The Apology Strategies Used by the Workers to the Old and Young Bosses
This study is aimed to reveal the type of apology strategies used by the workers to the old and young bosses. There were five workers and two bosses, old and young bosses, taken for the subjects. Finally, the research came up with the result that the way of the workers apologizing might influenced by the age of the bosses as interlocutor which made the workers produce apology utterances in different ways of apology to the old and young bosses

Developing Students' Activity Through Role Play Method By Using Interview Technique on 11th Grade at SMA Melati Binjai North Sumatera Province
This research paper elucidates the effective utilization of role-play as a pedagogical tool to cultivate an immersive experiential learning milieu tailored for postgraduate scholars enrolled in courses focused on comparative evaluation theory and/or evaluation procedures. The integration of meticulously crafted role-play exercises within each of these courses serves to augment the level of student participation, consequently fostering a heightened degree of engagement with the course material. By immersing students in these role-play scenarios, the approach transcends the boundaries of conventional learning, facilitating a profound comprehension of the subject matter through active participation.The intricate role-play exercises outlined within the paper are characterized by their intricate design, ensuring students' active involvement in the learning process. These exercises are strategically developed to propel students beyond the confines of textual analysis, encouraging them to delve into experiential learning. By propelling students to think beyond the mere words they encounter in reading materials, the exercises stimulate critical thinking and creative problem-solving. Furthermore, the experiential nature of the exercises provides a secure environment for students to embrace a "learning by doing" ethos. This not only nurtures their understanding but also cultivates a sense of safety that emboldens them to explore and experiment without the fear of failure.

Communication in speaking class: Perceptions and attitudes of students Stkip Al Maksum
This study looked at the impact of communicative activities on students' speaking abilities and challenges in communitive language teaching (CLT) classrooms. Classroom action research (CAR) was taken into consideration as the research design in this study. A quantitative technique was applied in this study. The researcher wanted to improve the students' speaking abilities using communicative activities from the Communicative Language Teaching Method. Ten cycles, each lasting ten weeks, were used to divide up the teaching and learning process. Stages of the cycle are Planning, Action, Observation, and Rofection. In general, kids preferred classroom activities that encouraged healthy competition and high levels of participation. Following the interventions, students reported significantly higher levels of satisfaction with their speaking ability, proving the value of speaking classes. Different student views on using communicative activities were statistically significant.

Study of the Influence the Acidity Level of Sulphuric Acid to Thermal Cracking and Triglyceride Saturation of Crude Palm Oil by Using Two Stages Electrochemical Thermal Cracking
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) was experienced with electrolyze by using two stages electrochemical thermal cracking reactor, zeolyte as catalyst, silver as cathode and cuprum as anode. In this research, we used electrolyte solution for 2 kinds of concentrate which was 40 and 60% of sulphuric acid (H2SO4). It worked in 1 atm with electrolyze for 1 hour, heating till reaching temperature 80oC for 1 hr, fogging process for 1 hr, and heating without electrolyze nor fogging about 30 minutes. From lubricity analyze, this product is a fuel with high lubricity. The analyzer showing that cracking of triglyceride of crude palm oil has same characteristics with diesel
Trigger efficiencies at BES III
Trigger efficiencies at BES III were determined for both the J/psi and psi'
data taking of 2009. Both dedicated runs and physics datasets are used;
efficiencies are presented for Bhabha-scattering events, generic hadronic decay
events involving charged tracks, dimuon events and psi' -> pi+pi-J/psi, J/psi
-> l+l- events (l an electron or muon). The efficiencies are found to lie well
above 99% for all relevant physics cases, thus fulfilling the BES III design
specifications.Comment: 6 pages, 4 figure
