Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran IPS Berbasis Karakter di Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran IPS berbasis karakter pada kelas V SD Negeri 07 Koto Panai yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan menggunakan 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3-D. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah define, design, dan develop. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021 pada KD IPS 3.4. Pada proses validasi, modul divalidasi oleh 3 orang dosen validator, yaitu validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli desain. Pada proses praktikalitas, modul diujicobakan oleh 1 orang guru dan 29 siswa kelas V SD. Data untuk validitas diperoleh dari hasil lembar validasi yang telah dinilai oleh validator ahli materi 89,4%, ahli bahasa 95,5%, dan ahli desain 84,72%, sehingga rata-rata keseluruhan nilai validitas dari tiga orang dosen ahli 89,8% dengan kriteria valid. Data untuk praktikalitas diperoleh dari lembar praktikalitas (angket respon guru dan siswa) yang mendapatkan nilai praktikalitas oleh guru 93,18% dan praktikalitas oleh siswa 88,55%, sehingga rata-rata praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa 90,86% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPS berbasis karakter telah valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar atau bahan ajar untuk siswa maupun guru
Biocompatibility of Chitosan/Collagen/PVA Nanocomposite Containing Calcium Apatite
Biopolymer-based nanocomposites containing bone minerals have been used intensively as bone- graft in various broken bone accidents. Main objective of this work is to prepare and characterise biocompatible chitosan/collagen/PVA nanocomposites containing calcium apatite suitable for bone-graft engineering. The calcium apatite nanofillers were prepared by calcination of cow bones at 830oC for 3 hours, followed by ball-milling and ultrasonication processes and characterization using particle size analysis (PSA) and electron scanning microscopy (SEM). It was found that particle siz of the filler ranging between 100-8000 nm due partial aglomersation. The bone-graft nanocomposites specimens were prepared with various calcium apetite loading (0-10%) in constant ratio (1:1:1) of chitosan/collagen/PVA biopolymers. Compression strength of the nanocomposites containing optimum filler of 6% was found 2.01 MPa, its density was 1.19 g/cm3 and its water absorption capacity 58.3% and biodegradation rate 2.67%/day. Degree of biocompatibillity of the bone-graft was revealed after its implementation in mice tissue which did not show any histopathological effect after 14 days
Design of Solar Thermal Collector Tool with Thermosifon System
Limited availability of fossil energy requires us to find for alternative energy to meet our needs. Solar thermal collector with thermosifon system is one of environmentally friendly alternative energy. The thermosifon system is a natural pump which work based on density difference between cool water and hot water, so that no electric pump is needed. The purpose of this research was to create a mean of collecting solar thermal energy with thermosifon system. The research steps consist of designing, manufacturing, and testing. Thermal collector was made with dimension of 1,5 m long, 1,0 m wide and 1,0 m high, with storage tank capacity of 20 lt. Collector testing was conducted by putting the equipment at an open space from a clock 08:00 – 16:00. It was found that the highest efficiency of solar collector (11,2 %) occurred on July 11, 2012 with an average solar intensity of 756 W/m2, where as the lowest efficiency (8,8 %) occurred on July 7, 2012, with the average solar intensity 479 W/m2. The highest average temperature of the storage tank was 44,7 ºC on July 13, 2012 while the lowest average temperature was 35,3 ºC on July 12, 2012
Rancang Bangun Alat Penyusun Rak Penjemuran Diatas Para- Para Ke Dalam Boks Secara Semi Mekanis
Drying process by using Para-para is more effective than the conventional one which uses floor surface or plastic(terpal). The products will dried faster and cleaner, nevertheless the system tomoveand to arrange the finalproductis wastes a lot of time and energy. Hence, the objective of this reasech was to make a semi-mechanicalPara-para drying shelf that integratedly connect to semi machanic box in order to save time and energy uses. Thissemi-mechanical drying device contained of two frames, four shelves, two ropes,two box movement holdings,boxes, spring, big pulley and small pulley. The process started bywaiving its hook from the shelves thus the treadlewould pull the other connected components to the shelves and automatically move to the box. The pulleys wereused to set the shelves movements to the boxes, consequently the box will consecutively move to next lowershelflevel after being filled Furthermore, filled boxes caused an increasing of tensile strength which also increasethe speed of box movement. Box retention rate was used to decrease the fourth shelf speed that will prevent loss.The device were tested by dryingcassava and soybean. Finally, the result showed that it only consume 1,19seconds to move and arrange the product with less manpower assistance. Moreover, Para-para were succesfullysave time and manpower compared to manual movement which only take approximately 11,83 seconds for eachshelf
Uji Kinerja Penjemuran Gabah Pada Para-para Mekanis Dengan Tiga Kondisi Lingkungan
Traditional grain drying is a practical way of drying grain, cheap, simple and commonly used by farmers. Grain is spread on the floor which causes grain mixed rock and dirt around the drying floor. Disadvantages in traditional grain drying are it requires a lot of manpower to spread, to flip back and to collect the grain, and requires large floor for drying. On the other hand, grain drying using mechanical rack has the advantage that it avoids some of the grain that is not mixed with rock and dirt while drying, shorten the drying time, and easily move the grain when it rains. The purpose of this study was to test the performance of mechanical dryer. The experiments were set up with drying treatment at 80 cm above the surface of the cement floor, on top of grassy land surface, and on the surface of rocky land with 4 cm thick of sample. The parameters measured in this study were consisted of drying time, moisture content, drying rate, energy of radiation received, the energy to evaporate the water and heats of the material, and drying efficiency. The results of research on the treatment of three environmental conditions indicated that. The average water content was 13.90% wb, 13.82% wb, and 13.98% wb respectively for the surface of the cement floor, on top of grassy land surface, and on the surface of rocky land. The average drying rates in this study were 0.494% /h for the surface of cement floor, 0.487% /h for on top of grassy land surface, and 0.534% /h for on the surface of rocky land. Drying time in this study were 10 - 11 hours with an average radiation energy received on this experiment at 614.42 Watt/m2. Drying efficiency of each treatment were 12.58%, 12.43%, and 13.72% respectively for the surface of the cement floor, on top of grassy land surface, and on the surface of rocky land. From the observations and calculations derived drying over the surface of cement floor, on top of grassy land surface, and on the surface of rocky land are recommended for drying using a mechanical rack dryer
KOMPARASI HASIL KAJIAN LINGUISTIK FORENSIK ANTARA PARADIGMA LAMA DAN PARADIGMA BARU TERHADAP PENANGANAN KASUS PENGHINAAN DAN/ATAU PENCEMARAN NAMA BAIK MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL DI POLDA SULAWESI TENGAH
One of the cases handled by the Central Sulawesi Regional Police Investigators was the language crimes case in cyberspace, namely insult and/or defamation cases. In handling defamation cases on social media, such as: Facebook and WhatsApp, the Central Sulawesi Police investigators involved linguists or expert witnesses to reveal the meaning of language through forensic linguistic studies. Forensic linguistics was a linguistics branch which analyzed and researches language used as a tool of evidence in courts and the legal field. The linguistic methods application to legal issues was one of the forensic linguistics functions as an applied science where various linguistic theories could be applied in the linguistic samples analysis on the investigative process. The results study showed that it’s stated in the criminal procedure evidence form (BAP). Furthermore, in determining the articles to be charged by the language crimes perpetrators, the police investigators were guided by Law Number 19 of 2016 amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE (as the old paradigm). Furthermore, a joint decree (SKB) by the Communication and Information Minister, the National Police Chief, and the Attorney General would serve as a guideline for the implementation criteria for the 2021 Electronic Information and Transaction Law (as a new paradigm). The study purpose was to reveal the results of the comparative analysis of linguists who still use the old paradigm with the new paradigm for handling cases of insults and/or defamation through social media at the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was a documentary study. The four copies form data of the BAP results from the forensic linguistic study would be compared or compared based on the old paradigm and the new paradigm. The BAP four copies which included five cases insult and/or defamation through Facebook as referred to in Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (3) of the Republic of Indonesia Law no. 16 of 2016 amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions, (a) Cases reported to the Central Sulawesi Regional Police based on police report number: LP/129/III/2017/SPKT, dated March 12 2017, (b) Cases reported to Central Sulawesi Regional Police based on police report number: LP/247/IV/2017/SPKT, dated May 08 2017, (c) Cases reported to Central Sulawesi Police based on police report number, LP/478/X/2017/SPKT, 28 October 2017, (d) Cases reported to Central Sulawesi Regional Police based on police report number LP/109/IV/2019/SPKT, 08 April 2019. The study results indicated that there were differences between the old paradigm and the new paradigm in determining legal policies (articles determination) on insult and/or defamation cases handling of five cases which had been handled by Central Sulawesi Regional Police investigators
Effects of Copper Wire Added Wick on the Performance of Waste Coooking Oil Stove
This study aimed to determine the effect of copper wires addition to the cloth wick on the performance of stove fueled by waste cooking oil. The study was divided into two stages. First, is to test the capillarity of wick at different copper wires addition by observing flame quality, capillary height, and flaming period. Second, is to design a stove based on the results obtained in the first stage and to test performance of the stove in boiling water. Parameters to be observed include boiling time, rate of fuel consumption, and thermal efficiency. The results showed that the addition of copper wires increase the wick\u27s capillarity characterized by increasing absorption of the used cooking oil. Wick with a composition of 20 % copper wires and 80 % cloth produced the best capillarity (7.5 cm height). Waste cooking oil stove was capable to boil 3 kg of water in 15 minutes with a fuel consumption rate of 0.1275 kg/hour. The stove has a thermal efficiency of 33,33 %
PENERAPAN MODEL-MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Kondisi guru-guru di sekolah ini tidak boleh dibiarkan berlarut-larut seperti saat ini. Mereka harus dilatih supaya mampu menggunakan model-model pembelajaran kooperarif. Tujuannya adalah agar pembelajaran menjadi hidup dan siswa termotivasi untuk mengikuti pelajaran. Guru-guru tersebut harus diberi bekal cara mengajar dengan baik, agar mereka kreatif menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran kooperatif. Program ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kemampuan memilih model-model pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi belajar. Karena pembelajaran yang ideal adalah pembelajaran yang selalu berubah sesusi dengan kondisi yang sedang berlangsung. Sehingga bagaimana pun bentuk kondisi yang dihadapi guru dan siswa ketika belajar akan tetap mempunyai daya tarik terhadap siswa. Hasil akhir yang dapat diperoleh dari program ini adalah peningkatan kreatifitas guru dalam mengajar. Terutama pada penggunaan dan penerapan model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif, seperti model-model pembelajaran kooperatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk menarik minat siswa agar selalu mengikuti pembelajaran dengan kondisi yang menyenangkan.
