Development of a Restructured Sweet Potato French Fries Type Product
The 17 accessions from UPM collection and 4 commercial cultivars exhibited wide
variation in physical and chemical characteristics. Results found that white flesh
colour sweet potato showed the lowest hardness and followed by orange, yellow and
purple cultivars. Starch content of 17 accessions varied significantly and amylose
content of purple group was higher than the others. Yellow flesh group contains the
highest fructose followed by orange, white and purple. Gelatinization temperatures
for white, yellow, orange and purple were 78, 77, 73, and 72 °C, while the peak
viscosity varied from 443 to 621, 510 to 725, 380 to 419 and 691 to 711 BU,
respectively. The 17 accessions and 4 cultivars of sweet potato studied exhibit great
variation in physical and chemical characteristics. On the optimizing method for RSS processing, White cultivars was chosen as raw
material, and processed using the combination of shapes, blanching methods and
adding of sweet potato flour. Results showed that chips exhibited a proper shape for
blanching compared with dice. Blanching in 1 % STP solution for 2 minutes
significantly improved the quality of RSS such as firmness and dry matter content of
dough, colour, fat and ash content, and texture. Mixing of 5 % sweet potato flour to
the mashed sweet potato produced suitable conditions of the dough for further
processing and generated RSS having uniform shape with an intermediate hardness,
high lightness and low redness colouration and also the highest value of sensory
preferences.
Sweet potato cultivars significantly affected the chemical, physical properties and
organoleptic characteristics of RSS. Moisture content of Orange fresh tuber was
lower than White and Yellow cultivars, and it generated the lowest moisture content of
mashed sweet potato, prefried sticks and fried sticks. White cultivar generated the
RSS having yellow bright colour, highest value of firmness and low fat content, while
Orange cultivar produced RSS with bright orange colour, medium firmness but high
fat content. RSS made of both varieties were evaluated as acceptable by a sensory
panel with sensory score above the average. Recommendation from this study
illustrates that White and Orange cultivars can be used to make a convenient
restructured product.
On the final preparation of RSS, deep frying and heating in microwave oven was
evaluated on the texture attributes and sensory preferences of the product. Results showed that the most suitable condition of producing RSS was by using deep frying
for final preparation on RSS made from White and Orange commercial cultivars as
raw material. RSS made from White cultivar had hard texture, bright yellow colour
and slightly below like slightly, while Orange RSS had softer texture, bright orange
colour and slight above like slightly. Deep frying is the preferred method for the final
preparation of RSS.
From these findings, one may recommend that RSS can be produced using White and
Orange cultivars. The tubers are peeled, sliced into about 2.3 mm thickness and 25
mm width. Blanching was done by dipping the chip in 1 % (w/v) STP solution at
about 100 °C for 2 minutes. The blanched materials were drained for about 3 minutes
to remove excess water, and then mashed and CMC was added (0.3 %, w/w) as a
binder. The mashed was mixed with 5 % sweet potato flour. Moulding could be done
using simple extruder with 10 x 10 mm square holes. The sticks were then deep fried
at 163 °C for 1 minute, packaged in plastic bags and frozen at -20 °C for storage
purpose until final preparation. The RSS was prepared by deep frying in 175 °C for 2
minutes
PENGGUNAAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBUAT KALIMAT TUNGGAL PADA ANAK TUNARUNGU DI SD DEWI SARTIKA BANDUNG
Tunarungu mengalami hambatan dalam pendengaran, maka hal tersebut akan berdampak pada perkembangan bahasanya khususnya pembentukan bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model cooperative learning tipe student teams achievement division (STAD) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tunggal pada anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one - group pre test – post test. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji Wilxocon. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang peserta didik tunarungu kelas V yang ada di SD Dewi Sartika Bandung. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilxocon, menunjukan bahwa model cooperative learning tipe student teams achievement division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tunggal. Sehingga model pembelajaran ini dapat dipergunakan guru sebagai model pembelajaran alternatif guna meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tunggal. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Penelitian ini baru meneliti pengaruh model pembelajaran yang diterapkan untuk mempengaruhi kemampuan membuat kalimat tunggal. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya tidak hanya meneliti pengaruh terhadap kemampuan membuat kalimat tunggal saja, akan tetapi dapat dikembangkan terhadap jenis kalimat lainnnya, atau diteruskan menjadi paragraf atau cerita yang utuh.

The Relationship between the use of Internet as a medium of learning with TIK (ICT) learning outcomes of SMA N 1 Purbalingga 2011/2012 school year
This research is a descriptive quantitative research which is aimed to determine the correlation relationship between the use of Internet as a medium of learning with the TIK learning outcomes in SMA N 1 Purbalingga 2011/2012 school year. Population in this study were all students of XI grade as many as 354 students and 78 students were taken as sample by using technique proportional random sampling. The data collection in this study were using a questionnaire to obtain the variable of the Internet usage and using the test score documentation of TIK (ICT) to obtain ICT score outcome variables. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, it was tested by analysis of alpha test cronbach. Before analyzing thedata using the product moment to find out the hypothesis, normality and linearity were tested beforehand. The results of the analysis were done by product moment correlation (rxy) between Internet usage (X) with the score of TIK (ICT) of students of XI grade (Y) it was obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.490 was included as low category. The value of P 0,000. the P<0.05 it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the use of the Internet as a medium of learning with ICT learning outcomes of students XI grade SMAN 1 Purbalingga. key words : Use of the Internet, Learning Media, Learning Outcome
Consumer Preferences Of New Rice Varieties (Vub) In Lampung Province (Case Study In Tanjung Rejo Village, Negeri Katon Subdistrict, Pesawaran District )
Some New rice varieties (VUB) found adaptive grown in Lampung. However, the successful of the development of VUB is not only determined by its highness productivity, but a consumer preference is also an important indicator. The study of consumer preferences towards new rice varieties has been done in Tanjung Rejo village, Katon Sub District, Pesawaran District in January to July 2014 . Varieties tested were varieties commonly grown by farmers, i.e. Situbagendit, Cibogo and Ciherang, whereas for the VUB were Inpari 9, Inpari 10, Inpari 14 and Inpari 15. Organoleptic test was conducted to determine consumer preferences for rice andcooked rice. For rice, the preferences tested were whiteness, aroma, shape and general appearances. Preferences of cooked rice were aroma, whiteness, flavor, texture and general appearances. Organoleptic tests on rice and cooked rice using a score from 1 to 5: 1 = extremelly dislike, 2 = dislike, 3 = rather like, 4 = like, and 5 = extremely like. The number of panelists used as many as 20 people. Based on the results of organoleptic test on rice, panelists preferred the rice varieties of Cibogo and Inpari 10, compared to Situbagendit and Ciherang. Score of whiteness for Inpari 10 was 4.24, aroma 3.67, shape and general appearances was 4.24 and 4.05 respectivelly, while the scores of Cibogo 4.29 for whiteness, aroma 3.81, shape 4.52 and general appearances 4.38. The results of organoleptic test on cooked rice, indicating that the panelists preferred the Inpari 9, Cibogo and Inpari 14 compared to Ciherang and Situbagendit. Scores aroma given by panelist for cooked rice Inpari 9 was 4.46, whiteness 4.50, flavor 4.29, texture 4.29, and general appearances was 4,29. This shows that people's preferences have shifted from rice that commonly grown such as Ciherang to the new varieties Inpari 9 and Inpari 10
Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Pelaku Usaha (Studi Kasus Sepanjang Jalan Raya Telang Kecamatan Kamal Kabupaten Bangkalan)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak covid- 19 pada pelaku usaha yang berada di sepanjang jalan raya Telang Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sumberdata yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer (observasi dan wawancara) validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data mengguakan teknik analisis domain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dampak yang dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha akibat adanya pandemi covid-19 iyalah pada tingkat pendapatan pelaku usaha yang menurun akibat berkurangnya jumlah pelanggan mereka. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelaku usaha harus mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja atau jumlah gajinya. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku usaha untuk tetap bertahan selama pandemi iyalah dengan tetap membuka usaha mereka setiap hari dan menambah jam oprasional serta memberikan pelayanan seramah mungkin kepada pelanggannya juga tetap menjaga kebersihan tempat usahanya
Pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bungan Deposito dan Kurs US $ terhadap Harga Saham PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk tahun 2006-2008
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, nilai kurs rupiah dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap harga saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk tahun 2006-2008 Hipotesis yang dirumuskan dan diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh inflasi, nilai kurs rupiah dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap harga saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk tahun 2006-2008.
Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekundair, yaitu data inflasi bulanan mulai Januari 2006- Desember 2008. Tingkat suku bunga deposito PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk bulan Januari 2006- Desember 2008. Kurs Mata Uang Asing ( US tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Hasil ini tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, variabel tingkat suku bunga deposito dan kurs US $ tidak signifikan maka tidak dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi pada saham PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk.

Antecedent Role Stressor dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pemimpin
ABSTRACT: Role Stressor plays very important in leader performance. Besides being influenced by external factors from outside of an organization, role stress is also influenced by internal organization and interpersonal factor. This study indicates that there is contradiction (research gap). These findings are shown by norm variables against role stressor, role ambiguity, and role conflict on job satisfaction. Moreover, it is also based on the management phenomena of the public health centers in Central Java.
The main objective of this study is to develop basic theoretical model of the role stressor influence (role ambiguity and role conflict) on job satisfaction and its implication on leader performance. Whereas the specific purpose is to develop empirical model to examine and analyze heterogeneous environment influence, organizational fitness, social norm, job etiquette egoism, role stressor (role ambiguity and role conflict) on job satisfaction and its implication on leader performance.
The respondents of this study are 176 head of the public health centers in Central Java. Path Analysis technique is also used Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The results of this research show that heterogeneous environment and organizational fitness highly influence on role ambiguity. Social norm, job etiquette egoism, and job panic influence much on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction highly influences on leader performance and role ambiguity; but role conflict does not highly influence on leader performance.
The new findings of this research are that to increase performance of the public health centers leader in Central Java, high job satisfaction, low role ambiguity, and low role conflict are needed through controlling and mastering heterogeneous environment, and lowering job etiquette egoism, and a good and clear organizational fitness.
ABSTRAK: Role stressor berperan sangat penting dalam kinerja seorang pemimpin, selain dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang bersumber dari luar organisasi, role stress juga banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan dari dalam individu.
Studi ini menunjukkan adanya hasil yang kontroversi ( research gap). Hal tersebut tercermin dalam variabel-variabel norma terhadap role stressor serta role ambiguity dan role conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu juga berangkat dari fenomena manajemen Puskesmas di Propinsi Jawa Tengah.
Tujuan studi ini adalah mengembangkan model teoretik dasar dan model empirik untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan heterogen, kesesuaian organisasi, norma sosial, egoisme etika kerja, role stressor (role ambiguity dan role conflict ) terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja pemimpin.
Responden adalah kepala Puskesmas di Propinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 176.
Kemudian teknik analisis menggunakan Path Analysis dalam Structural Equation Model (SEM)
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan heterogen dan kesesuaian organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap role ambiguity. Norma sosial, egoisme etika kerja dan kepanikan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap role conflict. Role ambiguity dan role conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemimpin serta role ambiguity dan role conflict tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemimpin.
Temuan baru dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja kepala Puskesmas di Propinsi Jawa Tengah diperlukan adanya kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, role ambiguity dan role conflict yang rendah melalui pengendalian dan penguasaan lingkungan heterogen, penurunan egoisme etika kerja dan kesesuaian organisasi yang baik dan jelas
STRUKTUR DAN KOMPOSISI KIMIA BAHAN SEMIKONDUKTOR Sn(Se0,2S0,8) LAPISAN TIPIS HASIL PREPARASI TEKNIK VAKUM EVAPORASI UNTUK APLIKASI SEL SURYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan lapisan tipis Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈)
dengan metode evaporasi. Peneliti dapat mengetahui pengaruh variasi spacer
terhadap struktur, parameter kristal, morfologi permukaan, dan komposisi kimia
lapisan tipis Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈).
Proses preparasi lapisan tipis Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈) dilakukan dengan menggunakan
metode evaporasi yang bekerja pada tekanan sekitar 2 x 10-5 mbar. Proses
pendeposisian lapisan tipis Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈) dilakukan dengan memberikan spacer
antara substrat dengan sumber yaitu 25 cm, 15 cm, dan 10 cm. Proses
karakterisasi dilakukan menggunakan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) untuk
menentukan struktur dan parameter kisi lapisan tipis, Scanning Electron
Microscopy (SEM) untuk menentukan morfologi permukaan lapisan tipis dan
Energy Dispersive Analysis X-Ray (EDAX) untuk menentukan komposisi lapisan
tipis.
Hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tipis Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈)
merupakan polikristal dan memiliki struktur kristal orthorombik, dengan nilai
parameter kisi sampel 1 (spacer 25 cm): a = 4,306 Å, b = 11,30 Å, c = 4,139 Å;
sampel 2 (spacer 15 cm): a = 4,286 Å, b = 11,18 Å, c = 4,123 Å; sampel 3
(spacer 10 cm): a = 4,301 Å, b = 11,30 Å, c = 4,143 Å. Hasil karakterisasi SEM
pada Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈) sampel 2 menunjukkan bahwa morfologi permukaan sampel
terdiri atas butiran/grain berbentuk keping lonjong, dengan ukuran diameter
butiran pada permukaan kristal sekitar 0,3 µm - 0,5 µm dan homogen. Hasil
analisis EDAX, kristal Sn(Se₀,₂S₀,₈) menunjukkan perbandingan persentase
komposisi kimia lapisan tipis yaitu 1 : 0,11 : 0,79

The main objective of this study is 1). Are there influense on organisation commitment, participation, and motivation as partial and multiple to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. 2) To find what the most influense variable to work performance PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Unit of Kudus. The respondents of this study are 43 employee of PT Bank Lippo Tbk Unit of Kudus. Analysis technique is used Partial Regression. The results of this research show that as partial variable organization commitment and motivation are influence on work performance, but participation variable not influense on work performance. Results of hipotesis test show that t test value organization commitmet and motivation variable are 2,912 and 1,166 the most that t tabel 2,021. So result of hipotesis test show that t test value participation variable -1,148 the lest from t tabel 2,021. The multiple variable organization commitment, participation and motivation are influense on work performance.
