Movie tells the story of a mother for her daughter because of the expense of her choice between life and death caused deep trauma, the purpose of this study was to indicate the difference between sex behavior may cause deep psychological trauma. This article uses the collected literature research method, to "Aftershock" movie LiYuanni Stool and post-disaster psychological research scope and use of gender inequality theory, post-disaster trauma psychology to analyze the process of gender inequality in the movie protagonist psychology.     Pengembangan analisis pelat lentur berbasis teori Reissner-Mindlin dengan menggunakan metode elemen hingga telah berkembang sejak lama. Salah satunya adalah elemen Discrete-Kirchhoff Mindlin Triangle (DKMT) yang dikemukakan oleh Katili (1993). Adapun kesimpulan yang diberikan mengatakan bahwa elemen ini lolos patch test, bebas shear locking, tidak sensitif terhadap distorsi geometri, tidak ada extra zero-energy modes, dan memiliki konvergensi yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka penelitian kali ini ditujukan untuk melakukan re-evaluasi terhadap performa elemen DKMT dalam analisis statik serta mengembangkannya untuk analisis dinamik getaran bebas. Batasan yang diberikan berupa analisis linear dan material yang bersifat isotropik. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kesimpulan yang dinyatakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya benar adanya akan tetapi terdapat hasil yang kurang tepat pada permasalahan rhombic plate. Sedangkan untuk analisis dinamik getaran bebas, nilai frekuensi natural dan mode shape sudah cukup akurat namun membutuhkan jumlah mesh yang cukup banyak

Every nation have their own ghost literature that reflects the nation's view on ghost itself. This article compares China's Liaozhai Zhiyi, Western's Dracula and A Christmas Carol as representations of both culture. The writer through desktop study method found that culture influenced and shaped ghost image in the mind of novel writer. This leads to different image of ghost in the two cultures. The results is: ghost in two cultures appear mostly in the night time, have different types and classifications, different physical images, different way of thinking and how to handle ghosts

    Preparation and characterization of in situ polymerized cyclic butylene terephthalate/graphene nanocomposites

    Graphene reinforced cyclic butylene terephthalate (CBT) matrix nanocomposites were prepared and characterized by mechanical and thermal methods. These nanocomposites containing different amounts of graphene (up to 5 wt%) were prepared by melt mixing with CBT that was polymerized in situ during a subsequent hot pressing. The nanocomposites and the neat polymerized CBT (pCBT) as reference material were subjected to differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA), thermogravimetrical analysis (TGA) and heat conductivity measurements. The dispersion of the grapheme nanoplatelets was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was established that the partly exfoliated graphene worked as nucleating agent for crystallization, acted as very efficient reinforcing agent (the storage modulus at room temperature was increased by 39 and 89% by incorporating 1 and 5 wt.% graphene, respectively). Graphene incorporation markedly enhanced the heat conductivity but did not influence the TGA behaviour due to the not proper exfoliation except the ash content

    Characterization and physical properties of aluminium foam−polydimethylsiloxane nanocomposite hybrid structures

    This article reports on the fabrication and characterisation of hybrid structures prepared by impregnating an open-cell aluminum foam with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) or PDMS reinforced with graphene oxide, GO (PDMS nanocomposite). The effect of the PDMS and the GO on the mechanical, thermal, acoustic absorption and fire retardancy properties of the resulting hybrid structures were evaluated and compared to the individual components (PDMS, PDMS nanocomposite, open-cell aluminium foams). Results demonstrate that the use of the PDMS cured at 65 °C, as an void filler of the open-cell aluminium foams, changes mechanical and deformation performance, from a rubbery to brittle behaviour, however attaining a higher level of strength (quasi-static: ∼5 MPa; dynamic: > 15 MPa) in the resulting hybrid structures. This change is due to the low chain mobility of the polymer and effective adhesion with struts of the open-cell aluminium foams. Furthermore, these hybrid structures are extremely sensitive to strain-rate testing, exhibiting a maximum compressive stress increase of more than 300 % and 200 %, respectively.     A meta-analysis of state-of-the-art electoral prediction from Twitter data

    Electoral prediction from Twitter data is an appealing research topic. It seems relatively straightforward and the prevailing view is overly optimistic. This is problematic because while simple approaches are assumed to be good enough, core problems are not addressed. Thus, this paper aims to (1) provide a balanced and critical review of the state of the art; (2) cast light on the presume predictive power of Twitter data; and (3) depict a roadmap to push forward the field. Hence, a scheme to characterize Twitter prediction methods is proposed. It covers every aspect from data collection to performance evaluation, through data processing and vote inference. Using that scheme, prior research is analyzed and organized to explain the main approaches taken up to date but also their weaknesses. This is the first meta-analysis of the whole body of research regarding electoral prediction from Twitter data. It reveals that its presumed predictive power regarding electoral prediction has been rather exaggerated: although social media may provide a glimpse on electoral outcomes current research does not provide strong evidence to support it can replace traditional polls. Finally, future lines of research along with a set of requirements they must fulfill are provided.Comment: 19 pages, 3 table
