EL ECOTURISMO EN EL CHOCÓ COMO UNA PROPUESTA PARA EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE DE LA REGIÓN

La presente monografía se centra en el análisis del desarrollo actual del ecoturismo en el departamento del Choco, teniendo como referentes el desarrollo sostenible y el papel del marketing verde para su expansión y promoción. Para realizar el análisis propuesto, se toman en cuenta los principios de gestión y planificación del ecoturismo, las características del territorio y de la población chocoana, el impacto del turismo y los beneficios ambientales, culturales y económicos para el departamento. Además, se presentan los principios para el desarrollo de una propuesta turística, seleccionando los municipios que cuentan con mejores ventajas para el desarrollo de la actividad. Esta herramienta sirve como modelo para el crecimiento del Ecoturismo en otras zonas del país para el progreso de la actividad.This monograph focuses on the analysis of the current development of ecotourism in the region of Choco, having as reference the sustainable development and the role of green marketing for its expansion and promotion. To develop the proposed analysis, it taken into account the principles for the management and planning of ecotourism, the characteristics of the territory and population, the impact of tourism and the environmental, cultural and economic benefits for the department. In addition, the principles for the development of a tourism proposal are presented, selecting the municipalities that have the best advantages for the development of the activity. This tool serves as a model for the growth of Ecotourism in other areas of the country for the improvement of the activity

La población trabajadora es predominantemente joven, sexo femenino, con una escolaridad en donde la primaria y secundaria son dominantes en la población. El estado civil en general es el consensual y los solteros. El medio de transporte debido a la distancia es el vehicular y bus, con una población con peso y talla promedio. La sintomatología de mayor predominancia encontrada fue la cervicalgia no traumáticas

Impacto de los Vehículos Eléctricos sobre la Red de Distribución. Análisis bajo distintos modos de operación

Electric mobility is a sustainable alternative that allows the reduction of energy consumption and the emission of polluting gases with respect to conventional mobility. There are projections that predict an increase in the use of electric vehicles. Thus, several lines of research deal with the characteristics of the integration of these new demands and the effects that will occur on electrical systems. The main goals of this paper are: (i) to determine the impact of a moderate insertion of public charging points on the network; (ii) to evaluate the penetration level of EVs of residential users for slow and semi-fast home charging modes (G2V), according to restrictions of operation variables from the grid; and (iii) to propose some management strategies for controlled recharging and the dual function of charging and supplying energy from the electric vehicles to the grid through their storage batteries (V2G). The obtained results show that the moderate incorporation of public charging points does not significantly affect the operability of the network. Furthermore, it is shown that the controlled recharging of electric vehicles manages to reduce the negative impacts on the electrical system under study, allowing higher levels of insertion and/or delaying investments in the electrical infrastructure. An operation mode with energy from the electric vehicles to the grid would allow displacing the peak generation characterized by its high levels of pollution. Nevertheless, this mode of operation makes the system more susceptible to operating within inadmissible ranges.La movilidad eléctrica es una alternativa sustentable que permite disminuir el consumo energético y la emisión de gases contaminantes con respecto a la movilidad convencional. Existen proyecciones que predicen un aumento del uso de vehículos eléctricos. Con esto se crean diversas líneas de estudio relacionadas a inferencias sobre las características de la integración de esta nueva demanda y sobre los efectos que generará en los sistemas eléctricos. Entonces, en el presente trabajo se proponen como principales objetivos: (i) determinar el impacto en la red de una inserción moderada de puntos de recarga públicos; (ii) evaluar el nivel de penetración de EVs de usuarios residenciales para modos de carga (G2V) domiciliaria lenta y semirrápida, según restricciones de variables de operación de la red; y (iii) proponer estrategias de gestión de la recarga controlada y la función dual de carga y aporte de energía a la red de los EVs a través de sus baterías de almacenamiento (V2G). Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la incorporación moderada de puntos de recarga públicos no afecta significativamente la operatividad de la red. Además, se muestra que la recarga controlada de los vehículos eléctricos logra disminuir los impactos negativos en el sistema eléctrico bajo estudio permitiendo mayores niveles de inserción y/o retrasando inversiones en infraestructura eléctrica. Un modo de operación con aporte de energía desde los vehículos eléctricos hacia la red permitiría desplazar generación de punta caracterizada por sus altos niveles de contaminación. Aun así, este modo de operación torna al sistema más susceptible a operar dentro de rangos inadmisibles

Diseño de un sistema de control interno contable para mejorar la competitividad de la Asociación Agropecuaria San Juan de la Cruz de R.L. de San Juan Yamabal, departamento de Morazán

Esta investigación tiene por objetivo diseñar un sistema de control interno contable para mejorar la competitividad de la Asociación Agropecuaria San Juan de la Cruz de R.L. de San Juan Yamabal, departamento de Morazán. En la investigación, se utilizará la técnica documental y la entrevista. Se concluye: según la información proporcionada por la investigación de campo, se determinó que la Asociación Agropecuaria dispone de un adecuado sistema contable, ya que la estructura del catálogo de cuentas, contiene las suficientes y adecuadas cuentas para registrar todas las transacciones que se realizan; y el manual de aplicaciones describe detalladamente lo que se debe registrar en cada cuenta. De acuerdo a los datos obtenidos en la investigación de campo, se concluyó que la Asociación Agropecuaria tiene deficiencias en el ambiente de control; ya que se encontró que la filosofía y estilo de operación de la gerencia y los métodos del control administrativo para supervisar y dar seguimiento al desempeño, no son los adecuados para que la Asociación pueda operar de la mejor manera posible. Anteproyecto diseño arquitectónico de Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en colonia ciudad Pacifica, San Miguel

RESUMEN: La ciudad de San Miguel presenta la necesidad de espacios donde se desarrollen actividades de esparcimiento, así como el fomento de actividades de índole cultural, de artes y de formación continua en talleres y capacitaciones para el desarrollo de la población. Por la necesidad de tales espacios se realiza la propuesta de un Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en Colonia Ciudad Pacífica, donde se puedan realizar actividades de índole cultural, desarrollo de actividades de capacitaciones y talleres vocacionales, además del componente deportivo con el desarrollo de un Centro de Desarrollo Deportivo en las mismas instalaciones. Para la realización del anteproyecto diseño arquitectónico de Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en Colonia Ciudad Pacífica en San Miguel, se lleva a cabo la realización del planteamiento del problema donde podremos observar las causas y consecuencias del estudio, y se explica las razones por el cual es de aporte social. Considerando que los centros de desarrollo comunitario son un lugar donde las personas de esta comunidad pueden capacitarse, superarse y tener un mejor desarrollo en el ámbito social y cultural es pertinente desarrollar la propuesta en la Colonia Ciudad Pacífica donde presenta necesidad de tales instalaciones. Como objetivo se tiene la realización del Anteproyecto Diseño Arquitectónico de Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en Colonia Ciudad Pacífica en San Miguel, y proporcionar los instrumentos que faciliten el desarrollo del proyecto, alcances para el desarrollo son en el periodo de 6 meses calendario En la siguiente etapa se verá el crecimiento de usuarios que visitará el Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario, la cantidad de personal para su cuidado y mantenimiento, así como su respectivo espacio dentro de la propuesta en los próximos años, tiempo establecido por el crecimiento territorial de la urbanización. Assessment of Atmospheric Algorithms to Retrieve Vegetation in Natural Protected Areas Using Multispectral High Resolution Imagery

The precise mapping of vegetation covers in semi-arid areas is a complex task as this type of environment consists of sparse vegetation mainly composed of small shrubs. The launch of high resolution satellites, with additional spectral bands and the ability to alter the viewing angle, offers a useful technology to focus on this objective. In this context, atmospheric correction is a fundamental step in the pre-processing of such remote sensing imagery and, consequently, different algorithms have been developed for this purpose over the years. They are commonly categorized as imaged-based methods as well as in more advanced physical models based on the radiative transfer theory. Despite the relevance of this topic, a few comparative studies covering several methods have been carried out using high resolution data or which are specifically applied to vegetation covers. In this work, the performance of five representative atmospheric correction algorithms (DOS, QUAC, FLAASH, ATCOR and 6S) has been assessed, using high resolution Worldview-2 imagery and field spectroradiometer data collected simultaneously, with the goal of identifying the most appropriate techniques. The study also included a detailed analysis of the parameterization influence on the final results of the correction, the aerosol model and its optical thickness being important parameters to be properly adjusted. The effects of corrections were studied in vegetation and soil sites belonging to different protected semi-arid ecosystems (high mountain and coastal areas). In summary, the superior performance of model-based algorithms, 6S in particular, has been demonstrated, achieving reflectance estimations very close to the in-situ measurements (RMSE of between 2% and 3%). Finally, an example of the importance of the atmospheric correction in the vegetation estimation in these natural areas is presented, allowing the robust mapping of species and the analysis of multitemporal variations related to the human activity and climate change
