Kemitraan Nazhir dengan Bank Syariah dalam Mengembangkan Wakaf Uang : Studi Perbandingan di Indonesia, Bangladesh dan Yordania
Islamic bank as a fnancial institution that manages the already famous and no doubt its existence. Another case when the Islamic bank is associated with the endowment money. Not many people know, and still sparked many questions. This article intends to describe the institutional instrument cash waqf in Islamic banks. In some countries, in developing the waqf money, Nazhir not only work alone. But, he involves the Islamic bank as a strategic partner in the management of waqf money. This is the difference with cash waqf endowments of land, because the money including the type of property that is moving and more easily lost. In fact, the main task is to manage the property Nazhir endowments to be productive, not spend. Therefore, in order waqf money is not slim down, then took Nazhir Islamic bank as a partner in its management. This step has been done in several countries: among them are Indonesia, Bangladesh and Jordan. Difference model of partnership between Nazhir waqf money with Islamic banks in the three countries is what is described in this articl
Transformation Mechanisms & Metaphors in Architectural Design of Post Modernism Era Between Type & Model: Analytical Study on Comparison Between the Universities of Baghdad And Al Mustansiriyah
The design output is a representation of several important attitudes and perceptions, which have contributed, and contributes to the generation of the form through special design methods. The architect’s role is to transform the intellectual or physical reference to architectural product using design and architectural composition act or vice versa. The main issue of the search is the lack of a clear perception in determiningthe relationship between two important terms in design (type and model) and their role as tools for producing architectural form. The search is based on a hypothesis that it’s a constant shift cycle from type to model or vice versa or can reached an edge and stopped. The aims is to identify concrete inputs in order to determine aspecific vocabulary frame to shift cycle, and applied this frame to analysis architectural projects in the city of Baghdad. The research contains definitions of model, types, transformation and their mechanisms. In addition, it has a practical part which assists on the election of two examples of architectural works resulting from transformation strategies as full cycle (not equivalent) for architectural product. The last part contains research findings, conclusions and recommendations. Accordingly, the search main conclusion is that the design basis for Baghdad University project as approved formal grounds derived from the old fabric of the city of Baghdad, where the design basis of Al Mustansiriyah University buildings is a model based on inherited Mustansiriya
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Piutang pada Kantor Pemasaran Tanah Kavling Pandugo 200 Surabaya
Pandugo 200 is a company that engaged in the sale and purchase of land plots for cash and credit in Surabaya and Sidoarjo with problems 60,62% of uncollected accounts receivable. This is caused of nothing recording recapitulation of due date and many payment record books of the company. Consequently, the procedure to remind the customer to be hampered and the filing of the customer's credit worthiness decision could not be known immediately. In this study, these problems solved by building accounts receivable application at Pandugo 200 usinG Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Accounts receivable applications that has built able to monitor customer accounts receivable as a reminder of the company through the Short Message Service (SMS), presents a recording of integrated payment on each payment book, the payment classification, and a monitoring report each month accounts. Based on the testing system is known that the Account Receivable Application Pandugo 200 Surabaya has been run appropriately. The application is able to send SMS remainder of credit collection and generate accounts receivable credit reports, customer payment reports, the target of accounts receivables, the difference between the amount of revenue target information with payment claims, and track record of customer payments
Evidence for magnetic clusters in NiV close to the quantum critical concentration
The d-metal alloy NiV undergoes a quantum phase transition from
a ferromagnetic ground state to a paramagnetic ground state as the vanadium
concentration is increased. We present magnetization, ac-susceptibility and
muon-spin relaxation data at several vanadium concentrations near the critical
concentration at which the onset of ferromagnetic order is
suppressed to zero temperature. Below , the muon data reveal a broad
magnetic field distribution indicative of long-range ordered ferromagnetic
state with spatial disorder. We show evidence of magnetic clusters in the
ferromagnetic phase and close to the phase boundary in this disordered
itinerant system as an important generic ingredient of a disordered quantum
phase transition. In contrast, the temperature dependence of the magnetic
susceptibility above is best described in terms of a magnetic quantum
Griffiths phase with a power-law distribution of fluctuation rates of dynamic
magnetic clusters. At the lowest temperatures, the onset of a short-range
ordered cluster-glass phase is recognized by an increase in the muon
depolarization in transverse fields and maxima in ac-susceptibility.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figures, submitted to Proceedings of SCES 201

Automotive leaf spring design and manufacturing process improvement using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
Nowadays human safety and comfort are the most considerable parameters in designing and manufacturing of a vehicle, that is why every organization ensures the quality and reliability of components used in the vehicle. Leaf spring is also a component of vehicle which plays an important role in human safety and comfort. It acts as a structural member and an integral part of suspension system. It is important to eliminate the failures in designing and manufacturing process of leaf springs because of its importance in functionality and safety of vehicle. In this research, failure mode and effects analysis has been used to analyze and reduce the risks of 42 possible failures that can occur in automotive leaf spring. It starts from determining, classifying, and analyzing all potential failures and then rating them with the help numeric scores. The four numeric scores namely severity, occurrence, detection, and Risk Priority Number (RPN) are used to find the high potential failures of semi-elliptical leaf springs. In the end, actions are recommended for RPN greater than 250, to increase quality and reliably of product. </jats:p
Container shipment demand forecasting in the Australian shipping industry: A case study of asia–oceania trade lane
Demand forecasting has a pivotal role in making informed business decisions by predicting future sales using historical data. Traditionally, demand forecasting has been widely used in the management of production, staffing and warehousing for sales and marketing data. However, the use of demand forecasting has little been studied in the container shipping industry. Improved visibility into the demand for container shipments has been a long-held objective of industry stakeholders. This paper addresses the shortcomings of both short-term and long-term shipment demand forecasting for the Australian container shipping industry. In this study, we compare three forecasting models, namely, the seasonal auto-regressive integrated moving average (SARIMA), Holt–Winters’ seasonal method and Facebook’s Prophet, to find the best fitting model for short-term and long-term import demand forecasting in the Australian shipping industry. Demand data from three years, i.e., 2016–2018, is used for the Asia–Oceania trade lane. The mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), root mean squared error (RMSE) and 2-fold walk-forward cross-validation are used for the model evalua-tion. The experiment results observed from the selected metrics suggest that Prophet outperforms the other models in its comparison for container shipment demand forecasting
Intestinal perforation due to adult tapeworm of Taenia: a case report and review of the literature
Taeniasis is an intestinal helminth infection due to adult tapeworms belonging to the genus Taenia. Taeniasis remains a major burden in low-income countries in Asia. We present a case of intestinal perforation caused by adult tapeworm of Taenia in a 50-year-old Nepali male. The patients presented to the hospital with severe abdominal pain and intermittent vomiting. Following clinical presentations and imaging features, gastrointestinal perforation was suspected. Surgical removal of adult tapeworm of Taenia, suspected to be T. saginata or T. asiatica, was carried out during exploratory laparotomy, which was followed by an uneventful postoperative period. In addition to case presentation, we systematically review published case reports on taeniasis-related intestinal perforation. A learning point from this case is clinician should maintain a clinical suspicion of taeniasis as a possible cause of intestinal perforation in endemic areas
IoT-Flock: An Open-source Framework for IoT Traffic Generation
Network traffic generation is one of the primary techniques that is used to
design and analyze the performance of network security systems. However, due to
the diversity of IoT networks in terms of devices, applications and protocols,
the traditional network traffic generator tools are unable to generate the IoT
specific protocols traffic. Hence, the traditional traffic generator tools
cannot be used for designing and testing the performance of IoT-specific
security solutions. In order to design an IoT-based traffic generation
framework, two main challenges include IoT device modelling and generating the
IoT normal and attack traffic simultaneously. Therefore, in this work, we
propose an open-source framework for IoT traffic generation which supports the
two widely used IoT application layer protocols, i.e., MQTT and CoAP. The
proposed framework allows a user to create an IoT use case, add customized IoT
devices into it and generate normal and malicious IoT traffic over a real-time
network. Furthermore, we set up a real-time IoT smart home use case to manifest
the applicability of the proposed framework for developing the security
solutions for IoT smart home by emulating the real world IoT devices. The
experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework can be effectively
used to develop better security solutions for IoT networks without physically
deploying the real-time use case.Comment: 6 Pages, 2 Figures, 4 Tables. Accepted in IEEE International

Synthesis and properties of polyelectrolyte multilayered microcapsules reinforced smart coatings
The present research work focuses on the synthesis, characterization and properties of novel polyelectrolyte multilayered microcapsules used as smart additives in organic coatings for corrosion protection of steel parts. Urea formaldehyde microcapsules encapsulated with linalyl acetate (UFMCs), sensitive to mechanical stimulus, were synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization technique. In the next step, dodecylamine, working as a pH stimulus corrosion inhibitor, was loaded into layers of polyelectrolyte molecules, polyethylenimine (PEI) and sulfonated polyether ether ketone (SPEEK). These were applied layer-by-layer over the microcapsules to form inhibitor containing multilayered urea formaldehyde microcapsules (MLUFMCs). In the next step, MLUFMCs (5.0 wt%) and UFMCs (5.0 wt%) were thoroughly dispersed into the epoxy resin and coated on cleaned steel. A comparison of the structural, thermal and anticorrosive properties indicates that coatings modified with multilayered capsules (PMLSCs) demonstrate good thermal stability, improved self-healing characteristics and higher corrosion resistance compared to the coating modified with urea formaldehyde microcapsules. The improved properties of PMLSCs can be attributed to efficient release of the encapsulated self-healing agent and corrosion inhibitor from the MLUFMCs. Therefore, epoxy coatings modified with the novel multilayered capsules may be attractive for corrosion protection of steel parts used in oil and gas and related industries. - 2019, The Author(s).Open Access funding provided by the Qatar National Library.
