Family house Odry

Tématem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s provozovnou. Provozovna je navržena jako projekční kancelář. Rodinný dům je situován na mírně svažitém terénu ve městě Odry. Rodinný dům určen pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený. Nosná konstrukce je zděná ze systému Porotherm. Stavba je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Zastřešení je kombinací ploché a sklonité střechy. Garáž je součástí budovy. Na pozemku jsou navržena tři parkovací stání přímo přístupná z příjezdové komunikace.The topic of this thesis is the processing documentation of a family house with an establishment. The establishment is designed as a design office. The family house is situated on a slightly sloping terrain in Odry. Family house is designed for four-member family. The building has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The loadbearing structure is of brick by system Porotherm. The building is insulated by contact insulating system ETICS. Roofing is a combination of flat and pitched roofs. The garage is part of the building. On the land are designed three parking spaces directly accessible from the driveway.

Significance Analysis of Tourist Sports Events

Import 04/11/2015Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsání významu sportovních akcí v cestovním ruchu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část představuje teoretická východiska zaměřená na cestovní ruch, sportovní událost, sportovní marketing a metody použité v práci. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzu mezinárodních sportovních událostí v podobě olympijských her, Mistrovství světa ve fotbale. Podrobněji analyzuji sportovní události v České republice v roce 2015, Mistrovství Evropy ve fotbale do 21 let, Světový pohár v Biatlonu, Halové Mistrovství Evropy v Atletice a nejdůkladněji zkoumám Mistrovství světa v ledním hokeji 2015. Dotazník směřovaný pro návštěvníky hokejové sportovní události zkoumá dopady na turismus a cestovní ruch.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe significance analysis of tourist sports events. This thesis is divided in two parts. The first part presents the theoretical basis of tourist, sports events and sports marketing and methods used in work. The second part contains an analysis of international sporting events as the Olympic games and FIFA World Cup. I explain the influence of significant sport events in Czech republic in 2015, European Football Championship under 21 years, Biathlon World Cup and European Athletic Indoor Championships. Na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy na zlepšení vybraných podnikových procesů. V první části diplomové práce jsou popsány teoretické východiska procesního řízení.The aim of this thesis is identify business processes in the company, create process maps and then analyze them. Based on an analysis of the current state processes are identified deficiencies and weaknesses in each process. Tématem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace budovy fitcentra s dalším provozem wellness a kavárny. Stavba je situována na svažitém terénu ve městě Odry. Jedná se o občanskou vybavenost. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Nosnou konstrukcí je železobetonový monolitický skelet. Obvodové výplňové zdivo je keramické. Stavba je zateplena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Na pozemku je navrženo parkoviště s počtem 15 parkovacích stání přímo přístupná z příjezdové komunikace.The topic of this thesis is the processing documentation of a fitness center with another establishment of wellness and coffehouse. Building is situated on a sloping terrain in Odry. It's a public services. The building has two above-ground floors and one basement. The loadbearing structure is of cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is insulated by contact insulating system ETICS. Roofing is of flat roof. On the land is designed park with 15 spaces directly accessible from the driveway.

Revitalization opportunities case study of wedding palace in Sosnowiec on the background of selected modernist pavilions from the 1960’s and 1970’s

Wśród obiektów modernistycznych wznoszonych w Polsce w latach 60. i 70. XX wieku można wyodrębnić wyjątkową grupę - typ zabudowy pawilonowej realizującej w pełni 5 zasad architektury modernistycznej Le Corbusiera. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane przykłady takich budynków oraz zwrócono uwagę na stan ich zachowania i stopień przekształcenia względem pierwotnej formy oraz funkcji. Przedstawiono szerzej przypadek najbardziej drastycznego braku poszanowania istniejącego obiektu, jakim jest przebudowa Pałacu Ślubów w Sosnowcu, oraz autorską propozycję przywrócenia obiektu do stanu pierwotnego.Among the modernist buildings erected in Poland in the 1960s and 1970s, we can distinguish a unique group - a type of pavilion development, fully implementing the 5 principles of Le Corbusier's modern architecture. The article presents selected examples of such buildings and highlights the state of their preservation and the degree of transformation in relation to their original form and function. The case of the most drastic lack of respect for the existing building, which is the reconstruction of the Wedding Palace in Sosnowiec, and the original proposal to restore the building to its original state are presented in more detail

Adaptační procesy a jejich aktéři v modernizující se Evropě (Adapting to European Modernization: Processes and their Actors)

The research team of the project “History of Adaptation” seaks shared understanding of key concepts centred around four research perspectives: 1) long-term development and ancient historical roots of contemporary adaptation strategies that build on memory, tradition, respect for historicity, recognising the relatively recent emergence of the concept of cultural heritage and its protection; 2) the city as a dominant social framework, e.g. from the perspective of commodified historicity; 3) the politics of expertise and power, focusing on the relationships between the production of knowledge and governance, the growing importance and adaption of the role of experts and technocrats in the professionalisation of social management as well; 4) the emic perspective of contemporary social actors – individuals or groups. In the first part of the article, the authors outline these four perspectives, while in the latter part, organized as a roundtable, they situate the key concepts in the context of their disciplines and open a discussion to be continued throughout the project
