On the computation of Bernstein–Sato ideals

In this paper we compare the approach of Brianc¸onand Maisonobe for computing Bernstein–Sato ideals—based on computations in a Poincar´e–Birkhoff–Witt algebra—with the readily available method of Oaku and Takayama. PENGARUH VARIASI LAMA PERENDAMAN BETON ASPAL MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN LIMBAH BOTOL PLASTIK PADA ASPAL DAN FILLER BATUBARA

Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang pesat mengakibatkan peningkatan konsumsi sumber daya alam. Hal ini berimplikasi pada timbulnya permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan agregat alam yang semakin lama semakin meningkat, terutama dibidang konstruksi bangunan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka sebaiknya memanfaatkan limbah sebagai bahan baku. Limbah yang dapat digunakan adalah limbah plastik dan limbah industri. Jenis limbah plastik pada penelitian ini adalah Polyethylene Terephtalate (PET) dan abu batubara sebagai limbah industri yang mempunyai potensi sangat tinggi untuk digunakan dalam konstruksi jalan raya. Abu batubara dapat dijadikan sebagai mineral filler karena ukuran partikelnya yang sangat halus dan mengandung unsur pozzolan, sehingga berfungsi sebagai bahan pengisi rongga dan pengikat aspal beton. Filler abu batubara didapatkan dari material abu batubara yang lolos saringan No.200 (0,074 mm). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana nilai durabilitas yang terjadi apabila dilakukan penambahan plastik PET dan filler abu batubara terhadap benda uji yang direndam pada suhu 60? selama 30 menit, 24 jam, 36 jam dan 48 jam pada campuran aspal penetrasi 60/70. Penambahan potongan PET pada campuran aspal menggunakan cara kering. Nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) yang diperoleh pada benda uji yaitu sebesar 5,9%. Selanjutnya dilakukan penambahan PET pada campuran aspal pada nilai KAO tersebut. Kadar PET yang ditambahkan pada campuran yaitu 3% dari berat aspal. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis Marshall, penambahan PET 3% pada campuran aspal beton lapis pengikat dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas. Nilai durabilitas yang memenuhi spesifikasi ? 90% yaitu pada rendaman 24 jam sebesar 94,92%, dan rendaman 36 jam sebesar 90,81% sedangkan pada rendaman 48 sebesar 83,25% tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Special considerations of demolition of the buildings and structures constructed without a permit on the state-owned land parcel restricted for construction

The article addresses special conditions sanctioning demolition of buildings and structures erected without a permit on the state-owned land parcel restricted for construction according to the Georgian legislation and the practice of suspension of enforcement proceedings of similar resolutions by the court. It reviews the regulation envisaged by part 4 of Article 25 of Product Safety and Free Movement Code, according to which buildings constructed on state and/or self-governing unit-owned land parcels are subject to demolition and an appeal of the resolution on demolition does not suspend its enforcement. Despite the above, within the procedural legislation, the court suspends the enforcement process in the part of demolition. The article assesses the prospective of placing such buildings and structures within the legal framework in the future (compliance with the general plan, functional zoning, rules of development and use of the territory), i.e. their eligibility for obtaining a permit in deciding on the suspension/non-suspension of the demolition enforcement process. In Georgian practice, this factor is not accen­tuated by the construction control body when making a resolution on demolition, nor does the court evaluate it, which is the most significant circumstance in the process of making and enforcing such type of resolutions. Examples from the Polish and German practice where a permit allowing illegal buildings and structures to be admitted (as complying with the substantive con­struction law) is one of the most significant preconditions for making a resolution regarding demolition are presented and discussed. The circumstances to be considered in the course of suspension by the court of demolition of buildings and structures illegally constructed on state and/or self-governing unit-owned land parcels are also described, and legislative changes/ amended regulations for the sake of avoidance of procrastination of such type of demolitions have been recommended

Finding Multiple Solutions in Nonlinear Integer Programming with Algebraic Test-Sets

We explain how to compute all the solutions of a nonlinear integer problem using the algebraic test-sets associated to a suitable linear subproblem. These test-sets are obtained using Gröbner bases. [Resumo] O presente traballo aborda a problemática do exilio dos mestres e mestras gale- gos depurados polo réxime franquista a partir de 1936. Das dúas variantes que se amosan como potentes para tratar este tema, o exilio exterior e o exilio interior, o estudo céntrase na segunda acepción, a miúdo en relación coa primeira. A partir da conceptualización ter- minolóxica, analízase o exilio interior, as súas características, formas ou modalidades. As referencias ás características e variedades de exilio interior dos mestres e mestras galegos baséanse nunha investigación realizada polo autor, que deu lugar á publicación Historias de vida (2003).[Abstract] This article deals with the problems faced by exiled primary school teachers purged by Franco’s regime after 1936. Of the two variations that may be focussed on to approach this issue -domestic exile and exile abroad- this analysis centres on the latter, oftentimes as it relates to the former. Starting from its terminological conceptualisation, domestic exile is analysed along with its characteristics, forms and manifestations. The refe- rences to the characteristics and kinds of domestic exile experienced by Galician school tea- chers are based on the research carried out by the author. This led to the publication of the book entitled Historias de vida (2003)
