Příprava a charakterizace nanokompozitů jíl/deriváty imidazolu

Import 02/11/2016This diploma thesis is focused on the preparation and characterization of organoclay nanocomposite materials based on imidazole (IM) and its derivative metronidazole (ME), which is antibiotic drug used predominantly for treatment of intestinal and periodontal diseases. Altogether four series of organoclay mineral samples were prepared. In the first two cases clay mineral vermiculite (VER) was used as the supporting matrix just as further clay mineral bentonite (BEN) was used. The structure of prepared samples was characterized by the X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Furthermore, the content of organic carbon was determined in the nanocomposite samples by multiphase carbon and hydrogen/moisture analyzer. Antimicrobial activity of nanocomposites was tested against bacterial strains Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli, and it was evaluated by finding minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC).Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na přípravu a charakterizaci organojílových nanokompozitních materiálů založených na imidazolu (IM) a jeho derivátu metronidazolu (ME), což je antibiotikum používané převážně na léčbu střevních a periodontálních onemocnění. Celkem byly připraveny čtyři série organojílových vzorků. V prvních dvou případech byl jako nosič použit jílový minerál vermikulit (VER), dalším jílem byl bentonit (BEN). Struktura připravených vzorků byla charakterizována pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy (XRD) a infračervené spektroskopie (IR). Dále byl ve vzorcích nanokompozitů pomocí analyzátoru vícefázového uhlíku a vodíku/vlhkosti stanoven obsah organického uhlíku. Antimikrobiální aktivita nanokompozitů byla testována na bakteriálních kmenech Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa a Escherichia coli a byla vyhodnocena pomocí minimální inhibiční koncentrace (MIC).9360 - Centrum nanotechnologiívýborn

The Geocultural Conditions of Polish-Israeli Diplomatic Relations

Artykuł dotyczy geokulturowych uwarunkowań dyplomatycznych relacji polsko-izraelskich ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dynamiki wydarzeń z ostatnich lat. Autor zwraca uwagę, że dyplomacja kulturalna i historyczna stanowi fundamentalny wektor polsko-izraelskich działań dyplomatycznych, co wynika z tych szczególnych uwarunkowań. Zarazem ten obszar dyplomacji jest niezwykle niestabilny, podatny na różne wahania, zależny od wydarzeń i okoliczności zewnętrznych.The article deals with the geocultural conditions of diplomatic relations between Poland and Israel, with particular emphasis on the events in recent years. The author points out that cultural and historical diplomacy is a fundamental vector of Polish-Israeli diplomatic activities which results from these special conditions. At the same time, this area of diplomacy is extremely unstable, susceptible to various fluctuations, depending on external events and circumstances

Speech Competence Testing and Assessment: German Approach

Methods and approaches of foreign language teaching being changed considerably of late, the assessment of the language competence should be consistent with clear international standardization requirements. Since the article has a brief informative character, the notion of evaluation as an inducement to a corresponding speech reaction or action through the well-defined communicative tasks is defined. Such types of evaluation as formal and informal, external evaluation and a self-assessment are outlined in the article. Different functions of speech competence assessment were covered, as it is important to understand its purpose. Among them are diagnostics, encouragement, progress recognition, the statement of goals achievement, the setting of rating, grading, comparison, motivation. Since there are two subjective pictures of the objective world where there are two persons: the vision of the situation for those who evaluate and those who are evaluated, the psycho-emotional aspect of the issue under consideration is also taken into account.Оскільки навчання іноземної мови на сьогодні має абсолютно новий, сучасний підхід, оцінювання мовленнєвої компетенції повинно відповідати чітким міжнародним стандартизованим вимогам. Позаяк стаття має стислий інформативний характер, в її межах уточнено поняття оцінювання, як спонукання до відповідної мовленнєвої реакції або дії через чітко поставлені комунікативні завдання. У статті також відображено типи оцінювання, а саме формальне та неформальне, зовнішнє оцінювання та самоконтроль. Через те, що завжди важливо розуміти, з якою метою здійснюється оцінювання мовленнєвої компетенції, у статті виокремлено його функції, а саме: діагностування, сприяння, розпізнання прогресу, констатування досягнення цілей, встановлення рейтингу, виставлення оцінок, порівняння, мотивація та ін.
