The effect of weed infestation towards rice growth of MR 219 rice variety / Umar Ahmad

The topic of this study is ‘The effect of weed infestation toward rice growth of MR 219 rice variety’ are conducted to see how a 2 variety of weeds could affect the rice plants growth and production. The first objective are to study the effect of weed on the growth of rice. Based on the result, which kind of weeds could bring the most effect toward the rice yield production can be seen. While the second objective are to study the effect of weed on the yield of rice. This is to see which weed could affect the rice plant the most. The research are done using Completely Randomized Design design using 3 treatment, which consist of rice plant only as a control for treatment 1, rice plant with weedy Oryza sativa f. spontanea (weedy rice) as a treatment 2 and rice plant with Ludwigia hyssopifolia (water primrose) as treatment 3. Based on the result of plant height, tiller, biomass and grain weight, the rice plant are mostly not affected or insignificantly affected by the presence of weed in each sample. But, the panicle result show that the significant different in each treatment. This can support the hypothesis that there will be a different result between each treatments. In conclusion, it can be seen that Ludwigia hyssopifolia cause more harm than Oryza sativa f. spontanea to rice plant

Hakikat Iqab Dan Hukuman Dalam Pendidikan Islam

Education is a maturing process of learning a very complex learners systematically through a curriculum that is applied in the educational unit that is useful to explore the potential of students from various facets of the life of society, nation and state. To realize these goals much needed discipline and sense of responsibility in the learning process. Consistency discipline and sense of responsibility in the learning process, then the required method or preventive measures, one such method is the provision of a penalty or punishment in educational units aimed accompany the learning process in order to achieve educational goals that had been expected. We need to know the substance rather than reward and punishment will not be separated in the educational process as well as the essence of good and bad are both always go hand in hand at the wheel of life. Therefore, punishment in the educational process must be in accordance with Islamic education that directs learners to always berakhlakul karimah able to distinguish between good and bad behavior in daily life both in the school environment and society in general. Purpose of punishment in Education Islam is nothing but providing guidance and improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the character and condition of students before a teacher gives punishment to them. By understanding the meaning of inner punishment Islamic education is based on the Qur'an and hadith, it is hoped that punishment can give positive meaning to learners

MENUMBUHKAN KARAKTER POSITIF SISWA MELALUI TAYANGAN INSPIRATIF DI SDN INPRES NANGA NI’U DESA KARAMPI

Karakter positif merupakan hal yang paling esensi yang harus di wujudkan dalam diri anak serta menumbuhkan karakter positif pada anak merupakan urgensi dalam pendidikan, pendidikan yang bermutu merupakan konsekuensi yang harus di wujudkan oleh berbagai pihak dalam satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perubahan tingkah laku yang dialami anak dengan melalui konsep belajar inspiratif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tekhnik mengumpulkan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan mengkaji berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan karakter positif anak serta menganalisis fakta empiris yang bersentuhan langsung dengan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anak-anak di SDN Inpres Nanga Ni’u menunjukan sangat antusias dalam merespon kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan konsep belajar inspiratif. Anak-anak lebih cepat memahami suatu pembelajaran jika menggunakan media dalam menyampaikan materi. Pembentukan karakter positif anak harus dilakukan secara terus menerus, dan juga membutuhkan inovatif serta konsep terbaru dalam membentuk karakter positif anak.&nbsp

Contemporary Muslims and human rights discourse: a critical assessment

This book is a majpr departure from what many may regard as the general trend of studies by Muslims on the human rights tradition. Whereas most authors on the subject ardently argue the case for human rights by tracing it from the traditional Islamic religious sources, this study poses an antithesis to that trend. The point of departure in this work is found in its in-depth investigation and critique of the theoretical foundations of the human rights issued by international organizations such as the United Nations or the Organization of African Union (now defunct) or the Cairo Declaration. Instead the real meaning of the human rights values should be found in the philosophical thought of its original authors, the Western thinkers, as well as in their common but unique experience in the historical process vis-a-vis the rest of humanity especially the orient, where the Islamic civilization thrives this day

Peningkatan Keterampilan Berbicara dengan Metode Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) pada Mahasiswa PBSI Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang

This Classroom Action Research aimed at describing the process and the results implementation of learning speaking skill using Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) method for the first semester students of Indonesia Language and Literature Education, Muhammadiyah University of Kupang 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in two cycles with the data collection technique through observation, test, and documentation. The data obtained then were analyzed descriptive quantitatively and qualitatively. The study showed that there was an improvement in the learning process and the students’ score after applying Teams Games Tournaments method. Students were motivated and enthusiastic in learning activities. There was an active interaction between students and lecturer during the learning process. In addition, there was also an improvement in the students’ speaking skill score. In the first cycle, the whole average of students’ score was 66.13 became 75,33 in the second cycle

The State of Food Security in Pakistan: Future Challenges and Coping Strategies

Pakistan is a low income developing country. Agriculture is the most important sector of the country meeting food and fibre requirements of the fast growing population. Although the rate of population increase has considerably slowed down from over 3 percent in 1980s to 2.09 percent in 2009-10, it is still considered high.1 With the current rate of population growth, the population is expected to get doubled by 2050—making Pakistan 4th largest nation by 2050 from current status of 6th most populous state of the world [Pakistan (2010)]. The total cultivated area has increased by just 40 percent during past 60 years, while there has been more than 4 times increase in population with urban expansion of over seven-fold—resulting into mega-cities2 as well as rising population pressure on cultivated land. Wheat production, a major food crop, has increased five-fold during the same period—yet the country is marginal importer of wheat. This study aimed to analyze the authority of a notary in making the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders of a limited liability company through electronic media and the legality of a notary deed related to the signing of a general meeting of shareholders of a limited liability company through electronic media. This study used a statutory research approach, with normative legal research—data collection techniques using literature study. The data was sourced from books and statutory documents. The results of this study indicated that the authority of a notary in making official reports using electronic media was regulated in Article 15 paragraph (3) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Notary Positions, Article 77 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, and Article 5 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Transaction Information. To conclude, minutes of the general meeting of shareholders held by teleconference or video conference still have legal force as an authentic deed
