POSSIBILITIES, LIMITATIONS AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE APPLICATIONS IN HEALTCARE
The increasing importance of achieving sustainable development is largely positively influenced the emergence and increasing the level of application of artificial intelligence in different spheres of human activity, but especially in the field of health care. It is this trend and initiated that in work devote special attention to precisely to the analysis of potential opportunities, and economic effects of the use of artificial intelligence in the direction of improving efficiency, but the economic effects of health car
SMART CITY: A CONTEMPORARY CONCEPT OF URBAN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Migration from rural areas to cities, beside to migration of highly educated labor, are becoming one of the most significant challenges in the contemporary urban environment. Increasingly and extensively influx of population from rural areas into cities, with climate and lifestyle changes, additionally exposed city government to challenges for optimal city functioning and sustainable urban development. These challenges as initiatives to improve the quality of life, higher efficiency and preservation of the environment, with the accelerated development of new technologies, are resulted in the emergence of the Smart City concept. The Smart City concept represents the dominant direction of urban development based on the digital transformation of the city and principles of sustainable development. At its core, the concept involves the digital transformation of the city towards achieving greater efficiency of the city administration, higher quality of life, reducing the exploitation of resources, but also reducing the negative impact on the environment. The importance of digital transformation of cities and the importance of sustainable development are initiated the authors, to present in this paper the basic determinants of the Smart City concept as integral part of the urban sustainable development strateg
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION "Y" AND "Z" GENERATION
The growth of world population, market globalization, unethical business practices of large companies, irresponsible consumer behavior threatening to completely degrade the health of the planet. Consumerist society requires the purchase and possession of things as imperatives to a good life, which in turn leads to the creation of large quantities of waste. The concept of sustainable development and the circular economy have long been present in academic literature, but the question is how much they are represented in practice. Planet needs "green" consumers whose consumption will not affect the health of the environment. From the young generations, Y and Z, much is expected. Are they ready to initiate change and make the planet a healthier place to live for both existing and future generations? There are a number of studies on this topic and opinions are of course divided. One group of authors consider them agents of change, while others point out that their behavior is not very different from their predecessors and that it is necessary to provide them with education on all current environmental issues and problems
TRADE SECRETS - SECURITY AND LEGAL ASPECT
The struggle for the dominance of competition is increasingly being transferred from physical to virtual arena, and therefore the application of new technologies is becoming an increasingly important basis for faster development, but it is becoming increasingly important weapon in the struggle for the dominance of competition in the new (digital) economy. The aforementioned trends in the foreground are even more emphasized than they were in the past years, the need to improve the protection of intellectual property, and the enhancement of the protection of trade secrets from increasingly intense industrial espionage and increasingly frequent cyber attacksIt is this trend that has been mentioned and initiated to pay special attention to the analysis of the possibilities and potential possibilities for improvement of the security and legal system of protection of sent secrets as an integral part of the intellectual propert
Detailed Analysis of Balmer Lines in a Sloan Digital Sky Survey Sample of 90 Broad Line Active Galactic Nuclei
In order to contribute to the general effort aiming at the improvement of our
knowledge about the physical conditions within the Broad Line Region (BLR) of
Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN), here we present the results achieved by our
analysis of the spectral properties of a sample of 90 broad line emitting
sources, collected at the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) database. By focusing
our attention mainly onto the Balmer series of hydrogen emission lines, which
is the dominant feature in the optical wavelength range of many BLR spectra, we
extracted several flux and profile measurements, which we related to other
source properties, such as optical continuum luminosities, inferred black hole
masses, and accretion rates. Using the Boltzmann Plot method to investigate the
Balmer line flux ratios as a function of the line profiles, we found that
broader line emitting AGN typically have larger H_alpha / H_beta and smaller
H_gamma / H_beta and H_delta / H_beta line ratios. With the help of some recent
investigations, we model the structure of the BLR and we study the influence of
the accretion process on the properties of the BLR plasma.Comment: 14 pages, 11 figures, fixes the wrong names of 4 objects; published

Public healthcare system and HIV infection prevention in female sex workers
izmeÄu uliÄnih i vanuliÄnih seksualnih radnica (SR) u Beogradu.
Utvrditi sposobnost javnozdravstvenog sistema (primarne zdravstvene zaŔtite)

Today, HIVāAIDS represents one of the leading health, social and economic
problems, which makes it a subject of numerous research studies with an aim of finding
the best possible prevention measures in order to reduce the number of instances of
infection and death.
Aims
To investigate whether there are differences in the knowledge, opinions and
behavior related to risk and HIV infection prevention, as well as discrepancies in the use
and availability of healthcare services, between street-based [outdoor] and indoor female
sex workers [FSWs] in Belgrade. To determine the capacity of the public healthcare system
[primary healthcare] to respond to the needs of individuals dealing in sex work in order
to prevent HIV infections.
Methodology
The present research study includes 113 street-based [outdoor] and 78 indoor
FSWs who provided sexual services in the period 2006ā2007 at āhot spotsā on the territory
of the City of Belgrade. The sampling technique used was snowball network sampling at all
of the investigated locations. FSWs were interviewed at the āhot spotsā, and then referred
the interviewers to other FSWs, who then recommended new interviewees, and so on, and
that was how the network of FSWs grew. The network was expanding until the moment
when new sample members were not available any longer, meaning that the āsaturation
point" was reached. The data was obtained using a closed structured questionnaire. For data analysis, the Ļ2 test was used..
Revealing the nature of central emission nebulae in the dwarf galaxy NGC 185
In this paper we present new optical observations of the galaxy NGC 185
intended to reveal the status of supernova remnants (SNRs) in this dwarf
companion of the Andromeda galaxy. Previously, it was reported that this galaxy
hosts one SNR. Our deep photometric study with the 2m telescope at Rozhen
National Astronomical Observatory using narrow-band H and [SII] filters
revealed complex structure of the interstellar medium in the center of the
galaxy. To confirm the classification and to study the kinematics of the
detected nebulae, we carried out spectroscopic observations using the SCORPIO
multi-mode spectrograph at the 6m telescope at the Special Astrophysical
Observatory of the Russian Academy of Science, both in low- and high-resolution
modes. We also searched the archival X-ray and radio data for counterparts of
the candidate SNRs identified by our optical observations. Our observations
imply the presence of one more SNR, one possible HII region previously
cataloged as part of an SNR, and the presence of an additional source of shock
ionization in one low-brightness PN. We detected enhanced [SII]/H_alpha and
[NII]/H_alpha line ratios, as well as relatively high (up to 90 km s)
expansion velocities of the two observed nebulae, motivating their
classification as SNRs (with diameters of 45 pc and 50 pc), confirmed by both
photometric and spectral observations. The estimated electron density of
emission nebulae is 30 - 200 cm. Archival XMM-Newton observations
indicate the presence of an extended, low-brightness, soft source in projection
of one of the optical SNRs, whereas the archival VLA radio image shows weak,
unresolved emission in the center of NGC 185.Comment: 15 pages, 14 figures, accepted for publication in A&
Preliminary results of ion trajectory tracking in the acceleration region of the VINCY cyclotron
In an accelerating region of a cyclotron, an ion makes a large number of turns; thus, its n the Runge-Kutta method of the fourth order with the adaptive time step has been developed. The accuracy requirement is simultaneously set on position and momentum calculation. Magnetic fields used as inputs, have been evaluated in terms of the radial fluctuations of the orbital frequency, i.e. their isochronisms. Ion trajectory tracking has been performed for the following four test beams: H-, H+3, 4He+, He+, and 40Ar6+
Integral circulant graphs of prime power order with maximal energy
The energy of a graph is the sum of the moduli of the eigenvalues of its
adjacency matrix. We study the energy of integral circulant graphs, also called
gcd graphs, which can be characterized by their vertex count n and a set D of
divisors of n in such a way that they have vertex set Zn and edge set {{a, b} :
a, b in Zn; gcd(a - b, n) in D}. Using tools from convex optimization, we study
the maximal energy among all integral circulant graphs of prime power order ps
and varying divisor sets D. Our main result states that this maximal energy
approximately lies between s(p - 1)p^(s-1) and twice this value. We construct
suitable divisor sets for which the energy lies in this interval. We also
characterize hyperenergetic integral circulant graphs of prime power order and
exhibit an interesting topological property of their divisor sets.Comment: 25 page
On the identity of types of Roncus diocletiani ÄurÄiÄ, DimitrijeviÄ & RaÄa and Archaeoroncus tenuis (Hadži) (Pseudoscorpiones, Neobisiidae) from Croatia
Five years ago, ÄurÄiÄ et al. (2008) described two new pseudoscorpions: Roncus diocletiani ÄurÄiÄ, DimitrijeviÄ and RaÄa (from Croatia) and R. orjensis ÄurÄiÄ, DimitrijeviÄ and RaÄa (from Montenegro). The pseudoscorpions studied were mounted on slides with gum-chloral medium. They are deposited in the collection of the Institute of Zoology, Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia and in the collection of the Natural History Museum, 21000 Split, Croatia. It has been shown that only the male of R. diocletiani belongs to the nominal species, while the female of the same taxon belongs to Archaeoroncus tenuis (Hadži). Therefore, the āallotype maleā of R. diocletiani is actually a holotype of this species, while the āholotypeā of R. diocletiani becomes a paratype of A. tenuis.
