Voltammetric Methods in Metallothionein Research

The application of voltammetric methods using different rates of polarisation on HMDE reveal inert or labile behaviour of Cd- or Zn- complexes in the presence of excessive cadmium or zinc ions in solution. This phenomenon was demonstrated first on the simplest phytochelatin – complex of peptide (γ-Glu-Cys)2 Gly with cadmium, later on rabbit liver metallothioneins – Cd7 MT in the presence of cadmium and Cd5 Zn2 MT in the presence of zinc. Voltammetric methods can distinguish between labile and inert complexes present simultaneously and therefore could elucidate their role in reactions of metal ion transfer

DNS Service Attacks Simulation

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje simulaci a detekci kybernetických útoků na službu DNS. Cílem bylo vybrané útoky simulovat, analyzovat jejich chování a na základně získaných poznatků vytvořit nástroj schopný analýzy síťového provozu za účelem detekce vybraných typů útoků i jejich replikace pro vývojové účely. Na základě testování vytvořeného nástroje byla zjištěna úspěšnost detekce útoků v běžném provozu. Tyto výsledky jsou v závěru práce diskutovány spolu s možnostmi praktického využití pro vývojáře a dalších možností pro rozšíření aplikace.The theme of this bachelor‘s thesis is the simulation and detection of cybernetic attacks on the DNS service. The goal was to simulate chosen attacks, analyze their behavior and create a tool capable of detecting these attacks in network traffic and replicating them for research purposes. The tool was able to successfully detect DNS attacks in normal network conditions. These results are discussed further at the conclusion of this paper, along with possible uses this application might have to other developers, and ways the program could be improved or extended in the future.

Evaluation of Technical Condition of the Bicycle Eska

Lukáš Kudrna Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením stavu a restaurováním pánského jízdního kola ESKA z roku 1984 (vzor 470 DE LUXE). Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V první části je stručně popsána historie výroby jízdních kol ESKA v Chebu s nastíněním dalších modelů kol značky ESKA vyráběných v osmdesátých letech. Následuje zhodnocení stavu jízdního kola včetně mechanických částí, stavu laku, rámových polepů, kompletnosti jízdního kola a neoriginálních dílů s předběžným stanovením rozsahu a způsobu oprav v závislosti na dostupnosti náhradních dílů. Dále jsou popsány všechny provedené opravy jednotlivých částí jízdního kola. Po této kapitole je zhodnocen výsledný stav renovovaného pánského jízdního kola ESKA vzor 470 DE LUXE. V závěru této práce je popsaná správná údržba a seřizování jízdního kola.NAVRÁTIL, T. Evaluation of the technical condition of the Eska bicycle: bachelor's thesis. Lukáš Kudrna The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the condition and restauration of the ESKA bicycle from 1984 (model 470 DE LUXE). The work is divided into several parts. The first part briefly describes the history of ESKA bicycle production in Cheb, outlining other models of ESKA bicycles manufactured in the 1980s. The following is an evaluation of the condition of the bicycle, including mechanical parts, condition of paint, frame stickers, completeness of the bicycle and non-original parts with a preliminary determination of the scope and method of repairs depending on the availability of spare parts. Next, all performed repairs of individual parts of the bicycle are described. After this chapter, the final condition of the renovated men's bicycle ESKA 470 DE LUXE is evaluated. Automatic Discovery of Linear Relations Among Variables of a Program

Import 21/10/2013Cílem této práce je navrhnout a následně implementovat algoritmus pro automatické zjišťování lineárních vztahů mezi hodnotami proměnných ve vstupním programu. Lineární vztahy jsou popsány lineárními rovnicemi a nerovnicemi, které mohou v n-rozměrném prostoru tvořit matematický objekt zvaný mnohostěn, který se stane základem pro výpočty použité v návrhu. Vstupní program bude načten ze vstupního textového souboru. Výstup pak bude soustava lineárních omezení pro každý bod vstupního programu. Proměnné lineárních omezení budou proměnné vstupního programu. Problematika spadá do oblasti statické analýzy programu, konkrétně do jedné z jejích metod – abstraktní interpretace.The aim of this work is to design and to implement an algorithm for automatic discovery of linear restraints among variables of a program. Linear restraints are described by linear equations and inequalities, which can form a mathematical object named Polyhedron in n-dimensional space. This Polyhedron will be used as an essential object for computations in this design. Input program will be read from a text file. Output will be linear restraints for each node of an input program. The variables of linear restraints will be variables of the input program. Bridge over the Knovízský brook

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh mostu přes Knovízský potok. Hlavní náplní je statický výpočet spojité nosné konstrukce o pěti polích. Byly zpracovány tři studie a jedna z nich, předpjatý dvoutrám, byla vybrána. Nosná konstrukce rozpětí jednotlivých polí je 27 + 3 x 32 + 27 m. Statický model a účinky zatížení jsou řešeny v programu Scia Engineer. Posudky jsou počítané ručně podle platných norem.The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the ghrinder bridge over the Knovízský potok brook valley. The main topic is static calculation of supporting construction of five span structure. Three studies were executed and one of them, pre-stressed girder bridge was chosen. The langht of the spans is 27 + 3 x 32 + 27 m. Static model and effect of loading are solved in software Scia Engineer. Reviews are caltulated by hand according to current standards.

Monitoring device for level crossings

Bakalářská práce (KBCE) se zabývá návrhem záznamového zařízení, které bude použito zejména na přejezdových zabezpečovacích zařízeních. Záznamové zařízení umožňuje sledování digitálních veličin pomocí základní desky s mikroprocesorem ATMEGA 128. Signály jsou vzorkovány každou milisekundu. Zařízení je vybaveno rozhraním USB, rozhraním RS 485, ethernetem a také SD kartou. Kapacita karty je navržena na 40 dní. Pro otestování základních funkcí byla použita základní vývojová deska Ethernut, ke které byly připojeny další potřebné obvody. Záznamy se ukládají na vyjímatelnou paměťovou kartu SD ve formátu FAT 16. Po naplnění karty se nejstarší záznamy přepisují. Projekt obsahuje popis komunikace pomocí rozhraní USB, dále technický návrh funkčního rozhraní USB, včetně fotografie hardwaru. Bakalářská práce popisuje vlastnosti SD karty, způsob komunikace a popis souborového systému FAT 16. Je zde také uveden návrh technického řešení připojení SD karty k mikroprocesoru přes rozhraní SPI. Veškerý software je napsán v programovacím jazyce C. V projektu jsou popsány hlavní funkce programu a jejich parametry.Bachelor‘s thesis deals with a design of a safety appliance. The device will be used particularly at grade crossing. The record device allows monitoring of digital signals with the basic board and with microprocessor ATMEGA 128. Signals are patterned each second. The device is equipped with a USB interface, RS 485, ethernet and SD card. The capacity of SD card is designed for 40 days. The basic development board Ethernut, to which additional circuits were connected, was used for testing basic functions. Records are saved on a removable memory SD card in FAT 16 format. Old records are overwritten when the card is full. The project includes a description of communication with USB interface, a technical design of USB interface with photography of the hardware. Bachelor‘s thesis characterizes features of the SD card, communication and a description of the file system FAT 16. I also introduce a design of connecting SD card to the microprocessor within the SPI interface. All software was written in programming language C. There are described main functions of the code and their parameters.

Characterization of ultra-thin tungsten layers

Design of scanning system for mechanoscopic analysis

The work deals with hardware and software proposal of a system suitable for control and visualization of scanning process based on resistivity measurement. Three axis positioning system with conductive contact probe is utilized. The user application was created in MATLAB programming environment. Important part of the design represents the definition of requirements, choice of the appropriate tools, functions and structures needed for reliable realization. Proposed user application allows setting key parameters of the measurement, appropriate method of data acquisition as well as performing online 3D visualization of measured data. The functionality of the application is verified via measurement of a several selected samples. Results of these measurements are also presented
