Cultivation of Tilapia Orechromis Niloticus in Treated Water: A Case Study
Treated water represents a real alternative to reduce the global freshwater crisis However management approaches are applied that depart from the linear thinking of producing consuming and discarding In this sense the circular economy is an option to generate products that from their origin are oriented to be reused In this way if we think about treated water from this conceptual framework we would mitigate water scarcity in cities The effluent generated in the Las Joyas Wastewater Treatment Plant was evaluated in the survival development and cultivation of Oreochromis niloticus 350 adult tilapia specimens were sown 50 females and 300 males The effluent will achieve the survival development and cultivation of tilapi

Passenger Exposure to Magnetic Fields due to the Batteries of an Electric Vehicle
In electric vehicles, passengers sit very close to an electric system of significant power. The high currents achieved in these vehicles mean that the passengers could be exposed to significant magnetic fields. One of the electric devices present in the power train are the batteries. In this paper, a methodology to evaluate the magnetic field created by these batteries is presented. First, the magnetic field generated by a single battery is analyzed using finite elements simulations. Results are compared to laboratory measurements, taken from a real battery, in order to validate the model. After this, the magnetic field created by a complete battery pack is estimated and results are discussed

Primary school students, from 1st to 5th grade, of the educational institutions of the municipality of Puerto Boyacá have been presenting low levels of performance in the segment of textual production, accompanied by the inappropriate use of the integral elements that give the text. Such a denominator, the basic rights of learning regarding writing has not been consolidated. Therefore, the main objective is to develop authentic writing processes with primary school children based on the reconstruction and compilation of interculturality and the oral tradition of Puerto Boyacá and, based on this, have a qualitative approach, participative and interpretive action research; under which the dynamic and symbolic nature of the context is addressed. The investigative result, highlighting the reflection that this article of the course of the doctoral thesis that is developed, is expected to correspond to those proposed from the objectives and the methodology, aligned to counteract the problem.

Bilateral Hypertrophic Olivary Degeneration and Holmes Tremor without Palatal Tremor: An Unusual Association
Background: Lesions in the Guillain–Mollaret triangle or dentate-rubro-olivary pathway may lead to hypertrophic olivary degeneration (HOD), a secondary trans-synaptic degeneration of the inferior olivary nucleus. HOD is usually associated with palatal tremor and rarely with Holmes tremor. Bilateral HOD is a very unusual condition and very few cases are reported.
Case Report: We report here two cases of bilateral HOD after two different vascular lesions located at the decussation of superior cerebellar peduncles, thus impairing both central tegmental tracts and interrupting bilaterally the dentate-rubral-olivary pathway. Interestingly, both developed bilateral Holmes tremor but not palatal tremor.
Discussion: Lesions in some of the components in the Guillain–Mollaret triangle may develop Holmes tremor with HOD and without palatal tremor. Magnetic resonance imaging is an invaluable tool in these cases. Better understanding of the pathways in this loop is needed
Multi-temporal unmixing analysis of Hyperion images over the Guanica Dry Forest
This paper presents a methodology to analyze time-series data from Hyperion to study seasonal vegetation dynamics on the Guánica Dry Forest in Puerto Rico. Unmixing analysis is performed over ten near-cloud-free Hyperion images collected in different months in 2008. Abundance maps and endmembers estimated from the unmixing procedure are used to analyze the seasonal changes in the forest. Results from the analysis are compared with published knowledge of the Guanica Forest phenology
