Kajian Potensi dan Peluang Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Sektor Sosial dengan Skema KBPU

This study aims to formulate recommendations and opportunities for potential infrastructure development in the social sector by using KPBU scheme. The direct beneficiaries of this activity are the Deputy of Investment Planning as a unit that is directly responsible for formulating the proposed establishment of the Act related KPBU in the field of infrastructure investment. The output of this activity is also expected to be useful for investors in infrastructure and related stakeholders. Model cooperation Public Private Partnership in social infrastructure should take into account the uniqueness of each sector, particularly the constraints, risks and macro conditions, including fiscal policy and commitment to the objective of each sector. So that needs to be made cooperation mechanism Public Private Partnership in the field of social infrastructure by making adjustments to the conditions and limitations in the field of social infrastructure. Kedudukan Panwaslu Sebagai Penyelenggara Pemilu Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Demokrasi Di Indonesia

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa dasar hukum lembaga Panwaslu sebagai Penyelenggara Pemilu dalam rangka mewujudkan demokrasi di Indonesia dan bagaimana kedudukan Panwaslu sebagai Penyelenggara Pemilu dalam rangka mewujudkan demokrasi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Secara eksplisit dasar hukum lembaga Panwaslu sebagai penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum daerah tingkat kabupaten/kota dilihat dari perspektif hirarkis memang tidak diatur secara substansial di Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945, yang dimana hanya tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2007 sebagaimana telah diubah dan ditambah terakhir menjadi Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2011 tentang Penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum, sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu yang mandiri, tetap, dan nasional. 2. Kedudukan lembaga Panitia Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Panwaslu) kabupaten/kota dalam struktur ketatanegaraan di Indonesia, dilihat dari perspektif normatif yang kita kenal sekarang keberadaannya adalah sebagai lembaga sementara (ad hoc), apabila diteliti dari status kedudukan kelembagaan diantara kelembagaan di daerah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota masih belum jelas keberadaannya, apakah sebagai Pejabat Negara atau Pejabat Publik, maka dari itu perlulah diperjelas kedudukan kelembagaannya dalam ketatanegaraan di Indonesia

Sepakbola merupakan jenis olahraga yang paling digemari di Indonesia. Dari banyak masyarakat di dalamnya, terdapat remaja-remaja berbakat di bidang tersebut. Sayangnya olahraga menjadi kebutuhan sekunder bagi masyarakat urban serta terdapat fenomena nyata di mana kurangnya perhatian klub-klub sepak bola di Indonesia terhadap pengembangan pemain mudanya. Sehingga penulis merancang Persib Soccer Youth Academy dengan tujuan dapat meluruskan stagnasi pemikiran yang terus menerus ada di lingkup akademi persepakbolaan tanah air. Kemudian mengembangkan serta menemukan bakat-bakat baru tak terbatas dengan sistem, pelatihan, serta fasilitas memadai bagi para Atlet Muda. Serta mampu memperkuat kebersamaan yang dibalut dalam tema Modern Open Space yang dihasilkan dari unsur elemen-elemen Interior. Analisis Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Intellectual Capital dengan Struktur Kepemilikan sebagai Variabel Moderating

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of firm size on the performance of the role of intellectual capital and ownership structure as a moderating variable in the relationship between firm size and performance of intellectual capital. Ownership structure used in this study is the family ownership structure and institutional ownership strukutur measured using the proportion of the number of shares owned by families and institutions . While firm size is measured by using the total number of company assets and intellectual capital performance is measured using VAIC ™ method developed by Pulic (1998 ) .This study used a sample of banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange periode 2007-2011 using purposive sampling method. The data used were obtained from the annual financial statements of banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange. There are 31 companies and 136 observations over the years 2007-2011. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis . This method was chosen because all of the data is matrix variable.In the statistical results of the study found that company size does not significantly affect the performance of intellectual capital . However, in this study also found that both the family ownership structure and institutional ownership significantly moderate the relationship between firm size on the performance of intellectual capital

Descriptive analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in various industry

Industry has to increase their competitiveness in order to make high profits and customer satisfaction. One of its efforts is the application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in any machine production to maximize effectiveness of machine. The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is used as an indicator effectiveness of the machine that important to be measured. This research aims to know to scatter value OEE in various type industries, The data in this research were obtained from collecting students' final task reports on Industrial Management Program Diploma IPB who has done internship program in the industry with the topic Total Productive Maintenance. The results indicate that average OEE value  in FMCG, Textile, Chemical Industry and Manufacture Components are more than 60% but lower than 85%, so that is still below the value of the world class industry. Furthermore, availability score has reached world class standard, while performance and quality is still below world class

Information services in education that can be directly accessed by students will certainly have a very positive impact for educational institutions in the midst of intense competition. The problem of limited access to academic information systems that require users to become statically accessed by the Internet causes the need to design an academic information system application that is able to meet the flexibility needs of the users to be able to access more easily and quickly, in this case through a smartphone device that is currently very widely used because of its fairly affordable price and service facilities are quite promising. Aware of all that, an initiative to actively participate in building an application based information system based on android mobile in SMK PKP 2 Jakarta in informing academic students. It is expected that the information system can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Applications can be used by students to view payment information, student grades and student attendance, student profiles and students extracurricular activities. Analisis Miskonsepsi Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Pacitan Pada Mata Kuliah Pengantar Dasar Matematika Pokok Bahasan Logika Ditinjau Dari Gaya Kognitif Mahasiswa

Miskonsepsi adalah gagasan yang tidak sesuai dengan pengertian ilmiah atau pengertian yang dicetuskan oleh para pakar dalam suatu bidang serta bisa berupa pengertian yang tidak akurat terhadap konsep, penggunaan konsep yang salah, klasifikasi contoh-contoh yang salah, kekacauan konsep-konsep yang berbeda dan hubungan hierarkis konsep-konsep yang tidak benar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan informasi mengenai miskonsepsi untuk menghindari terjadinya miskonsepsi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep seseorang adalah gaya kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan terjadinya miskonsepsi pada mata kuliah pengantar dasar matematika pokok bahasan logika, ditinjau dari gaya kognitif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester satu Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Pacitan, tahun 2011. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan subjek adalah purposive sampling. Identifikasi terjadinya miskonsepsi dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Certainly of Response Index(CRI) yang dikembangkan oleh Saleem Hasan. Sedangkan identifikasi gaya kognitif mahasiswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen Group Embedded Figures Test(GEFT) yang dikembangkan oleh Witkin. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa dengan gaya kognitif Field dependent(FD) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa dengan gaya kognitif Field independent(FI). Mahasiswa FD lebih banyak mengalami miskonsepsi pada konsep invers, konvers, dan kontraposisi (38 %) sedangkan pada mahasiswa FI lebih banyak mengalami miskonsepsi pada konsep negasi pernyataan majemuk dan pernyataan berkuantor (32 %). Miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa FD lebih banyak disebabkan oleh prakonsepsi yang salah dan rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa. Sedangkan miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa FI lebih banyak disebabkan oleh Simplifikasi dan intuisi yang salah dari mahasiswa
