Infection of Malassezia furfur on skin can be caused by bad factor. One of the materials that can be used as an antifungal is Lengkuas rhizome extract (Alpinia galanga L.). This study had purpose to determine the antifungal activity and the effectiveness of gels Lengkuas rhizome extract on pathogenic fungi using maseration method with etanol 96%. Gel making is used HPMC and carbopol base. Testing activity of extract and testing the effectiveness of the gel by disc diffusion method (Kirby-Bauer test). Screening result showed that the extract contains triterpenoids, flavonoids and essential oil. Based on the test results against Malassezia furfur, antifungal activity of the extract in the gel increased compared to extracts without formulated into a gel. But the activity increasing was not significant based on statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA test obtained a significance of 0.234 (p> 0.05)

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management on employee performance mediated by dynamic capability (Study at Bank Jateng). The data of this study used primary data through a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach. The sample used was 130 Bank Jateng respondents and analyzed using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The method of data analysis in this study uses the evaluation of measurement models in the outer model and inner model. The results of the study show that (1) Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on Dynamic Capability. (3) Dynamic Capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Dynamic capability is able to provide a mediating effect on Talent management on employee performance

The construction stage is a stage that needs attention so that the main goal of producing a quality project can be achieved. In the construction stage, project managers should consider the positive and negative aspects that will occur in the next stage, namely the operational stage. The contractor's profit will be obtained when it is appropriate to apply the construction method at the project site. Different construction methods must also differ in the needs of ny resources, waste generated, and almost certainly differ in the achievement of project objectives in terms of cost, quality, and time.In completing a project to achieve goals effectively and efficiently, a good management system is needed. To implement a good management system, various methods are needed according to the type of building completed. Management develops and directs methods to align resources and equipment use to achieve project objectives. Many factors affect the accuracy of equipment use and resource utilization including cost, time, and and social. To achieve the goal effectively and efficiently, construction management involves the stages of the standard method used in each building (house, building, etc.)

The need for widely available genomic testing in rare eye diseases: an ERN-EYE position statement

BACKGROUND: Rare Eye Diseases (RED) are the leading cause of visual impairment and blindness for children and young adults in Europe. This heterogeneous group of conditions includes over 900 disorders ranging from relatively prevalent disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa to very rare entities such as developmental eye anomalies. A significant number of patients with RED have an underlying genetic etiology. One of the aims of the European Reference Network for Rare Eye Diseases (ERN–EYE) is to facilitate improvement in diagnosis of RED in European member states. MAIN BODY: Technological advances have allowed genetic and genomic testing for RED. The outcome of genetic testing allows better understanding of the condition and allows reproductive and therapeutic options. The increase of the number of clinical trials for RED has provided urgency for genetic testing in RED. A survey of countries participating in ERN-EYE demonstrated that the majority are able to access some forms of genomic testing. However, there is significant variability, particularly regarding testing as part of clinical service. Some countries have a well-delineated rare disease pathway and have a national plan for rare diseases combined or not with a national plan for genomics in medicine. In other countries, there is a well-established organization of genetic centres that offer reimbursed genomic testing of RED and other rare diseases. Clinicians often rely upon research-funded laboratories or private companies. Notably, some member states rely on cross-border testing by way of an academic research project. Consequently, many clinicians are either unable to access testing or are confronted with long turnaround times. Overall, while the cost of sequencing has dropped, the cumulative cost of a genomic testing service for populations remains considerable. Importantly, the majority of countries reported healthcare budgets that limit testing. SHORT CONCLUSION: Despite technological advances, critical gaps in genomic testing remain in Europe, especially in smaller countries where no formal genomic testing pathways exist. Even within larger countries, the existing arrangements are insufficient to meet the demand and to ensure access. ERN-EYE promotes access to genetic testing in RED and emphasizes the clinical need and relevance of genetic testing in RED

Roads as transportation system infrastructure that are routinely used to support human activities every day must have adequate quality. The increase in the number of public and private vehicles results in the use of roads that continue to increase to the potential road damage if they do not have adequate quality. One of the factors of the quality of road infrastructure is the road pavement. This study is to examine the effects of bamboo shell powder as Filler on the ac-WC hot asphalt mixture on the characteristic value of Marshall. In this study we used Marshall Testing. This research was carried out in laboratories, starting from literature studies, material collection, material testing, determination of mixed plan asphalt levels, preparation and manufacture of test objects and Marshall testing. This study found bamboo shells to be one of the mixed materials in the hot asphalt mixture so that it becomes an asset for residents in the future
