According to analyses of the most business consulting companies (KPMG, Capgemini, Deloitte, TowerGroup, etc.) customers are discontented with the retail banking experience. To achieve higher business growth, banks must increase customer loyalty by delivering a distinctive experience that combines the right mix of convenience, value and service and forges an emotional bond with consumers. Winners will be those that transform themselves into customer-centric enterprises by having a clear vision of what they want to achieve, fully aligning business processes and IT infrastructure to achieve those goals and engaging their employees in the process. Numerical investigation of the dynamics of linear spin ss fields on Kerr background I. Late time tails of spin s=±1,±2s = \pm 1, \pm 2 fields

The time evolution of linear fields of spin $s = \pm 1$ and $s = \pm 2$ on Kerr black hole spacetimes are investigated by solving the homogeneous Teukolsky equation numerically. The applied numerical setup is based on a combination of conformal compactification and the hyperbolic initial value problem. The evolved basic variables are expanded in terms of spin-weighted spherical harmonics which allows us to evaluate all the angular derivatives analytically, whereas the evolution of the expansion coefficients, in the time-radial section, is determined by applying the method of lines implemented in a fourth order accurate finite differencing stencil. Concerning the initialization, in all of our investigations single mode excitations---either static or purely dynamical type initial data---are applied. Within this setup the late time tail behavior is investigated. Due to the applied conformal compactification the asymptotic decay rates are determined at three characteristic locations---in the domain of outer communication, at the event horizon and at future null infinity---simultaneously. Recently introduced new type of `energy' and `angular momentum' balance relations are also applied in order to demonstrate the feasibility and robustness of the developed numerical schema, and also to verify the proper implementation of the underlying mathematical model.Comment: 38 pages, 5 figures, typos correcte

Pécsi zergevirág (Doronicum ×sopianae) a Nyugati-Mecsekben

A keleti zergevirág (Doronicum orienatale Hoffm.) és a magyar zergevirág (Doronicum hungaricum (Sadler) Rchb.f.) hibridjét Nendtvich Tamás fedezte fel a Mecsek-hegység Pécs feletti részén, az 1820-as években. Az elmúlt két évszázad során a terület több neves kutatója is megtalálta a hibridet, de ma is élő előfordulása csak a Zsuppon-parlagon ismert. Valaha ismert előfordulásai egy viszonylag szűk körzetben voltak. Új előfordulását találtam 2020. 04. 16-án, Kővágószőlős határában, a fent említett egyetlen ismert előfordulásától 8 km-es légvonalbeli távolságra. Egyetlen virágzó tövet, és körülötte öt tőleveles példányt találtam. A szülőfajok csupán 50 cm-re nőttek egymástól. A virágzó tőről részletes morfológiai leírást, a hibrid 10×10 m-es körzetében a kísérőfajokról listát készítettem

A konstruktivista oktatás környezete és a Moodle

A tanulmány a virtuális tanulókörnyezet és az e-learning keretrendszerek fejlődésének áttekintése után a Moodle L(C)MS rendszernek, a NETIS projekt e-learning keretrendszerének konstruktivista tanuláselméletre épülő működését vázolja fel. Az ingyenes és nyílt forráskódú L(C)MS rendszerek között legnépszerűbb Moodle sikereit nemcsak technikai jellemzőinek, hanem rugalmas, konstruktivista elveken nyugvó felépítésének is köszönheti. A konstruktivizmus a kiüresedő és egyre kevésbé hatékony oktatás tanuláselméleti gyökerű megújulási forrása lehet, de a Moodle-ban készült kurzusok többsége is csak ritkán épül konstruktivista alapokra. A szerzők álláspontja szerint ez főként az oktatási (egyetemi) környezet hiányosságaira vezethető vissza, s csak másodsorban a módszertan kiforratlanságára

Égerlápok a Tengelici-homokvidéken (Carici elongatae-Alnetum glutinosae W. Koch 1926) = Alder swamps in the Tengelic Sand Ridge

The study contains a phytosociological analysis of alder swamps found in the Tengelic Sand Ridge, an expanse of mostly windblown sand in the westernmost part of the Great Hungarian Plain, west of the Danube River. These swamps occur in the depressions among sand dunes, where the ground is covered with water for most part of the year. The species composition is characterized by the dominance of alder (Alnus glutinosa) in the forest canopy with the sporadic occurrence of common birch (Betula pendula). The stands also host several rare herbaceous species, some of which are considered relics in the Great Plain, such as Carex paniculata, C. pseudocyperus, Cirsium palustre, Dryopteris carthusiana, D. dilatata, D. expansa, Listera ovata, Thelypteris palustris, Urtica kioviensis,, and Veratrum album

E-learning: a NETIS-projektben szerzett tapasztalatok

A cikkben a szerzők összefoglalják a Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetemen a NETIS-projekt keretében oktatott kurzus tapasztalatait. Ha minden hallgató a tanárhoz fordul kérdéseivel és minden, a tudás megszerzésében megtett lépést a tanár ellenőriz, akkor ez rövid úton az információk csaknem kezelhetetlen túláradásához vezet. Ebből az is következett, hogy a résztvevők előzetes tudását és tapasztalatait is be kellett vonni a tanításba, hogy a diákok közötti tudáscsere is lehetséges legyen és ez tehermentesítse a tanárt Ez viszont csak úgy volt lehetséges, ha a részvevőkről rendelkezésre állt egy jól tagolt e-portfólió, tudástérképpel, a tapasztalatok leírásával, sikertörténetekkel, életrajzi alapadatokkal. A cikk példákat hoz a tudástérkép (kompetencia-katalógus) lehetséges témáira, s egy kompetencia-katalógus alapváltozatát is közli. Az önszervező tanulás első lépéseként a résztvevők kompetencia-lista segítségével követhetik tudásuk fejlődését.
