    Pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Junwangi Kecamatan Krian Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang merupakan bentuk kewajiban mahasiswa diluar kampus dapat diterapkan dengan baik melalui pendampingan Teknologi Tepat Guna. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan Pamsimas “Tirto Yoso” dalam hal proses maintenance mikro filtrasi serta upaya edukasi masyarakat terhadap fungsi penggunaan air bersih dari hasil sumur atau air tanah. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan berupa tahapan ; Sosialisasi edukasi masyarakat, pelatihan perawatan dan pemberian fasilitas pendukung. Kegiatan diikuti oleh ketiga stakeholder yaitu ; pengelola pamsimas, pelanggan air dan karang taruna. Hasil pembahasan dari kegiatan ini yaitu ; (1) Sosialisasi tentang kajian TTG pada mikro filter sebagai alat peningkatan kualitas air kepada stakeholder yaitu Pamsimas, pelanggan dan karang taruna. (2) Perawatan (maintenance) pada peralatan pembersih air yaitu pembongkaran housing filter dan tabung FRP. (3) Pemberian fasilitas pendukung berupa alat sedimen poly propilen yang bertujuan untuk menjernihkan air dari kandungan lumpur, pasir dan tana

         This reseach to study the effectiveness of business transformation strategy in PT Metra Digital Media and to know the difference  increasing of company earnings in DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) product in PT Metra Digital Media,  before and after  implementation of business transformation strategy. The sample cases in this research are 22 customer companies that have not followed the business transformation process, which is advertised through the directory and control samples, and 22 customer companies that have been following the business transformation process are advertising through DOOH (Digital Out Of Home). Calculation data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Data Analysis) test that Independent-Samples T-Test. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of business transformation strategy applies to product indicator, payment method, service and sales, because the OR (Odd Ratio) value is higher in companies that choose DOOH, while those that are not effectively selected are indicator of the period of exposure and popularity, the difference  increasing of company earnings on DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) products at PT Metra Digital Media before and after the implementation of business transformation strategy is evidenced from p = 0,016 (sig <0,05) and  hypothesis is accepted

    This research aim to find out service quality attributes that can increase customer satisfaction. One service company is CV. Nirwana which is engaged in the sale and service of office equipment maintenance. winning business competition company must create a strategy that can improve the quality of service to consumers.Themethod used in this study is the ServQual Method which includes 5 main dimensions, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The ServQual method is a tool used to measure the services or products of the quality of services received by consumers. Based on the level of service quality there is a negative attribute value on the variable on the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness. Negative values indicate that the quality of service is not quality and consumers do not feel satisfaction with the services provided by the company. Positive values are found in the tangibles, assurance and empathy variables which show that the service provided can be said to be a surprise and consumers feel satisfaction with the service. Therefore, the company is expected to be able to improve the quality of services that are of negative value, namely engine cleanliness after repairs, speed and timeliness in providing services, seriousness and reliability of technicians in completing repairs, availability of historical data / recording systems that are good at service, providing service services in accordance with promise, Alertness in providing assistance to consumers if experiencing difficulties Provide a good explanation of repairs, costs and estimated time to consumers, the ability of service advisors in diagnosing customer problems / complaints

    Booktory telling is a product that can be used as a book showing device. This study aims to find out attribute of books that tell about quality homes and provide designs based on respondents satisfaction. The research sample amounted to 86 respondents who were conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results of the analysis result in the importance of 3 Main Priorities namely; The Relatively Important Result (RI) of 25% is prioritized on the design of the red booktory telling product with HPL material. The Relatively Important Results (RI) of 21% are prioritized on strong selected ingredients. The materials selected by the 17% Relative Important Results (RI) were prioritized on the part of the story that briefly told the book and the writer's wealth made from an artpaper screen

    Pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen terhadap produk akan mempengaruhi perusahaan secara langsung, maka diperlukan perhitungan pengendalian produksi lebih tepat dan cermat. Permasalahan global perusahaan penghasil spon alas tidur saat ini adalah adanya selisih perhitungan antara kebutuhan kapasitas waktu produksi dengan kapasitas sumber daya yang dimiliki. Sehingga dibutuhkan perencanaan antara kapasitas sumber daya dengan kapasitas kebutuhan waktu produksi guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam aktifitasnya. Maka metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode Rough Cut CapacityPlanning (RCCP).     Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara dini tingkat kesesuaian pemilihan alat analisis dengan data yang dilakukan dalam penulisan tesis. Selanjutnya kajian ini mencermati pemahaman mahasiswa terkait dengan jenis data dan kategorikal skala data, yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menetukan instrumen penelitian serta analisanya. Kemudian juga mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang paling dominan dari antara bidang kesalahan, dan menelusuri penyebab terjadinya kesalahan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan, bahwa (1) pemilihan alat analisis kurang memperhatikan keterkaitan dengan topik penelitian, (2) Pemilihan alat analisis tidak diprediksikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan data, (3) Kurang memahami skala variabel, sehingga cenderung memaksakan alat analisis, (4) Terdapat beberapa kerancauan antara pengungkapan problema korelasional dengan problema penelitian yang mengungkap pengaruh variabel antar variabel, (5) Kurang pemahaman terhadap pola hubungan pemilihan instrumen penelitian dengan topik, (6) Pemilihan instrumen yang berlebihan, yang pada dasarnya tidak memiliki pengaruh pada hasil, sehingga tidak berguna/tidak digunakan, dan (7) Kesadaran pentingnya uji validitas dan reliabilitas sangat tinggi

    Koperasi Usaha Wanita (KOPWAN) memang menjadi idola perekonomian di Kota Surabaya, melalui konsep yang dibuat Walikota Surabaya menjadikan koperasi ini berkembang lebih cepat, kendala utama koperasi dalam persaingan usaha adalah penerapan teknologi, dimana kopearsi dituntut untuk mampu melayani proses penjualan dan pemasaran dalam suatu sistem aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model penerimaan teknologi yang terdiri dari persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan dan data produk terhadap penggunaan sesungguhnya serta terhadap transaksi pembelian pada Koperasi Usaha Wanita Dukuh Menanggal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 173 orang dan analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil Analisa data bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yang memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan yaitu persepsi kegunaan terhadap transaksi pembelian, perilaku konsumen terhadap transaksi pembelian dan persepsi kegunaan  terhadap transaksi pembelian pada  aplikasi pemasaran Koperasi Usaha Wanita Dukuh Menanggal, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Critical Ratio (CR) di atas 1,96 dan probabilitas < 0,05

The theme of Occupational Safety and Health Management System is very interesting to study and continue to develop. So the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and to know the use of Personal Protective Equipment for employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company according to the rules and rules of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The research method used is comparative quantitative research (comparing quantitatively). The research subjects were employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company which collected 60 people.     Addition of Anadara Granosa Shell Chitosan in Production Bioplastics

    Bioplastics is a plastic composite material that can decompose quickly and is environmentally friendly when interacting with soil and microorganisms. The aims of the research are: to examine the optimal composition of bioplastics made from tapioca waste by adding blood clam shell chitosan and glycerol, to determine the quality of production bioplastics from tapioca waste with the addition of blood clam shell chitosan and glycerol, and to determine the chemical content of the clam shells. bioplastic function of tapioca with the addition of blood clam shell chitosan and glycerol. The method used is experimental. Production of bioplastic by mixing waste tapioca flour, chitosan, and glycerol with a composition of 65%:35%:5mL, 70%:30%:5mL, and 75%:25%:5mL and additional water. The sample was put into a water bath and stirred at a temperature of 80oC for 15 minutes. Bioplastics were printed in aluminum foil, dried at 100oC for 90 minutes and cooled at room temperature for 6 hours. Laboratory test samples with tensile strength, elongation at break, FTIR, and biodegradation tests according to SNI 7188.7:2016 in the category of bioplastic easily decomposed. The results of the tensile strength on PBA1 samples were 0.75 Mpa, PBA2 samples were 0.54 Mpa, and PBA3 samples were 0.34 Mpa. Test value for elongation at break the PBA1 sample is 23.68%, the PBA2 sample is 15.33%, and the PBA3 sample is 12.12%. The sample test results do not meet the quality standard value of SNI 7188.7:2016 for the bioplastic category. The optimal composition of bioplastics is found in the PBA2 sample using tapioca flour as raw material with chitosan and glycerol as much as 70%:30%:5mL with a tensile strength 0.54%, an elongation at break 15.33%, biodegradation of 43%, and has a bioplastic content with functional groups (C=C), (CO), (CH),(OH), (C=C), and (CH2)n in the FTIR test results
