Virtual Private Multimedia Network Published as Saas (Software As A Servıce) in Cloud Computing Environment

This work is dedicated to the design and implementation of private and interactive multi-media control over the cloud. The design and implementation are accomplished using concepts and tools of latest software technologies (i.e., HTML5 facilities and WebSocket), where WebSocket is considered as the fastest software technology that could be deployed to transfer streams over the internet due to the synchronization of data transfer adopted by this technology. The ultimate objective of this work is to build private stream player without the need to install more components to the internet browsers (e.g., flash player). This can be done by implementing Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) on facilities provided only by the internet explorer (i.e., HTML5 technologies such as WebWorkers, primitive variables and Media Source API).Bu çalışmada bulut üzerinde özel ve etkileşimli çoklu-ortam kontrolü tasarımı ve uygulanması gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Determination of the Effect of Zinc Acetate as a Doped Substance on the Properties of Cadmium Sulfide Nanomaterials by using a Hydrothermal Interaction Technique

    No full text
In the current work, cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (CdS) NPs were synthesized via the hydrothermal interaction technique. Especially, the deviation in zinc Acetate Zn(CH3CO2)2 with 0.5% 1.5%, and 2.25% was examined for its part in nanoparticles size. The nanoparticle size seems to reduce from 149.7 nm to 116.3 nm by enhancing the zinc acetate Zn(CH3CO2)2. With increasing zinc acetate Zn(CH3CO2)2 in CdS (Cadmium Sulfide) small lattice phase changes appeared due to angle peaks of diffraction shifting toward higher angle. The standard crystallite size and lattice parameters were analyzed through X-ray diffraction (XRD) characterization. The average crystallite size and volume unit cell were found to increment with increasing Zinc acetate Zn(CH3CO2)2 concentrations. Absorption peaks in the UV visible spectra corresponding to zinc acetate Zn(CH3CO2)2 of CdS (Cadmium Sulfide) were analyzed at various wavelengths of 368 nm and 369 and 371nm. These findings show the tuning ability of structural, and optical characteristics of cadmium sulfide (CdS) NPs

Nonlinear optical characteristics of chemical bath-deposited pure and Cu-doped SnO2 thin films: A comparative evaluation

A chemical bath deposition method is used to grow SnO2 thin films doped with copper (0, 1, 2, and 3 wt) on glass substrates that exhibit linear and nonlinear optical properties. XRD analysis of the films verified their polycrystalline phases oriented strongly of the c-axis along the preferred (110) direction depending on the doping concentration and substrate temperature. SEM images of pure SnO2 film showed the formation of granular cubic structures. Conversely, the Cu-doped films displayed the existence of spherical granules with porosity. The transmittance spectra of the films for UV–visible light indicated large values for pure films, and that the transmittance decreased with greater doping levels. As a result of copper ions in the nanostructures, it was found that the transmittance decreased as doping levels increased. Pure SnO2 has an optical band gap of 3.63 eV; it decreases with increasing Cu doping concentrations. Wemple-Di Domenico (WDD) model for single oscillator energy was used to estimate each oscillator's optical refractive index, while the static refractive index and dispersion energy were also determined. In addition, the film's WDD parameters and nonlinear refractive index were in the range of 320–1200 nm, and the wavelength was determined. During the doping concentration increase, the nonlinear refractive index of the films increased primarily because the linear refractive index of the films at 520 nm increased. This nonlinearity of the film may arise because of the thermal effect, saturated atomic absorption, and electrostriction. For pure SnO2, third-order nonlinear susceptibility (2.77 × 10-12 m2/V2) is caused by thermal effects, and for doped samples, it is caused by photorefractive effects
