    Kewirausahaan menjadi faktor penentu kemajuan suatu negara. Seperti di Jepang jumlah pengusaha lebih dari 20% dari jumlah penduduk. Jumlah wirausahawan Indonesia dibawah Malaysia, Singapura dan Thailand yang jumlah wirausaha negaranya sudah diatas 4%. Salah satu metode untuk menambah jumlah wirausaha yaitu dengan mendorong mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan riset ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis  faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa berwirausaha. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Setih Setio. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan tehnik pengumpulan dengan kuesioner. Temuan H1, faktor internal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha (thitung > ttabel) (6.892 > 1.985) dan sig 0.000 ttabel) (-4.419 > 1.985) dan sig 0.000 0.05, ditolak. H4 faktor internal, faktor eketrnal serta faktor pendidikan mempengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha (fhitung > ftabel) (34.306 > 3.09) dan sig 0.000 < 0.05, diterima. Keterbatasan penelitian ini dilakukan di STIA Setih Setio Muara Bungo saja dan jumlah sampel sedikit, penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambah jumlah sampel dan PTS

    Abstrak: Hasil observasi di lapangan ditemukan mahasiswa enggan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dikarenakan tidak memahami aplikasi IBM Statistik SPSS dan memiliki persepsi bahwa statistik adalah sulit, sehingga tujuan pelatihan ini untuk mendorong dan memotivasi mahasiswa serta meyakinkan bahwa untuk melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif tidak sesulit yang dipikirkan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan, pertama perencanaan dengan menyiapkan instrumen penelitian, kedua pelaksanaan yaitu tabulasi data melakukan pengujian statistik deskriptif maupun mengujian  statistik inferensial serta interpretasi data baik uji T maupun uji F dan tahap ketiga evaluasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan memberikan angket sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan respon mahasiswa positif dan antusias, mahasiswa mampu menguji validatas dan reliabilitas, mampu melakukan uji asumsi klasik, mampu melakukan pengujian analisis regresi linear sederhana maupun regresi linear berganda serta mampu menginterpretasikan hasil uji statistik. Kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa semakin baik dibandingkan sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan, sehingga dapat bermanfaat serta menjadi bekal dalam menyusun karya ilmiah. Abstract: The results of field observations found that students are reluctant to conduct research with a quantitative approach because they do not understand the application of IBM Statistics SPSS and have a perception that statistics are difficult, so the purpose of this training is to encourage and motivate students and to ensure that conducting research with a quantitative approach is not as difficult as thought . The method of conducting this training is carried out in three stages, firstly planning by preparing research instruments, secondly implementing the tabulation of data conducting descriptive statistical testing or testing inferential statistics as well as data interpretation both T test and F test and the third stage of evaluation. Analysis of the data used by giving questionnaires before and after training. The results of evaluating the implementation of student response training were positive and enthusiastic, students were able to test validity and reliability, were able to test classical assumptions, were able to do simple linear regression analysis tests or multiple linear regression and were able to interpret the results of statistical tests.     This study aims to determine the relationship between the marketing mix variable (X) and the buying interest variable (Y). This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The study population was all consumers while the research sample of consumers who shopped at the Mentari Muara Bungo Supermarkets. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling and simple random sampling that is the consumer who is shopping at the time the researcher distributes the questionnaire. Methods of data collection using pre-prepared questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version. 20 The results showed that partially the product test results for tcount &lt; ttable (0.537 &lt; 1,989) sig level of 0.593 &gt; 0.05 conclusion of H1 were rejected, the price of tcount &lt; ttable (1,905 &lt; 1,989) sig level of 0.060 &gt; 0.05 conclusion of H2 was rejected, promotion variable tcount &gt; ttable (2.892 &lt; 1,989) sig level 0.005 &lt; 0.05 H3 conclusion accepted, location variable tcount &gt; ttable (2,588 &lt; 1,989) sig level &gt; 0.05 conclusion H4 accepted.     Application of Beneish M-Score Models and Data Mining to Detect Financial Fraud

    AbstractThis study aims to analyze the ability of m-score Beneish in detecting financial fraud. This research data refer to companies that commit fraud according to the fraud Database of Sanctions of Issuer Cases Public Companies that was released by the Financial Services Authority in the period of 2001-2014. The results showed that overall Beneish m-score model was capable to detect financial fraud. Gross margin index, depreciation index, index of sales and general administrative burden and total accruals were all significant in detecting financial fraud. Sales index, asset quality index, and leverage index was statistically not significant in detecting financial fraud

    This research aims to improve the quality of mobile banking services and provide benefits for service users who tend to use technology to fulfill their financial needs, which impacts their interest in using it. Service providers can improve user experience, understand user needs and preferences and develop features and design services that are more intuitive and easy to use. A survey and a purposive sampling strategy with path and simple analysis were used as analytical tools. The study results show that the direct effect of benefits, convenience, trust, and interest has a solid and direct relationship, so the immediate effect is more dominant than the indirect effect involving risk variables. A relatively small indirect effect occurs because the relationship between benefit, ease, trust, risk, and interest is not solid or unclear. The risk variable, namely as a mediator, does not have a substantial effect.     CORRELATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT COMPONENTS IN DETECTING FINANCIAL FRAUD

    The purpose of this study is to determine the absence of correlation offinancial statement components as red flags in detecting financial statement fraud. The sampling in this study is done using purposive sampling technique. There are two categories of companies used as the study sample:fraud companies and non-fraud companies. Fraud companies are the companies that get sanction from Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) andFinancial Services Authority (OJK) period 2000-2014, while non-fraud companies are selected with the criteria: having equivalent assets, engaging in the same industry, and using the same financial statements as the financial statements used by the fraud companies. The total samples of this study are 122 companies consisting of 61 fraud companies and 61 non-fraud companies. Spearman correlation test is used to answer the research hypothesis.The conclusions of this study are (1) the absence of correlation between cash flows andearnings can be usedas red flags to detect fraud, (2) the existence of correlation between receivables and revenues cannot be used as red flags to detect fraud, (3) the existence of correlation between allowances for uncollectible accounts and receivable cannot be used as red flags to detect fraud

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja aparatur desa. Metode penelitian menggunakan crossecsional dengan populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh perangkat aparat desa di kabupaten Bungo. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 137 responden dari 150 kuesioner yang didistribusikan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan convinance sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan cara kemudahan, dengan pertimbangan karena luasnya wilayah kabupaten Bungo, maka diambil wilayah yang lebih mudah dalam pengumpulan data. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk uji t maupun uji f dengan sotfware SPSS versi. 20. Hasil penelitian H1: diterima pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja aparatur desa nilai thitung ttabel (4.246 1.977) dengan sig 0.05. H2: diterima pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja aparatur desa, nilai thitung ttabel (5.479 1.977) dan sig 0.05 sedangkan H3: diterima secara simultan pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja aparatur desa nilai fhitung ftabel (49.168 3,06) dan sig 0.05

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian explanatory research. Tehnik sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik Proportional Random Sampling (tehnik sampel proposional) besarnya ditetapkan berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebesar 74 dari 277 tenaga perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) H. Hanafie Muara Bungo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analisys). Hasil penelitian bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
