Bu seçimi kolaylaştırmak amacıyla bulut hizmet sağlayıcı sıralama problemi ele alınmış olup bu tez kapsamında iki çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Birinci çalışmada, bulut hizmet sağlayıcı seçiminde etkili olan kriterler konunun uzmanları tarafından tespit edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada orta ölçekli şirketlerin bulut hizmet sağlayıcı seçiminde etkili olan 5 ana kriter ve bunlara bağlı 17 alt kriter belirlenmiş olup, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden analitik ağ süreci ve bulanık analitik hiyerarşi süreci yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci çalışmada ise, uzmanlar tarafından belirlenen bulut hizmet sağlayıcıları TOPSIS, PROMETHEE, bulanık TOPSIS ve bulanık PROMETHEE yöntemleri kullanılarak elde edilen sıralamalar karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, kullanılan farklı yöntemler ile elde edilen sıralamalar incelenmiş olup, 7 bulut hizmet sağlayıcısı arasından sıralamalarda birinci ve ikinci sırayı takip eden Google Drive bulut hizmet sağlayıcısı tercih edilmiştir.Technological developments have revealed the need for fast access to data by medium-sized companies, and the need to use cloud services with lower costs and minimum manpower. Cloud service provider selection is becoming more difficult due to the increasing number of cloud service providers and the many options they offer. In order to facilitate this selection, the cloud service provider-ranking problem has been considered and two studies have been conducted within the scope of this thesis. In the first study, the criteria that are effective in the selection of cloud service providers were determined and evaluated by the experts of the subject. In the study, 5 main criteria and 17 sub-criteria that are effective in the selection of cloud service providers of medium-sized companies were determined and evaluated by analytical network process and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method, which are among the multi-criteria decision making methods. In the second study, the rankings obtained by using the cloud service providers TOPSIS, PROMETHEE, fuzzy TOPSIS and fuzzy PROMETHEE methods determined by the experts were compared. As a result of the study, the rankings obtained with the different methods used were examined, and the Google Drive cloud service provider, which ranked first and second, was chosen among 7 cloud service providers

Endüstri 4.0, ürünlerin ve üretim sistemlerinin yaşam döngüsündeki bütün değer zincirinin, organizasyon ve yönetiminde yeni bir seviye olan dördüncü endüstri devrimidir. Dijital dönüşüm ve Endüstri 4.0 ile birlikte ulaşılabilecek yeni seviyede, insanların ve nesnelerin interneti aynı zamanda sistemlerin birbirleri ile bağlantısı etkin ve verimli bir hale getirilebilecektir. Bu yapı sayesinde dinamik, gerçek zamanlı sistemler optimize edilebilecek ve kendi kendine organize olabilen ağlar oluşturulacaktır. Endüstri 4.0’ın teknoloji dünyasına ve sosyal hayata getireceği yenilikler gün geçtikte gelişme göstereceği öngörülmektedir. Şirketler artık kendi kendine yetebilen sistemlere geçmek için Endüstri 4.0’ı bir aracı olarak görmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada ise, Endüstri 4.0’a geçmek isteyen bir şirketin Endüstri 4.0 stratejilerinden hangisini seçmesi gerektiği çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemleri ile belirlenmiş ve şirkete sunulmuştur. Endüstri 4.0 strateji seçimine yönelik alternatif ve ölçütler belirlenmiştir. Çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemleri kullanılarak problem çözümünün gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Endüstri 4.0’a yönelik araştırmalar yapılmış ve ardından çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerinden AAS ve TOPSIS yöntemleri kullanılarak en uygun strateji seçimi yapılmıştır.With the Industry 4.0, work is being done to increase productivity in production. Industry 4.0 is an industrial revolution, a new level in the organization and management of the entire value chain in the life cycle of products and production systems. With Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 will make it efficient and productive the Internet of objects and the connection of people with each other. Thanks to this structure, dynamic, real-time systems will be optimized, and self-organizing networks will be created. Innovations that Industry 4.0 will bring to the world of technology and social life will improve day by day. In the study, it was determined by multi-criteria decision-making methods that a company seeking to move to Industry 4.0 should select Industry 4.0 strategies. Alternatives and criteria for the selection of the industry 4.0 strategy have been identified. It is aimed to solve the problem by applying multi-criteria decision-making methods. Companies now see Industry 4.0 as a vehicle to pass autonomous systems. Research has been conducted for Industry 4.0. Then, the most appropriate strategy selection was made by using AAS and TOPSIS methods of multi-criteria decision-making methods

    Son yıllarda gerek üretim sistemlerinde gerekse hizmet sistemlerinde müşteri memnuniyetinin her geçen gün daha da zorlaştığı görülmektedir. Rekabet gücünü arttırma yollarına başvuran işverenler, müşteriden önce hizmeti sunan kişilerin memnuniyetini sağlamayı hedeflemişlerdir. Hastanelerin 7/24 hizmet vermesi sebebiyle vardiya sistemi kurulmuştur. Fakat yanlış veya adil olmayan bir vardiya sistemi sonucu çalışanların fiziksel ve psikolojik açıdan olumsuz etkilendiği görülmektedir. Genellikle vardiya sisteminin çizelgesini, hastanenin çalışma saatlerine uyumlu bir şekilde sorumlu baş hemşire yapmaktadır. Günlük hayatta karşılaşılan problemlerde gerçekleştirilmesi istenen birden çok amaç olabilmektedir.  Bu gibi durumlarda karar verme aşamasında aynı anda birden fazla hedefin sağlanabilmesi için geliştirilen hedef programlama yöntemi avantajlı bir yöntem olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ele alınan problem tipi için birden fazla hedefin karşılanmasını sağlayan ve bu hedeflerde esneklik olmasına izin veren hedef programlama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ele alınan bu problem tipinde vardiya sistemindeki dengesizlikleri ortadan kaldıracak ve aynı zamanda hemşirelerin bazı özel durumlarına olanak sağlayan bir çizelge oluşturulmuştur. Bir devlet hastanesinden alınan veriler kullanılarak 0-1 hedef programlama yöntemi ile hemşire çizelgelemesi yapılan bu problemde elde edilen sonuçlara göre hemşirelerin planlama yaklaşımlarındaki başarısını olumlu yönde etkileyerek gerçekleştirilmesi istenen hedeflere ulaşıldığı, adil ve dengeli bir çizelgelerin oluşturulduğu görülmektedir

Identifying and correcting these difficulties can lead to both lost time and high cost. In this study, we investigated the difficulties encountered in the Internet of Things. As a result of the study, the degree of importance of the factors causing these difficulties was determined by multi-criteria decision-making methods and was presented to the enterprises. The main criteria, and the sub-criteria related to these main criteria, were determined. The main purpose of the enterprises transitioning to Industry 4.0 is the communication of things with each other. In this study, we aimed to determine which criteria caused difficulties in the transition to Industry 4.0. Then, the degree of importance of the criteria was determined using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and analytic network process (ANP) methods, in the multi-criteria decision-making. Through the study, we determined which criteria should be taken into consideration by the enterprises that want to transition to the Internet of Things. In this way, enterprises will be able to accelerate that transition by minimizing time and monetary loss

    Whole blood viscosity in systemic sclerosis: a potential biomarker of pulmonary hypertension?

    Objective Our goal was to determine if whole blood viscosity (WBV) can be used to predict the risk of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc). Methods Patients with SSc were analyzed. Out of 107 patients, 26 patients, found to have confirmed diagnosis of PAH, were classified as those with (n = 26, PAH group) and without PAH (n = 81, non-PAH group). We calculated estimated WBV at both high (HSR) and low shear rates (LSR) from hematocrit and total serum protein levels. Results Total protein levels were significantly higher and the anti-centromere antibody (ACA) was more frequent in the PAH group. Furthermore, anti-topoisomerase antibody (anti-scl-70) was significantly less frequent in the PAH group. The WBV values were significantly higher at HSR (16.68 +/- 0.38 vs. 16.24 +/- 0.58; p < 0.001) and at LSR (51.81 +/- 7.21 vs. 42.97 +/- 11.76; p < 0.001) in PAH group. The multivariate analysis revealed that the WBV at both shear rates independently designated the presence of PAH in SSc patients. The ROC curve showed that the sensitivity and specificity of LSR and HSR were 92.3% and 61.7% (AUC 0.759, p < 0.001), and 88.5% and 65.4% (AUC 0.770, p < 0.001) with a cutoff value of 43.56 and 16.32 for WBV, respectively. Conclusion Higher WBV levels in SSc patients were an independent indicator for PAH development in this cohort. WBV-LSR and WBV-HSR values might help exclude the PAH possibility in patients diagnosed with SSc and remain as an independently associated biomarker for follow-up of these patients for future risk of PAH development. Findings remain to be confirmed by other cohorts

    IVIg-induced headache: prospective study of a large cohort with neurological disorders

    Background: Intravenous immune globulin (IVIg) is frequently used in some neurological diseases and is also the first-line therapy in Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and multifocal motor neuropathy. We aimed to evaluate the frequency and characteristics of headaches, which is one of the most common side effects of IVIg treatment. Methods: Patients who received IVIg treatment for neurological diseases were prospectively enrolled in 23 centers. Firstly, the characteristics of patients with and without IVIg-induced headaches were analyzed statistically. Then, patients with IVIg-induced headaches were classified into three subgroups determined by their history: no primary headache, tension-type headache (TTH), and migraine. Results: A total of 464 patients (214 women) and 1548 IVIg infusions were enrolled between January and August 2022. The frequency of IVIg-related headaches was 27.37% (127/464). A binary logistic regression analysis performed with significant clinical features disclosed that female sex and fatigue as a side effect were statistically more common in the IVIg-induced headache group. IVIg-related headache duration was long and affected daily living activities more in patients with migraine compared to no primary headache and TTH groups (p = 0.01, respectively). Conclusion: Headache is more likely to occur in female patients receiving IVIg and those who develop fatigue as a side effect during the infusion. Clinicians’ awareness of IVIg-related headache characteristics, especially in patients with migraine, may increase treatment compliance
