Analytical solutions of the Klein-Fock-Gordon equation with the Manning-Rosen potential plus a Ring-Shaped like potential

In this work, on the condition that scalar potential is equal to vector potential, the bound state solutions of the Klein-Fock-Gordon equation of the Manning-Rosen plus ring-shaped like potential are obtained by Nikiforov-Uvarov method. The energy levels are worked out and the corresponding normalized eigenfunctions are obtained in terms of orthogonal polynomials for arbitrary ll states. The conclusion also contain central Manning-Rosen, central and non-central Hulth\'en potential.Comment: 14 pages. arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with arXiv:1210.537

Contemporary research in the automotive vibration control area is well-developed. Ongoing studies are focusing on the quantification and identification of vibration sources. Vibration influence is a considerable effective factor in almost all industrial fields as well as in car driving as it is a concern related to ride comfort. Automotive industries are developing constantly and one of the important problems in this field is suspension and related vibration issues. Drivers and passengers in vehicles are directly affected by vibrations. In regard to this problem vibration control is improving continuously in automotive industry worldwide including Turkey. Vibration occurs in two ways: structural vibrations and engine vibrations in cars. Vibration levels of a passenger car have been measured and simulated in this study by means of experimental method and developed program respectivel

The present study examined the benefit of a transdiagnostic prevention program, Super Skills for Life – adolescent version (SSL-A), among adolescents with internalizing and externalizing problems in two types of school settings (mainstream school and pupil referral unit) using a randomized waitlist-controlled trial (RCT). The main aims were to examine the effects of the SSL-A in reducing internalizing and externalizing problems in adolescents, and to identify the moderating role of gender, age, and school type on the intervention outcome. The RCT involved 112 adolescents aged 11 to 14 years old, randomly allocated to either an SSL-A intervention group or a waitlist-control group (WLC). Adolescents in the intervention group participated immediately in the SSL-A, whereas adolescents in the WLC group received the intervention after the intervention group completed the six months follow-up assessment. Results showed that internalizing and externalizing problems were significantly reduced from pre-test to follow-up assessments. Gender, age and school setting moderated the intervention outcome. Specifically, males, younger adolescents and adolescents from mainstream schools showed a significant reduction over time on both internalizing and externalizing problems. Although SSL was designed to target internalizing problems, this study shows that it also had positive effects on adolescents with internalizing and externalizing problems. This study provides evidence for the benefits of a transdiagnostic prevention program for internalizing and externalizing problems in two types of school settings.O presente estudo explorou a eficácia do programa transdiagnóstico de prevenção, Super Skills for Life – versão adolescente (SSL-A), em adolescentes com problemas internalizantes e externalizantes em dois tipos de escolas (escolas públicas convencionais e pupil referral units) usando um estudo randomizado controlado com lista de espera (RCT).

The effects of two different harvest stages (full flowering and full podding) on forage yield and quality of ten forage rape (Brassica napus L. var. oleifera) and three turnip (Brassica rapa L. var. rapa) cultivars were evaluated under rainfed conditions in a Mediterranean type climate at Bursa, Turkey, during the 2002/2003 and 2003/2004 growing seasons. Plant height, branches per plant, leaf length and width, plant part components, and dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) yield were measured. Significant differences were observed for the main effects cultivar and harvest stage on DM and protein yields. The CP content of the whole plant and vegetative parts of the Brassica genotypes decreased as plant maturity progressed. In general, turnip cultivars showed better performance in DM yield. Fall sown turnip produced 9.10 and 12.1 Mg/ha DM yield, with 15.1 and 9.10% CP concentrations, at full flowering and at podding stage, respectively. Significant differences were noted among cultivars for these two parameters. Protein content decreased dramatically in stem parts when maturity advanced from full flower to full pod stages. High leaf percentage and high protein content at full flowering suggest that this should be the preferred forage harvest stage for rape and turnip cultivars.

The aim of this study was to prepare L-lysine-imprinted poly(HEMA-MAAsp) nanoparticles which can be used for the adsorption of IgG from aqueous solutions. L-lysine was complexed with MAAsp and Llysine- imprinted poly(HEMA-MAAsp) nanoparticles were synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization. Also, non-imprinted nanoparticles were synthesized without L-lysine for control purpose. L-lysine-imprinted poly(HEMA-MAAsp) nanoparticles were characterized by means of elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
