MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD MATERI HIMPUNAN PADA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI NUNUFAFI

Skripsi ini dengan judul: “Meningkatkan  Hasil  Belajar  Matematika  Siswa  Melalui Pembelajaran  Kooperatif  Tipe  STAD  Materi Himpunan  pada  Kelas  VII  SMP  Negeri  Nunufafi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi himpunan melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas VII SMP Negeri Nunufafi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek dalam penelitian ini  Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri Nunufafi, yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) hasil tes (2) lembar observasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan menerapakan Pembelajaran  Kooperatif  Tipe  STAD  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri Nunufafi. Dari hasil penelitian maka persentase ketuntasan kelas pada siklus I sebesar 42,10% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 78,94%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika kelas VII SMP Negeri Nunufafi

Banyak orang tua calon siswa kebingungan dalam menentukan jurusan yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Kefamenanu yang sesuai dan baik untuk putra-putrinya, hal itu dikarenakan informasi yang kurang akurat tentang SMK Negeri 1 Kefamenanu yang diketahui terbatas dari cerita-cerita orang tua atau wali murid lain. Untuk mempermudah membagikan informasi dilakukan perancangan Aplikasi company profile SMK Negeri 1 Kefamenanu untuk menyediakan informasi tentang profil sekolah, artikel sekolah, kegiatan sekolah, sarana prasarana, galeri sekolah dan informasi penerimaan siswa baru, Admin sebagai orang yang mengoperasikan aplikasi, sedangkan Guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa sebagai pengguna aplikasi dapat melihat informasi yang ada pada aplikasi androidnya. perancangan aplikasi Company profile ini menggunakan metode Framework Cordova. Hasil Perancangan sistem ini User/pengguna sudah dapat memperoleh informasi mengenai sekolah lebih detail secara online Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem ini memberikan informasi mengenai Profile Sekolah, Artikel Sekolah, Kegiatan Sekolah, Sarana Prasarana, Kegiatan Sekolah Dan Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru pada sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Kefamenanu

Analisis kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas VIII SMPS Katolik Putri St. Xaverius Kefamenanu Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021

This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of eighth grade junior high school students class VIII on several materials consisting of 12 student. This type of research is descriptive research with a quilitative approach. The data collected in the form of critical thinking ability test result and interviews. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed based on the indicators of critical thinking skills that have been set by the researcher which includes interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. The results of data analysis obtained results, namely (a) On indicators with high thinking skills  can interpret well, student with moderate abilities can also interpret well while students with low abilities have not interpreted well; (b) On indicators of analysis, all research subjects from students with high, medium and low abilities have not been able to analyze well;(c) On evaluation and inference indicators, students with high abilities can evaluate and inference well, students with moderate abilities can also evaluate and inference well while students with low abilities have not been able to do evaluation and inference well

A recurrent germline mutation in the 5’UTR of the androgen receptor causes complete androgen insensitivity by activating aberrant uORF translation

A subset of patients with monogenic disorders lacks disease causing mutations in the protein coding region of the corresponding gene. Here we describe a recurrent germline mutation found in two unrelated patients with complete androgen insensitivity syndrome (CAIS) generating an upstream open reading frame (uORF) in the 5' untranslated region (5'-UTR) of the androgen receptor (AR) gene. We show in patient derived primary genital skin fibroblasts as well as in cell-based reporter assays that this mutation severely impacts AR function by reducing AR protein levels without affecting AR mRNA levels. Importantly, the newly generated uORF translates into a polypeptide and the expression level of this polypeptide inversely correlates with protein translation from the primary ORF of the AR thereby providing a model for AR-5'UTR mediated translational repression. Our findings not only add a hitherto unrecognized genetic cause to complete androgen insensitivity but also underline the importance of 5'UTR mutations affecting uORFs for the pathogenesis of monogenic disorders in general

Network meta-analysis of (individual patient) time to event data alongside (aggregate) count data

Objectives: Network meta-analysis (NMA) methods extend the standard pair-wise framework to allow simultaneous comparison of multiple interventions in a single statistical model. Despite published work on NMA mainly focussing on the synthesis of aggregate data (AD), methods have been developed that allow the use of individual patient-level data (IPD) specifically when outcomes are dichotomous or continuous. This paper focuses on the synthesis of IPD and AD time to event data, motivated by a real data example looking at the effectiveness of high compression treatments on the healing of venous leg ulcers. Methods: This paper introduces a novel NMA modelling approach that allows IPD (time to event with censoring) and AD (event count for a given follow-up time) to be synthesised jointly by assuming an underlying, common, distribution of time to healing. Alternative model assumptions were tested within the motivating example. Model fit and adequacy measures were used to compare and select models. Results: Due to the availability of IPD in our example we were able to use a Weibull distribution to describe time to healing; otherwise, we would have been limited to specifying a uniparametric distribution. Absolute effectiveness estimates were more sensitive than relative effectiveness estimates to a range of alternative specifications for the model. Conclusions: The synthesis of time to event data considering IPD provides modelling flexibility, and can be particularly important when absolute effectiveness estimates, and not just relative effect estimates, are of interest

This study aims to analyze the effect of the farmer's exchange rate, Human Development Index, and GRDP of the agricultural sector on the inequality of income distribution in the provinces on the island of Sumatra. The study used panel data from the provinces on the island of Sumatra from 2015 to 2019. The analysis tool uses a panel data regression model. The analysis found that simultaneously the exchange rate of farmers, The Human Development Index, and the GRDP of the agricultural sector had a significant effect on the inequality of income distribution.
