth chapter pay attention to the current legislation which is included in the Act of criminal procedure no. 141/1961 Coll. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zvýšení produktivity společnosti EURPAL spol. s r.o. Té má být dosáhnuto nakoupením výrobní linky a zavedením výroby do společnosti. V práci je představen podnik samotný a jeho struktura. Další část se pak zaměřuje na samotný návrh zavedení výrobní linky a problémy s tím spojené, zhodnoceno je také navýšení produktivity samotné.This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on increasing the productivity in EURPAL spol. s r.o. That should be achieved by purchasing of a production line and implementing it to the company. The company itself and it’s structure is introduced in the thesis. The next part focuses on the project itself and the problems connected with it. The increase of the productivity is analysed there, as well.

Secondary Socialization of Homeschoolers during the Covid-19 Pandemic

The presented article deals with the description of the socialization of basic school pupils, i.e. pupils in younger and middle school age, who fulfill the compulsory school attendance in the form of individual education (homeschooling) in the context of the legislation of the Czech Republic. In the context of fulfilling the article aim, we formulated three research questions, which were evaluated using quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The research confirmed that parents of homeschoolers significantly support their children in participating in organized leisure activities and are actively involved in mediating their child's contact with other children. In the comparison of the examined groups there were no significant differences in how the children perceive their friends, what their favorite activities are or how much time they spend with them. The difference was more noticeable in the parental approach in education, when setting some rules. Određivanje pomaka opterećenoga drvenog stolca primjenom korelacije digitalne slike

The subject of the research is a ready to assemble (RTA) chair constructed of plywood by a CNC machine. The standard test of seat and back of the chair according to the Czech Standard CSN EU 1728 was supplemented with an optical method of digital image correlation (DIC). The aim of the research was to discover mechanical principles of the construction and to develop a methodology of standardized furniture testing. Results of experimental measurement show the response of the chair construction in a form of displacement fields, strain fields, charts and vectors depicting displacement of the observed points. The results can be used to improve mechanical properties of the construction, as well as to develop a shape of the product or specific parts of the product. Besides furniture testing laboratories and research institutes, engineers from development departments of furniture making companies or industrial designers can easily use the presented method.Predmet istraživanja bio je stolac spreman na sklapanje (RTA), izrađen od uslojenog drva na CNC stroju. Standardni test sjedala i naslona stolca prema češkom standardu CSN EU 1728 dopunjen je optičkom metodom korelacije digitalne slike (DIC). Cilj istraživanja bio je otkriti mehanička načela konstrukcije te obogatiti metodologiju standardiziranog ispitivanja namještaja. Rezultati eksperimentalnih mjerenja prikazuju reakciju konstrukcije stolca u obliku polja pomaka, polja naprezanja te grafikona i vektora koji predočuju pomake promatranih točaka. Rezultati se mogu iskoristiti za poboljšanje mehaničkih svojstava konstrukcije, kao i za razvoj oblika proizvoda ili ispitivanih dijelova. Osim u laboratoriju za ispitivanje namještaja ili u istraživačkim institutima, prikazanom se metodom lako mogu koristiti inženjeri razvojnih odjela u tvrtkama za proizvodnju namještaja li industrijski dizajneri

Comparison of Technical and Safety Parameters of Diesel Oil

Import 04/07/2011Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porovnávání technicko-bezpečnostních parametrů nafty, konkrétně teploty vzplanutí a dolní teplotní meze výbušnosti. Teplota vzplanutí byla stanovena na přístroji PMP-4, dolní teplotní mez výbušnosti ve výbuchové komoře VK – 20. Všechny výsledky byly stanoveny s ohledem na opakovatelnost měření a vyhodnoceny statistickým softwarem QC-Expert od společnosti Trilobite.This bachelor work deal with problem of comparison technical and safety parameters of diesel oil, especially flash point and lower explosion point. Flash point was determined on the PMP-4, Loir explosion point in explosion chamber VK-20. Proposal of the Information Strategy of a Company

Diplomová práce se zabývá informační strategií společnosti EURPAL spol. s r.o., jejíž současná strategie se jeví jako zastaralá. Díky analýze současného stavu a návrhům použitelných opatření by mělo být dosáhnuto zlepšení informační strategie společnosti pomocí zavedení nového informačního systému. Předmětem práce je tedy nejprve představení samotného podniku a jeho struktury, dále využití analýz k identifikování možných rizik a konečně navržení opatření, díky kterým může být těmto rizikům předcházeno, či alespoň zmírněny jejich dopady.This diploma thesis deals with the information strategy of the company EURPAL Ltd. (spol. s r.o.), whose current strategy seems to be outdated. Thanks to the analysis of the current state and the proposals of usable measures, an improvement in the information strategy of the company should be achieved through the implementation of the information system. The object of this thesis is first to introduce the company and its structure, then to use analyses to identify possible risks and finally propose measures, that can be used to help prevent these risks, or that can at least be used to mitigate their impacts.
