Bakalářská práce „Studie chování ocelových rámů v závislosti na tuhosti styčníků“ se zabývá výpočtem reálné tuhosti styčníků metodou komponent a porovnává jejich vliv na chování ocelové konstrukce při lineárním výpočtu modelu a posouzení na první a druhý mezní stav. Stanovení výsledků je provedeno pomocí výpočtového modelování v softwaru MKP, v němž jsou uvažovány jednotlivé styčníky – tuhý, polotuhý a kloubový. V úvodní části se práce zabývá teoretickým návrhem styčníků dle normy ČSN EN 1993-1-8. V druhé části jsou styčníky navrženy na vnitřní síly a momenty, které vznikly od účinků kombinací zatížení.Bachelor’s thesis „Study of steel frames behaviour depending on stiffness of joints“ deals with real joint stiffness calculation by component method and compares its influence on steel construction behaviour computed by linear computational model in assessment of the first and the second limit state. Results are determined via computational modelling in FEM software, where are included individual joints – rigid, semi-rigid and joint. In the introductory part of the thesis is included analytical joints stiffness calculation according to standard ČSN EN 1993-1-8. In the second part the joints are designed to bear inner forces and moments, which created by load combination effects.

Obchodní smlouvy uzavírané se spotřebitelem Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dvou institutů kontroly obsahu smlouvy, jež chrání spotřebitele před zneužitím autonomie vůle podnikatelem. Na ochranu proti zneužívajícím klauzulím a ochranu proti překvapivým ustanovením ve spotřebitelských obchodních podmínkách. První část práce se věnuje problematice ochrany spotřebitele proti zneužívajícím klauzulím, jež je provedením směrnice 93/13 EHS. V této části je diskutována podoba transpozice do občanského zákoníku, analyzovány jsou i její nedokonalosti a je provedeno srovnání české úpravy se směrnicí. Pozornost je věnována i připravované novele občanského zákoníku, která má za cíl nedostatky odstranit. Nejprve je rozebrán účel ochrany, základní principy, z nichž právní úprava vychází, a její působnost. Dále je analyzována otázka výjimek z přezkumu zneužívajících klauzulí, které představují záruku zachování principu autonomie vůle. V návaznosti na to jsou vyložena kritéria testu přiměřenosti, tedy postupu, na jehož základě soudy hodnotí zneužívající charakter smluvních ujednání. Následuje analýza problematiky seznamů zneužívajících ujednání. V závěru této části je zkoumáno pojetí následku zneužívajících klauzulí, na jehož povaze není v doktríně shody a také judikatura Nejvyššího soudu k tomuto...Business contracts concluded with consumers Abstract The thesis focuses on the issue of two instruments of control over the content of the contract, which protect consumers from abuse of autonomy of will by the entrepreneur - the protection against unfair contract terms in consumer contracts and the protection against surprising clauses in consumer terms and conditions. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of unfair terms in consumer contracts, the regulation of which is a transposition of Directive 93/13 EEC. In this part, the form of transposition into the Civil Code is discussed, including their shortcomings, and a comparison of the Czech regulation with the Directive is made. Attention is also paid to the forthcoming amendment to the Civil Code, which aims to remedy the shortcomings of the regulation. Firstly, the purpose of protection, the main principles underlying the protection and the scope of the regulation are presented. The issue of exceptions to the assessment of fairness as a guarantee of the preservation of the principle of autonomy of the will, is then analysed. Following this, the criteria of the fairness test, the procedure by which courts assess the unfair nature of contractual terms, are presented. Import 04/07/2011V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny praktické zásady tvorby panoramatické fotografie a z toho plynoucí požadavky na fotoaparát a polohovací zařízení. Dále jsou rozvedeny různé přístupy k realizaci těchto polohovacích zařízení. Jedna z variant je posouzena jako optimální. U této varianty je navrhnuto řešení konstukce. Tato konstrukce je konstruována s ohledem na co nejnižší hmotnost. Polohovací zařízení je konstruováno pro většinu standardních fotografických přístrojů s výměnným objektivem. Dále jsou uvedeny podmínky kladené na pohon zařízení a výběr vhodného motoru .V závěru práce je ekonomické zhodnocení varianty.In the introduction there are practical principles for creating panoramic picture and the consequent demands on the camera and positioning device. There are also described different approaches to achieve structure of positioning devices. One of the options is considered to be optimal. For this variant, a construction is designed. This solution is designed with respect to the lowest weight. Positioning device is designed for most standard cameras with interchangeable lenses. Extreme situations solving in welfare institutions

Bakalářská práce pojednává o řešení mimořádných událostí v ústavech sociální péče. Jsou uvedeny základní pojmy této oblasti, případové studie, přehled legislativy a legislativně stanovených povinností pro výstavbu a provoz ústavů v České republice. Jsou zde definovány mimořádné události, popsán postup jejich řešení a možné komplikace. Je proveden rozbor událostí v České republice za deset let. Součástí práce je zhodnocení současného stavu ústavů v okrese Pelhřimov. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy změn některých norem a předpisů.This bachelor thesis deals with extraordinary events solving in social care institutions. There are introduced basic terms, case studies, legislative overview and legislative defined duties for building and operation of social care institutions in the Czech Republic. Next part contains definitions of extreme situations and description of its solving and possible complications. It was undertaken an analysis of the statistics in the Czech Republic about incidents during the last ten years. It contains description of recent state solution in nursing homes in district Pelhřimov. In the last parts are proposed amendments to regulations and standards.

Creation of Open-source Tool for Automatic Penetration Testing to Be Used in Lessons

Práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací nástroje k testování adaptivních systémů pro odhalení průniku v oblasti informační bezpečnosti. Nástroj umožňuje uživateli testování těchto systémů s využitím evolučních algoritmů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, první část je zaměřená na problematiku automatizace penetračního testování, včetně srovnání nejpoužívanějších open-source nástrojů v této oblasti. Druhá část je věnováná návrhu a implementaci nejen penetračního nástroje, ale také adaptivního systému pro odhalení průniku na bázi strojového učení, na němž je nástroj testován.The thesis deals with design and implementation of software tool for testing adaptive intrusion detection systems in area of information security. The tool allows the user to test these systems using evolutionary computing. The thesis consists of two parts, the first part is focused on topic of automation of penetration testing, including comparison of the most common open-source tools in this field. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací softwarového nástroje pro návrh schématu relační databáze formou ER diagramu. Nástroj umožní uživateli nejen tvorbu nových schémat databáze, ale také vizualizaci již existujících schémat a jejich následnou modifikaci prostřednictvím grafického editoru. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, kde první z nich se věnuje různým notacím ER diagramů a srovnáním již existujících nástrojů pro jejich tvorbu. Druhá část se pak zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci jak grafického editoru, tak na problematiku synchronizace ER diagramu s existujícím relačním schématem.This bachelor thesis deals with a design and an implementation of a software tool to design a~relational database schema using an ER diagram. Tématem diplomové práce je návrh a posouzení ocelové konstrukce průmyslové budovy pro úpravu sklářského písku. Budova má půdorysný rozměr 12,0 x 12,0 metrů a výšku v hřebeni střechy 15,6 metrů. Rozvržení jednotlivých prvků bylo navrženo dle požadavků technologie a výrobního procesu Práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření výpočetního modelu a posouzení na mezní stav použitelnosti a únosnosti jednotlivých prvků. Dále práce obsahuje navržení několika styčníků, které byly navrženy a optimalizovány.Topic of the master’s thesis is design and assessment of steel construction of the industrial building used to glass sand treatment. The building has the top view dimensions 12,0 x 12,0 m and roof ridge height 15,6 m. Disposition if the individual elements was designed according to conditions of the technology and production process. The thesis focus on creating of computational model and assessment to ultimate and serviceability limit states of individual elements. Are the incomes of agricultural households lagging behind? Evidence from Czechia

The aim of this article is to compare the income of agricultural households with the income of other economically active households in Czechia and to determine the extent to which a difference can be explained by the difference in household characteristics. The research was carried out on the basis of the Czech SILC survey (2005–2016). To determine the level of poverty of agricultural households, we used the Foster– Greer–Thorbecke poverty measures. To decompose the income gap, we used Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition in the modification for longitudinal data. The incomes of agricultural workers are lower compared to other sectors, and this difference was also reflected in the equalised household incomes. Households differ in the poverty rate, but do not differ in the depth of poverty. The income gap can be explained by the difference in household characteristics of only 20%, with education and the type of occupation having the most significant influence

Collecting and pre-processing data for Industry 4.0 implementation using hydraulic press

More and more activities are being undertaken to implement the Industry 4.0 concept in industrial practice. One of the biggest challenges is the digitization of existing industrial systems and heavy industry operations, where there is huge potential for optimizing and managing these processes more efficiently, but this requires collecting large amounts of data, understanding, and evaluating it so that we can add value back based on it. This paper focuses on the collection, local pre-processing of data, and its subsequent transfer to the cloud from an industrial hydraulic press to create a comprehensive dataset that forms the basis for further digitization of the operation. The novelty lies mainly in the process of data collection and pre-processing in the framework of edge computing of large amounts of data. In the data pre-processing, data normalization methods are applied, which allow the data to be logically sorted, tagged, and linked, which also allows the data to be efficiently compressed, thus, dynamically creating a complex dataset for later use in the process digitization.Web of Science84art. no. 7
